Action completed a new power panel, rough in, and trim for my 490 sqft addition. They were reasonably priced and their estimate/bid paperwork was beautiful. It made signing the contract easy because the statement of work was very clear. The electrical work done blended in well with the existing house, no wierd sub-panels or odd junction boxes. Crews came on time and worked hard. Very easy to talk to while on-site. Work was clean and professional from panel to finished lights.

They immediately came out the same day and were able to diagnose and fix my issue practically over the phone and confirm that it was the issue upon arrival. Owner and his son do great work and dont prey on people with high prices. Dont be afraid to give them a call! Please do be patient with them as good electricians are always busy.

Had them come out and do some electrical work on a house that we were in the process of selling. They were extremely prompt, they were able to get to it in just a few days. They quoted me originally without even seeing the work and were pretty spot on. The electrician who came out was professional and did a great job, I wish I could remember his name. Anyway great company, would use them again and highly recommend.

Great customer service! They always answered the phone when I called and were able to schedule an electrician to come give a bid that same week. When the electrician, Rusty, came be evaluated the project, gave a bid, and asked if we wanted it done that day. We were expecting to have to wait multiple days for a bid, then a couple weeks longer to actually schedule the work to be done, so of course we did yes to getting it done that same day! 8 hours later we had 4 new ceiling fixtures and all new wiring to connect those new ceiling fixtures to light switches.Thurston Electric LLC = 5 Stars.Rusty the Electrician = 5 Stars.

The electrician took notes and was there for over an hour. Left with contact info to send a bid.The bid NEVER came. We called to check on the process and was told the bid would be over soon.The bid never came. Not good follow up. Thurston Electric does good work IF they show up.OCT. 20164 starsUsed Thurston Electric for a bathroom remodel. Edward was the electrician, and did a great job for us. Work was done right, fast, and for a fair price. We will use TE again.

Excellent! Got a hold of them instantly and scheduled an estimate for 3 days later. JD did my estimate, Gloriann handled all the scheduling, and JD and Trevor came back within a week to do the project start to finish over two days. Reliable, quick to communicate, and the job is done as expected. Will work with them again. (Full under-cabinet lighting in my kitchen on a new Dimmer Switch, also scheduled 3 more projects with them over the next few months)

Great customer service. Very reasonable fees. The work was done exactly per the bid, even though we ran into some unforeseen impedances and delays. The electrician (Keith) was friendly, polite and very competent. I enjoyed all aspects of the transaction. A much better experience than with a close competitor.

We returned from an extended vacation on a Sunday to a dark front yard and a large part of our home without electricity. After checking all the logical things that could be wrong,we slept on it. On Monday morning we phoned Action (formerly Thurston) Electric, and that afternoon Erik Peterson came to diagnose the problem. A smart, well informed and clearthinking person. He did the trouble-shooting, found the issue and only charged us for an hour. Great service. Nice guy.

Thurston Electric recently replaced 3 exterior security lights and an interior ceiling light for me. Rusty, the electrician, gave me excellent advice about the different features of exterior lights, and the lights I then chose are doing exactly what I wanted. Rusty also noticed that the new ceiling light I had chosen wouldn’t cover marks left by the old light, and he suggested adding a medallion, which looks perfect. I will absolutely call Thurston Electric (and request Rusty) for my future electrical needs.
