Element Electric did an outstanding job replacing our old, outdated panel. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and highly skilled. Burke explained the process clearly, and quickly got us on the schedule, coordinating with PSE. We couldnt be happier with the quality of their work and would highly recommend Element Electric for any electrical needs.

Our first encounter with Element Electric was when they were a subcontractor on our home renovation.Their skilled, courteous team left a lasting impression.That job involved moving outlets and adding new electrical wires and switches. An old wall heater was replaced with a safer, more efficient ceiling exhaust fan - heat lamp in the bathroom.Customizable LED lights were installed in the showers. Nice touch and important to bringing down the “draw” of electricity in that space.Element’s team did a fantastic job of “fishing” new wire to the panel with minimal mess.L & I inspection went well and inspector recommended that we install whole house surge protection.We hired Element to disconnect and secure the underground electrical for a hot tub. They completed that task as well. Ensuring that multiple safeguards were put in place to avoid future issues.We hired Element who knocked that out and we learned that Element can install low voltage wiring like TV cable (coax) or internet wiring (CAT-6).Just met with Burke to discuss our next project so we can setup a WiFi access point.In summary, Element Electric has multiple teams that do solid work. They have a good reputation, reasonable pricing, and availability.I give them my highest rating.

Element Electric first did work for us in 2016. We moved into a home that was nice but builders basic. Burke installed electrical outlets, switches, 2 ceiling fans, ceiling lights, attic lights, in-wall AV cables for big screen TVs, 60 amp plug in the garage, & everything was always inspected. Since our original hiring, we have only used Burke for all our electrical needs. Obviously we think he is top notch!
