We have been using Jonathan at Emerge Electrical since we moved into our custom built home more than three years ago. Jonathan did the original wiring in the home while under construction. Any electrical additions have been added by either Jonathan or his crew. Their work has been top notch. If I have any questions or concerns about their work, it is promptly addressed and corrected.Jonathan has always been a straight shooter. Having an electrician like Jonathan, one that you can trust to do the job right and do the right thing, is priceless.Highly recommend this company!

The work was done swiftly and efficiently. What I do not like was the lack of transparency on pricing. After putting a 20% down payment on three items, and then deleting one item, I still owed money! You guys need to itemize you billing! Otherwise people like me think they are getting fleeced.

I heard about Emerge Electrical company through a friend and noticed they are a local southwest Washington company and gave them a call. I needed several electrical projects and upgrades done on my farm and Isaac came out and did a detailed assessment of what I needed and prepared an estimate with a fair price. The team at Emerge is professional and friendly and they are easy to work with. I highly recommend Emerge electrical they did an outstanding job!

A big thanks to the Emerge Electric team! I highly recommend them! My old 1936 family home/farm needed a complete rewire, including removal of knob-and-tube wiring and a lot of other old wiring for electrical, cable, and telephone service, as well as removing the ancient baseboard heaters. The team totally rewired the house, installed new sockets, relocated sockets, installed ceiling fans, under-cabinet lighting, several new fixtures, and outdoor sockets, not to mention a new circuit breaker box and a whole new meter setup. They installed a two-head, ductless mini-split HVAC system, and they dealt with the PUD inspections and work and final inspections. And not to mention they even did the trenching and installation work for my long-time wish to put all overhead lines underground (what a safety and visual improvement!). They upgraded subpanels in four other structures, plus did safety corrections and installed a second mini-split system in an ancillary unit. All work was done with top notch quality materials, with good communication throughout the work. The scope of work was worked out before all this happened, when Isaac came and listened while I reviewed my long list of repair and renovation ideas. He has always been prompt and helpful with all of my concerns and inquiries, always educating and informing as we talked through the electrical needs. Johnny and the rest of the team were also terrific and all responsive to any requests I had. This is a long review, but they did such a ton of work, and I am super-pleased with what they did to create and support a modernized, electrically much safer home. Thank you!

Had no power to our well, had another company out. They referred a different company I called them they were 2 weeks out. I learned about emerge from Facebook gave them a call they were here 2 days later. The service man was great and had us going in less then an hour. The cost was super fair. Id definitely use again !

Very nice professional that came out. Arrived on time. I got an assessment of my mini-split that was initially installed wrong when the house was built two years ago. Needed a cleaning, repressurization and maybe some more Freon…for $1800 ! About the cost of the unit new! Prices have gone up and maybe that’s when everyone is charging, but not at all reasonable. Technician was great, not sure about the company’s pricing.

I gave Emerge Electrical five stars because I truly got 5 Star service! Jonathan Cahoon was professional, friendly and HONEST. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered me options for the repair work. Emerge responded quickly and repairs were completed efficiently.
