If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would. Jason and his team were incredibly helpful from the jump. We were selling our home and needed a new roof, gutters and major repairs to our siding. Jason helped us navigate the entire process; he was on site with the adjusters, spent extra time on the phone with insurance, and was in constant communication with me to make sure the job was done right. I honestly cant think of how this all wouldve gone without them. Jason and ProGrade will be getting all my exterior contracting services from this point forward. I cannot recommend them enough!

Outstanding experience. Above and beyond in every sense...Miguel is outstanding, and he was our Project Manager...He coordinated everything...Entire roof replacement, water damage on interior repaired, and painted, gutters replaced, wrapped a few damaged windows...he worked with our field claims adjuster and helped in other aspects far above and beyond, and, responded immediately on any questions, and was available upon request to come to my home multiple times...Would absolutely recommend to anyone and wld do it all over again with no changes...

Fantastic job. All around. Dealing with the insurance company was a long process and Juan was able to help us get what we needed, at the best price. He helped us understand the terms and language our insurance company was using, and helped us get our roof replaced. He was helpful all throughout the process. When these last storms came through, and everybody came by knocking, we waited for Prograde to stop by. If we had to, we’d definitely use them again.

We recently hired Juan to repair and replace our roof and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We are in the Omaha area and Juan was there for every appointment with our adjuster or insurance company. He came prepared with photos and notes. Kyle did a great job working with my insurance company. My insurance company was not easy to work with, but Kyle and Juan walked the roof with the inspector and got my roof fully covered in 2 days. The installers were very nice, respectful and CLEAN! Kyle walked around my house cleaning as they were working knowing I have a small child and 3 dogs. I recommend these guys 100%

ProGrade Exteriors is A++++++! Even with some issues (I feel to be expected with such a large job. They did our siding, garage door, a window, roof and gutters), they corrected what I wasnt thrilled about and made sure it was done right.I believe they went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I have worked with a lot of businesses and not many will work so hard to please the customer. Prograde is one of the few that will!Jason was a rockstar and fabulous to work with. He came in site many times prior to the jobs starting and made sure everything... Siding, trim, etc was exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond by looking for another brand of aluminum wrap to match the whites better. After the jobs started, he continued to come out and check in with us and the crew. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process to make sure all was going well and that we were happy. On the last day of the job, he came out and made sure I was home so we could walk through it all together and make sure we were completely satisfied. The crew was still here so they could fix anything that needed corrected. Minor things but they still stayed on site to get them finished.Initially, I was questioning to use Prograde because they had minimal reviews but I am all about supporting smaller companies and I am so happy I did. I wouldnt change a thing.Everyone I met with Prograde was outstanding to include the crew! Thank you so much for being the best yall can be!I would recommend Prograde to anyone with no hesitation! Thank you all for your professionalism, thoroughness and willingness to be all about the consumer!Now, I just need to up my landscaping game to match the new digs. 😁

On April 19, 2023, a severe thunderstorm came through my neighborhood dropping baseball sized hail, which completely destroyed my home’s roof, gutters, downspouts, and siding. I contacted three roofing companies to offer estimates for the necessary repairs. ProGrade Exteriors was the final call. It should have been my only one!This was not going to be an easy job. My two-and-a-half story, folk-victorian house dates to the early 1900’s with a very steep pitch, numerous gables, and a turret. The last shingling was performed exactly 20 years ago. At the time, the asphalt shingles were just set in place on top of the existing ones. We didn’t know it immediately, but it soon became apparent that there were at least three layers and no plywood sheathing underneath.From our very first meeting, Project Manager, Frankie Gutierrez, put me at ease as he described the process that would be followed and that he would be the on-site supervisor. I knew immediately that ProGrade was the company for the job.Frankie brought in over a dozen workers to strip the roof, (an extremely laborious undertaking) install the sheathing, and begin the reshingling. Another specialty crew addressed the siding issue, and a third began the gutter/downspout restoration.As he promised, Frankie was present everyday ready to explain what the next steps would be and to ensure that the quality of work was done according to ProGrade’s exacting standards. Throughout the process, another crew was engaged in cleaning up the debris. Something my wife particularly appreciated.Moreover, Frankie served as the liaison between me and my insurance company. He handled all of the paperwork and was in frequent contact with them. He communicated with me on a regular basis to let me know where we stood in terms of costs and payouts. I can’t praise him enough in this regard.If you are unfortunate enough to need the services of a locally-owned company to repair and restore your home, contact ProGrade Exteriors. You cannot do better.

We had been brushed off by our insurance company and told by their inspector that we only needed a few minor repairs after a significant wind storm damaged our roof. He took care of everything for us from start to finish. His team showed up on time and were thorough and efficient. Juan came by our house the same Friday afternoon I contacted him, then was able to provide a quote and complete the install within about 1.5 weeks. His team was friendly and did a great job!! Very pleased our gutters drain the correct way now. :)

We got a new roof (which was a combination flat and sloped), new gutters and new steel siding on the house and both detached garages. We are delighted with the results.
