Omaha Gutter Company came out and did my soffits and fascias on my house and they look freaking amazing. I 100% recommend using them for projects like this on your house. Rachelle was awesome and very responsive and communicated well. Mike and Phil, the guys who actually did the work did it efficiently and quickly and were amazing at it. Mike even came back to finish up some small little details. Bennett was nice and professional when he came out to give the estimate as well. Their estimate was even quite a bit lower than many of the estimates I got. If you dont use Omaha Gutter Company for your house projects then youre using the wrong company.

We needed gutters on our house ,Omaha gutter company wasn’t the cheapest nor were they the most expensive, the guys installed our gutters in one day hauled off all the garbage and mess and did a fantastic job! Price was fair materials are excellent and the crew unmatched! I highly recommend Omaha gutter company when you need gutters downspouts or gutter covers. Rick and Nancy Domenge Omaha

Update: the owner contacted me directly and came out to verify the work wasnt completed. He apologized profusely and said that he would do the job himself if necessary. He was able to have another crew come out same day and complete the job.Original:I had Omaha Gutter Co come out for a bid on a small repair needed to resolve a contingency to sell my house. The bus was completed in late June. I was told two weeks to get on the schedule. No one contacted me, so I reached out by email and phone in mid-July. I left a voicemail because they dont have enough staff to answer their incoming calls volume and no one actually picks up when you call. An employee named Kyler called back and figured out some issues with paperwork and assured me that I would be put on the schedule. The following Monday, I got a call and was told someone would be out Wednesday. No one showed up or called. I called Thursday morning and was told that the contracted guys truck broke down and they would get me rescheduled. No one had contacted me again by the following Monday, so I called and left yet another voicemail, which was returned by Kyler who again made another excuse about the contractor. I explained again that their lack of accountability toget the job done was impacting a real estate transaction and that if it wasnt completed by today, I would find another company. Kyler simply said thats fine and hung up.I would give 0 stars if possible. If Kylers supervisors read this, I recommend that you review the principles of good customer service and accountability. Youre losing business because he cant appropriately handle workloads or communicate with customers.

We called Omaha Gutter Company to replace the old worn gutters on our house. We called them on a Thursday afternoon to make the appointment, Scott and Lisa were out at our home that evening for an estimate. They were able to email the estimate that same night. Estimate was very quick and very reasonable, which I really appreciated. We called and accepted the offer the next day. On Monday, they removed the old gutters and on Tuesday the new gutters were completely installed. Everything was done very professionally and quickly. The crew members were great. I had questions, they were able to answer. Price was reasonable, quality of workmanship was perfect, the experience was great.

I had my rear gutter replaced and some work done on the front gutter. Alan and Walter from Omaha Gutter Company did a great job! They even gave me some tips about another issue that I didnt even know I had, which I appreciated. I will be using this company again if I need additional work done in the future.

I have over 20 years in construction. Omaha Gutter Company is a solid outfit. They provide good quality workmanship at affordable prices. They will stand behind their work if there is ever an issue. They were easy to contact and always available to answer my questions. I would hire them again, and would not hesitate recommending them to my friends and family.

A tree fell on my roof, ripping off some gutter. Mike fixed everything and made it look like nothing had happened to the house. He also fixed my downspout for free, so I can push it up when I mow. That saves me a lot of headache.Mike also saved Omaha Gutter Company some stars on this review because I had trouble getting the guy who did the estimate to get back to me.Apparently they are going to launch a customer portal online to improve communication. I hope he learns how to use it, haha.

Contacted Omaha Gutter to to look at 2 downspouts that were not draining properly. The estimator identified the problem as too small diameter of downspouts.The technicians who came out did a great installation job, clean and in a timely manner.Omaha gutter Company did everything right for me at a fair price. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.A pleasure to to business with!
