I am elated! When a different company I had out that day didnt even listen to my concerns, I got lucky and called Hoffman at the right time. He could have called it a day that late in the afternoon, but he came out to take a look anyway. Jason was awesome! He said he was going to make sure all the wiring in question was correct and safe before he left. And now we can have power in our family room! He listened to me and what we were needing, and even explained what he was doing along the way. Couldnt be happier! Jason and Hoffman Electric WILL be the first ones we call when we do our renovation.

Tyler from Hoffman did my panel after Larry(bidder) noticed during the walkthrough my supposedly “new panel” wasn’t up to code and done wrong after I purchased a house. They were the only company who would offered to work on my house and I’ll never regret it. They were friendly, on time, and got the job done. I ask all customers to be patient and kind, being an electrician apprentice right now, our trade is very short handed and doesn’t have a lot of help.

I use a home warranty service, and this was the 2nd time I was assigned Hoffman for a repair. Most of the contractors assigned automatically treat home warranty customers as 2nd class citizens, bottom of the pile work jobs, and some will even tell you that.Not so with Hoffman--they are reliable, prompt, true professionals.And if youre lucky enough to get Tyler as your tech, so much the better. Hell tell you exactly what the problem is, how hes going to fix it, and most importantly, when hes going to do it.I will call Hoffman 1st for all of my electrical needs in the future, and gladly recommend them to anyone I talk to.Very impressed with this service.

Hoffman Electric has been AWESOME!! We were having some electrical issues and they got someone out that day. Our house was on the market also and had an inspection with items we needed looked at. The electrician that was out said they did inspection resolutions all the time. I called the next day and again, they were able to send someone out to look over inspection items and gave an honest, fair, and cost effective solutions. Thank you Adam. Mike, Tyler and Barry!!!

I know the stuff we need here and there is relatively small beans in the grand scheme of things for you guys relative to some of the other jobs you guys must get, but we always feel like a priority and everyone we’ve ever had come out to Window World. From our initial build-out to ongoing modifications and additions to our infrastructure, you guys always get out here to see us quickly, and your guys are top-notch! Thorough, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. It has truly been, and continues to be, a pleasure to have a great working relationship first with Dennis as our initial point of contact when we got going on our build-out, and then subsequently being introduced to Mike, who did an impeccable job orchestrating the day-to-day work on that build-out, and most recently, Josh, who came in and executed a thorough and clean replacement of all of our Ethernet cable infrastructure. FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE They send the right crew, At the right time if you need emergency service they will be their but if you have a standard call they schedule it . They ask some questions to be sure they send some one that is used to that type of work. They are our first call for wiring, controls, lighting, motors and equipment. Very Happy

We had a few outlets go out suddenly and felt that it was out of our league after some troubleshooting. Hoffman Electric let us know that they might be a week out due to high demand. They ended up seeing us within 24 hours, which we greatly appreciated despite it not being an emergency.Jason was very professional and helped us understand what went wrong and how to avoid it happening again in the future. He also gave us peace of mind in explaining that our wiring issues were minor and overall everything looked good.The pricing was on par with what we’ve seen before and what others have told us they’ve experienced in our area.We will definitely be calling Hoffman electric in the future!

I am so impressed with this company. I live out of town and called Hoffmans as my moms house in town lost all electricity and temps were in the teens. I was able to meet a technician at my moms house the very next day! Within 2 hours, he had restored electricity! Braydon was very professional and right on time. I would highly recommend this company for any electrical job.

I am over-the-top happy with this company. I own a restaurant in Bellevue and last night our exhaust fan had a problem and shut down. Needless to say we had to close the kitchen until fixed. Thanks to Hoffman Electric they fixed it within an hour of making contact with them. The fix was a temp until the next morning. We planed to meet at the restaurant at 8 am for the complete repair. To my surprise, they were here and making the repair before I arrived at 7:45. I was waiting for a huge bill but that never happened. Great service, great repairman and great prices. This is the ONLY company I will use in the future.Thanks Hoffman, you EARNED all my future business.
