Super impressed. Had significant issues with the feed coming into the panel from the meter box early on Saturday morning. They responded very quickly, and had a electrician over to our house within and hour and a half. The electrician (Zack) really went above and beyond sourcing parts on a Saturday and doing his best to keep the costs as low as possible. Between driving around getting parts, waiting for PSE to remove the old meter, and doing the repair, he pretty much spent the entire day on this job and always had a smile on his face. He really went above and beyond to get us back connected. Thank you again-

We had a power issue in our manufactured house involving multiple fuses and areas during Thanksgiving week. Ted came out and was extremely thorough in his work. He checked every switch, outlet and fixture in the areas, looking for the issue. He was able to diagnose the problem, correct it and restore power completely to the house without needing to do any significant repairs. He kept his work areas spotless, was very professional and was very informative regarding possible future issues he found for us as home owners.I absolutely would not hesitate to call again for any other repairs or panel upgrades. The company is very transparent about their costs, pricing and explain what you are paying for and how it will be credited back to you for work done.

On time, very professional and informative. Explained pricing clearly, and completed free safety check of breaker box without any sales pressure. Additionally, the electrician was very pleasant to chat with while he was completing the work, and he also explained what he was doing and why throughout the time he was here. I can’t offer information on the value of the pricing for services since I did not check other electrical service companies, but I felt it was reasonable for the work I had done, and the quality of the work was exceptional. The electrician even cleaned up any debris and removed old light fixtures from the house.

We called Mr Electric yesterday and were able to get an inspection today in the morning. Sam Adams arrived in time, was respectful for me and our home, and fixed our issue within 15 minutes. He also checked all outlets and a circuit breaker box in the house for free as a complementary service provided by the company. I got the impression that this company treats their customers and employees very well. Only one negative thing was a pretty high bill for such a small issue, imo.

Contractors in general are not known for customer service, but Mr. Electric was solid in that regard.

Ted Martinchick was the electrician who came out to help determine why the power went out in part of my house. He was very helpful in explaining things as he went about checking various components, eventually determining the problem was a was disconnected white wire. After finding the problem and resetting it, Ted conducted a did a complete check throughout the house I give him a 10 out of 10, and would definite call Mr. Electric again if any other problems occur.

The cost was reasonable for the work and they scheduled it within the week. All work was completed as requested and they cleaned up when they were done. Mr. Electric came in as the lowest of three bids for a new wire run for a car charger in our garage, as well as a high voltage line for a heat pump water heater.They even kept their initial estimate price after 90 days when we were dragging our feet on the install. They did quick and clean work and even set up the EVSE after running the line, which was above and beyond what I was expecting.I highly recommend Mr. Electric!

Our service guy James was awesome! He went above and beyond the call of duty! He answered all our questions and then volunteered lots more important information especially during the free home electrical safety check. Hes very enthusiastic about his job! Scheduling was easy, however, we received conflicting information. Told one thing probably to secure the appointment, but didnt get the call back later that day nor the first appointment of the day as discussed. We had to call the next day to find out time, which they cannot confirm until about 20-30 minutes before arrival. They offer a senior discount and $25 coupon on website!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I had two separate electrical jobs that needed to be done and I was so impressed by the work done by James, Mikey, and Bobby. They were professional, kind, and informative. They were willing to explain things to me when I had questions and did such a fantastic job! Highly recommend! The only issue we had was that they scheduled the first electrician for a full day, but only told me a half day, so that job got pushed late because I had only planned to take the afternoon off of work. Other than that, I have no complaints about this company. They were quick to get someone out to do an estimate, they were able to schedule everything pretty quickly, and the electricians were clearly skilled and knowledgable about what they were doing. I found the price to be absolutely reasonable and would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Steve came to my home to install a new switch and replace a couple of lights for me. He was extremely professional, and completed the job way faster than I expected him to. His customer service was top notch!! Since he finished in such a timely manner he offered to look at a different issue I was having. It wasnt on his job discription at all, he just listened to me and could tell I was nervous about a different part of the houses wiring. He checked a couple of questionable spots I had and took the time to explain to me what he was doing, and made sure everything was in good working order and was able to get my downstairs bathroom GFI protected. EDIT: Mr Electric sent Scott out to assess the problem. The ark/pop caused by his coworker dislodged a power wire in an outlet feeding the master bath/bed. Scott took almost 90 minutes to clean up his coworkers mess, was super polite, thorough, and took time to educate me as he went and didnt charge a dime. The level of professionalism we hope all electricians and related contractors demonstrate. Make sure you ask for Scott and avoid Chase. Thank you, Mr. Electric, for making a bad situation right! We very much appreciate it!ORIGINAL POST: Mr. Electric was contracted to move my entire homes electric box as well as finish some electric work on a new mother-in-law suite. They moved the power box and completed the installation, but didnt bother to confirm that their work didnt mess up anything with the preexisting connections. They also left the power box switches either mislabeled or without any labels at all. That same evening we realized the whole master bathroom and 1 wall in the master bedroom doesnt work. Mr Electric sent the same technicians out to look at the box, and they immediately began talking about charging us extra if they couldnt figure it out from the power box because we didnt work on that side of the house. When they literally moved the entire house power box.and then tried to charge us $350 at minimum just to look at the master bedroom. The technician was rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly didnt care about the quality of his work or the reputation of Mr Electric. If you read my other Google reviews youll know I never take the time to call out a company like this.

I had to have my power junction box replaced...it had been installed in 1963. I needed to update it for a new well. Sean came out to give me an estimate the same day that I called, and the quote was more than reasonable. They lined up a working day that PSE could disconnect on...and they were on time. They ran into a bit of a problem with the old mast and meter box...just too old to rewire and seperate. But Steve and Alfred installed a new mast, brought my well line, main power line, and ground line through the bottom of the junction box....and it looks clean. They really did a superb job. I highly recommend them.Update 11/09/2020: It turned out that the city has a new code that syas all new power boxes have to have a surge protector. So I got a call regarding that this morning and they will be out tomorrow. Since its a code that popped up, Shane took off half the price. Great customer service!

We had some major damage done to our house by a windstorm. Chad came over so quickly after it happened and got us on their schedule immediately. Daniel, the actual technician who worked on our house, was amazing and helpful even though he had to give us bad news. He and his apprentance worked until 9pm, outside, in the dark, in the cold, just to get the job done for us! We have also appreciated how much they have worked directly with our insurance company. They are real advocates for safety in the home and making sure things get done correctly the first time. We will choose them for any and all future needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work, emergency or otherwise!

Mr. Electric of Olympia stands far above the other three local electricians we have tried over the years. What a relief to have found them. I trust them completely. Their pricing for electric panel replacement was significantly more reasonable than the competitors. The day of our job, the electrician Scott and his assistant discovered that the meter box (separate from the electrical panel) showed signs of overheating, and the house could have burned down. Someone put a bad part in the meter box at some point. It was quite the unwelcome and scary surprise. Matt the estimator came right out to look at the situation and gave us a fair price, since the meter box had to be done along with the electrical panel. He also provided a photo of the meter box problem for filing an insurance claim. Scott and the assistant worked double hard all day and tidied up some other problems that cropped up (due to the subpar work of earlier electricians). We love Mr. Electric! Thank you for providing professional service and peace of mind.

We were quite pleased with the work from Mr. Electric. They were prompt showing up and very good at explaining, answering questions and making suggestions throughout the job. Our project involved considerable work based on the to do list from our buyers home inspection. This is a 1936 home and the work required installing a 200A service panel in the basement, relocating meter, installing additional circuits, outlets, grounds, light fixtures, covering open junction boxes, grounding where required, providing outlet in fireplace for gas insert and extending power through attic to other side of house at grade for future accessory structure. I believe they performed more work than was estimated due to the age and difficulty of working on a house of this age. We will certainly plan on calling them again when we require more work. They helped with programing the generator and started the generator so that we could observe it working during a simulation of a power outage. We are only waiting now for the final inspection. I would also like to say that the office staff is a pleasure to talk too. Always answered the phone and responded to any requests or questions. Great job...

Lets focus on the good first:- Service is fantastic. They are professional and know what they are doing. They dont do things half heartedly. I do have some CS/EE background and was dealing with a very confusing house wiring. Not only the technical fixed the issue, he even took the time to explain things for me and help me understand what is going on in my house wiring. He also helped me solve a 2 year old mystery which was my bathroom fans erratic behavior which lead to fixing some problems.The thing to look out for:While their pricing is fair for large jobs, the minimum they can charge adds up to around $460. I presume this is just the nature of running a business and having employees to pay. That means if you bring them over to do something as simple as installing a light switch, it will still cost you about $460. So make sure the job you have for them is large enough to actually worth the price you are paying for. In my case the technician even offered things he can do to make the price worth it for me which I really really appreciated. They go out of their way to make your money worth.All said, I will definitely consider their service again. I am very happy with the work they have done.

Zach came to our home a few months ago and replaced several LED ceiling lights and installed a dimmer switch. One of the lights failed, so we called for help and he came back and changed the light and associated transformer. The lights used were purchased from Home Depot. The one that failed was returned and they provided a replacement lamp and transformer. The new unit also failed and Zach had to make a second trip to get another unit. In spite of fact that it was late in the day when he started the job, he was patient, cordial and hung in there until the job was completed satisfactorily. Ask for Zach when you make the call to Mr Electric. The service provided by Zach was excellent. The call to schedule the appointment - not so much. As a result we were led to believe the appointment was for 8 am. He didn’t get to our home until. Around 2 pm. What no one told us is that the electricians are only told about one job at a time, so they don’t end up in a rush to complete a job and do sloppy work. When that job is finished, they are informed of subsequent work if time permits. So when you call. Ask to be the first work order of the day.

Had some work done on my house with Trophy Plumping and then after they recommended Mr Electric, just have to say I was really impressed with the awesome service they supplied me. They scheduled me in very quick, even offered to come out and take a look so I had an exact quote on the cost (I hate when people quote something and you almost rely on that quote and it ends up being WAYYY more) the cost was very affordable and they scheduled the actual job for the very next day. The technician was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing, he was very timely while making sure everything was done properly, he was also very kind. I would recommend this place to anyone along with choosing to work with them again myself.
