Richie showed up at the appointed time, and after assessing the situation got to work at replacing my water heater. Discovering some issues regarding the previous installation of our old water heater, Richie figured out a workaround and got everything hooked up so it was working properly. He was very thorough about checking all the faucets, tubs and showers making sure that everything was working properly. On top of excellent work, he was extraordinarily pleasant to be around. This is my third experience with Ark Plumbing and I couldn’t ask for better people and better results. This company hires not only great professionals but wonderful people as well. I highly recommend Ark Plumbing!

Brian was kind and thoroughly explained in detail reasons for repairs needed. I appreciated the extra time he spent working out the best plan for our budget. We will definitely continue using Brian with ARK for our plumbing/maintenance needs.
