We are on CoCoa city water which is horrible. It’s so hard it changes the color of my hair, dries out skin out and leaves water spots on everything. We had been wanting a water filtration system. We met Kesther at the Home and Garden show in Orlando. He came out tested our water which we knew was bad. The amount of metals and sentiments that are in it is honestly scary. So we purchased Puronics water whole house system. I can not thank them enough. Not only does it taste like fresh mountain water coming out of our fridge but my skin and hair feel amazing. When washing the cars the white water spots don’t dry on them. The glass in our shower dries clear. No white scaling. I’m not one to leave a review unless something is really bad or really good. Deciding to get this system is probably one of our best decisions for our house we have made other than new windows. Installation was fast, professional and done in just a couple hours. Kester with Blue Ribbon came to my rescue!!We are owners of a puronics water softener system and it was originally installed by another company... long story short, we couldnt reach the actual company we went with for service and had to reach out to puronics directly... in comes Kester and Blue Ribbon... he is kind and patient, very knowledgeable with the equipment, and what is needed. He went above and beyond today and we were impressed!! If you have a water softener system or in the market for one, we HIGHLY recommend that you reach out to Blue Ribbon, just make sure you ask for Kester!!!

I would give more than five stars, if I had the option.I purchased the Puronics water softener from Blue Ribbon Water Technology L.L.C.. Kester Strachan and his assistant installed the unit in no time at all. Kester took the time to go over all the features of the product and patiently answered all my questions and addressed any concerns.Kester provided his business card and said to call him anytime if I had any questions or needed assistance.(The water softener works great! I love the system.)Several months later, I discovered that I foolishly failed to replenish the salt pellets. I have no idea how long the system ran without salt.I was beside myself when I called Kester concerning my oversight. He assured me that there was an easy fix. Over the phone, he walked me through the process. He stayed on the phone, until the system was flushed and back on its programmed schedule.Prior to calling Kester, I was frantic and thought my day was ruined. However, Kester saved the day! He is patient and extremely helpful. He is a pleasure to deal with and I will recommend him to my family and friends. In fact, I have already recommended him to family members.It is so difficult to find people, as professional and nice as Kester. The Blue Ribbon water Technology it’s been very beneficial to our family. The water is softer, it does not affect our stomach, keeps our skin soft, we don’t need to use a lot of soap to take a shower, keeps the surfaces of the whole house clean and easy to maintain. The drinking water tastes better than any bottle of water we buy at the grocery store. Cooking with this water is a pleasure because the food tastes better, it’s delicious.We highly recommend the Water Technology.Kester Strachan provides an excellent service. The whole experience from beginning to now has just been pleasant seamless and a experience many companies could learn from. Kester was the representative who not only did the presentation, also made us feel comfortable. Being an LGBT couple, did not bother him and he did not skip a beat which is something that meant a lot to us. He explained everything from the water we use to the water we would get. He checked in with us before we reached out which is appreciated and took the time in the Florida heat to explain our system to us.Armando installed our equipment and he was also FANTASTIC. He had to work side by side with out AC company technician and it was seamless. He was patient, friendly, and courteous.Now for the water. The water quality is amazing, we notice a difference in everything. This is coming from a guy that lived by bottled water. We have not had to buy a water bottle since installing this system. We highly recommend Blue Ribbon and hope you will allow them to make your home a better place to live just like they did ours.

Kester is simply amazing! I called Blue Ribbon since we were interested in soft water as it was visble in the home and we can taste it in our drinking water. Kester was able to set up time the same day to come over and test our water. He came over and demonstrated everything very clearly and he is just very knowledgeable in all of this. He answered all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable since our unit is a condo apartment and not a house; therefore, the placement of the machine had to be inside. Him and Armando made it work in the space we were originally aiming for in the apt. Given we had to use a smaller, more compact water system, it still gives us crystal clear and very smooth water. We also got the water reverse osmosis and we just love our water all throughout now. Kester came the day of installation and checked that everything was OK and still followed up with us. So glad we made this decision with Blue Ribbon and Highly recommend. The only reason we dont give it a 5 out of 5 was just because we had a very slight inconvenience, but other than that everything was perfect. About 18 months ago Blue Ribbon Water Technology Company installed our water softner. Mr. Kester & his team was pleasant and professional at all times. He has a lot of knowledgeable about the system. He explained the entire process. He didnt hesitate to answer any and all questions we had. He made sure we were satisfied with what we were purchasing. His team installed the system in a timely manner. Weve had no issues or problems with our system. From the beginning Mr. Kester informed us hes only a phone call away if problems occur. Recently Mr. Kester & his partner came out and did the maintenance service on the system. They made sure the system was working properly and made updates if needed.
