After the series of wind and rain storms that whipped through the Bellevue area earlier this year ripped up a number of my shingles and caused a leak on the second floor, I was at a loss of who to trust to help me navigate the extensive repairs that my home would need.I was recommended Lastime Exteriors by a family friend and I am so incredibly thankful for that! Within an hour of calling their office I was contacted by Sam to start the process and within 24-48 hours they had an emergency tarp on my roof to prevent any more damage from the weather.Moving forward with the actual repairs, Sam gave me both reasonable estimates for a full roof replacement as well as potential repair to the most damaged section of the roof. Once the damage was determined to be severe enough to warrant an insurance claim/full replacement of the roof, all I had to do was connect my insurance agent with Sam and he took it from there! All the potential items like gutters, water damage, back deck etc. were identified in the claim and the work was handled quickly and professionally by Lastime and their team who was extremely communicative throughout the whole process.With the final invoice in hand, I can confidently say that I ultimately did not pay more than the cost of my insurance deductible (though Im sure this will vary by your provider) but I am absolutely more than satisfied with the work and cost at which it was provided to me. Thank you so much to Lastime Exteriors as a whole and Sam specifically for helping get my home back on track. Ill be recommending you all to anyone and everyone who needs roofing work in the future!

Truly a pleasure to work with Lastime Exteriors again.Had our roof done a few years ago and recently needed some old attic fans to be replaced.Very pleased with how promptly Jamie was able to get to us, and then how the whole process moved quickly from there.Also appreciate the courteous and respectful members from their team who worked to complete the job; that is a huge plus for me when it comes to having any contractor working in or around our home!Would not hesitate to recommend Lastime Exteriors to anyone.

We used Lastime Exteriors when our church needed new siding and a roof due to a hailstorm. Sam and his crew were wonderful to work with, very courteous. The jobsite was always cleaned up each day and the work was exemplary. We have work that needs done on our home and we will be using Lastime Exteriors for those improvements. We would recommend Lastime Exteriors to anyone that needs this type of work done.

Jamie and the team did a great job of inspecting and repairing my roof after wind damage prompted an insurance claim. They promptly inspected the roof, submitted estimates to my property manager and insurance company, and then replaced the roof at a reasonable cost. Overall, I was pleased with their professionalism and service and would use them again.

I had siding damage from a windstorm. I stumbled upon Lastime and I couldnt be happier with them! From the very first phone call to their office to the finished product, I have been OVERLY satisfied with Lastime! The quality of the work they did was EXCELLENT! The cost was extremely affordable and the customer service I received was WONDERFUL! I absolutely WILL be using Lastime if I have any problems in the future!!! I forgot to mention that working with Sam was an AMAZING experience! He NEVER hesitated to give me updates, his customer service was STELLAR, and Sam went above and beyond to reassure me that my cost requirements were met considering that I am legally and permanently disabled! Lastime Exteriors did a great job on replacing our roof after a storm. They came out and tarped it in time to avoid additional damage from another storm heading our way. They worked with my Insurance on replacement, had shingles ordered promptly and a dumpster delivered the day they began. They completed the job on time, completely cleaned up, and the roof looks wonderful. So nice to work with a professional team thats local to Omaha. I will definitely seek their services for upcoming projects.

I recently realized my house had no attic venting. On the recommendation of a neighbor, I called LasTime. Alan Howell came out to do an estimate a day later, took some pictures and got back to me a few days later with a very reasonable estimate. The work was done a few days after that, and was very well done. The difference in my MBR (converted attic) was immediately noticable. The one hiccup I called Alan about was dealt with immediately. Excellent customer service and communication. I would definitely use LasTime again.

Needed a new roof from a hail storm and decided to go with an upgrade. So glad I did. I selected a stone-coated steel roof installed by Lastime Exteriors, and I couldnt be happier with the results. Sam Minturn took care of me from the initial consultation to the final inspection. He was always available to answer my questions and made sure things were done right.Lastime Exteriors has done more stone-coated steel roofs and been doing them longer than anyone in the area. When they talk about the benefits they clearly know.The installation was quick and efficient. They kept the worksite clean and communicated clearly throughout the process. The finished roof looks fantastic!Overall, I highly recommend a stone-coated steel roof installed by Lastime Exteriors. Its a superior product that will likely get you an insurance discount that will offset the slightly higher price. Not to mention the peace of mind of a roof that will stand up to the elements.

The June storm in 2017 totaled the roof on my 1930’s home and the roofs on all my rentals. I have now had 3 steel roofs installed by Lastime, and a tier 4 asphalt, with gutters on all plus siding and window/door wrap. I also had radiant barriers put in. The steel is not cheap, but well worth it. Prices comparative or rather irrelevant, as covered by insurance. The radiant barrier is comparatively cheap for what it does (it works!). Energy star shingles I can’t say yet whether worth it or not. Gutters were nicely done, so was the siding, vents and such. I can’t say they picked up every fastener, but who could? Crews friendly and worked to do it right. I primarily dealt with Jaime, one of the Pflug brothers I think. He was knowledgeable and responsive, and worked well with my insurance company stuff during a very busy time. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased, and would use them again.

When our roof received damage from a bad hailstorm I called my Brother in Denver, since he is a roofing contractor. He knew my home was in the Happy Hollow area of Omaha and was a Colonial 2 1/2 story brick home and it is over 100 years old. He suggested a steel-coated roof that would not only look good on my style home but would keep the house cooler in the hot Omaha summer. He did some homework and told me that Lastime Exteriors was a certified company for installation of this type of roof. The representative was efficient and friendly. The crew was hard working and also efficient. Many people have complimented us on the look of the roof and I am sure it has added to the evaluation of our home when it is time for us to sell.

SAM was amazing from start to finish working with my insurance adjustor to ensure nothing was missed. If you are looking for a company that is on top of everything choose Lastime. I do not like to waste time and Sam was very understanding with this work was completed in the same week of the request. I will use Lastime in the future for sure. Excellent service!!!! We used Lastime in 2013 to replace our wood shingle roof with stone coated steel. Weve been in several hail events since and my neighbor is replacing her presidential asphalt roof done at the same time. Ours still looks great and the folks were easy to work with, we also just put in a shed using the same material to match the house. Looks great, hail rated and a great company to work with. Stone coated steel is the way to go...

Never been happier with Lastime Exteriors metal roof. We got a massive hailstorm last year and I ended up talking with Alan who was super helpful and easy to work with. I decided to get a metal roof so I wouldnt have to worry about another hailstorm. Here we are a year later and had another storm with 2+ inch hail and I dont have to worry about my roof! Never been so happy that I decided to go with Lastime Exteriors for my metal roof!

Jacob and Lastime did an excellent job on my house. I upgraded to Malarkey Impact resistant shingles and they look great. They also installed new gutters and window wraps. Looks like we have a new house!
