We have been using Dave Sorys Construction since 1994 when he built our house. We had so much fun with the building process we told Dave we would do it again with him. Over the years, we found we loved this house and we were going to stay. That’s when we called Dave and started the remodeling process. We remodeled in stages and used Dave for every project. Dave helped us with the basement, bathrooms, wood floors, several kitchen updates and many outdoor projects like the deck and painting the house. We use Dave Sorys Construction because Dave is very helpful and listens to make sure we get what we want. Also, Dave’s subs are amazing! They are very respectful of the property and work hard to make sure you get top quality results. For 30 plus years, it has been a pleasure working with Dave!

Dave did an excellent job of managing multiple projects around my home. The work was amazing, completed on time, and within budget. Dave provided multiple options to ensure I ended up with the finished product that I wanted and thought of things that I would never have thought about on my own. Dave Sorys is the absolute best to work with for remodeling. His attention to detail, professionalism and quality of work is superb. He stands behind his guarantee of workmanship always. His choice of Subcontractors also exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have been more pleased with results of our remodeling experience which included updating and redoing 3 bathrooms, our kitchen, and laundry room.
