KC Pumpman is the best. Had an alarm on my pump over the Christmas holiday weekend. Called Bill and he promptly called me back. He was able to walk me through troubleshooting and ultimately got my system back up and running. They’re my go-to for any pump issues going forward. Thanks!

KC Pumpman installed the backup sump in our new home over 13 years ago, and we have used their services ever since. They are the epitome of high quality customer care! Terri does a super job of handling calls and oftentimes can provide helpful tips without the need for a service call. If not, she has Bill call and he can usually walk me through the steps that need to be taken to correct an issue. When a service call has been needed, Bill is prompt, does quality work and makes sure that the job is done right and the homeowner is happy. They are the best!

I called KC Pumpman and talked with Bill on a Monday morning about a sump pump with a battery back up that had quit working. We discussed my situation, he made recommendations, I ordered a new combo pump online and made an appointment for KC Pumpman to come out to install it. It was Bill himself that showed up and completed the installation in a timely manner all the while enduring my questions and explaining what he was doing and why. This was money well spent!

K C Pumpman was referred to me by my neighbor, a long-time homebuilder. When I told him my sump pump quit and how much the bid was to repair it, he told me I was crazy if I didnt call KC Pumpman. That advice saved me well over $1000 and brought me the most knowledgeable and professional in the business and I now have a complete new system with battery backup. I was very pleased not only with the price and the finished product, but also with the sincere concern they showed for getting the job done correctly, promptly, and economically. i will be a lifetime customer.

This company is top notch! Had a recent flooding with several inches of water throughout my basement and KC Pumpman was recommended to us by some friends. Thanks to their fast and professional service, they were able to pump out the water and fix and upgrade our sump pump. If you have basement flooding issues or need a sump pump repair or replacement, I would give these guys a call!

Called the emergency phone number a couple days before Christmas. Wasnt sure Id get a response, let alone a quick one, since Id never employed their services before. Got a call back the next day and was told exactly how to fix it myself! Im almost sad I wasnt able to compensate them for their time and expertise. Great company! Saved me a ton of money! Cant recommend enough!

A true professional who responded to an emergency after hours. Bill is amazing and quickly replaced an old pump that quit suddenly. My house is near an underground spring, so without Bill, my basement would have flooded. He saved my basement!

WOW...called in a panic yesterday, my sump pump monitoring system was emitting alarm. Terry patiently walked me through the reset process and setup a service call for today. Robert fixed my problem and spent a lot of time explaining what was going on and why...I will setup annual call, just like I do for my HVAC. Thank you Terry and Robert!

I didnt need to use their service, because I could do it my self. That is extraordinary customer service!!!If I need to use them in the future, this is where I will go.

I spoke with Bill about some detailed concerns regarding my sump pump. He shared his time and expertise, gave me some tips and did not charge me a cent! In the end, I did not need his services at this time, but I wont even get a second bid when I do. I will simply have Bill take care of it. He and his wife, could not have treated me any more fairly, and I respect and appreciate that!

We have used KC Pumpman 3 times now. First time, installed new sump pump, then last year Bill came out when we called about the main sump pump not running, but we have a backup pump. Then, he identified the problem as mineralization was causing the float to stick. There was nothing wrong with the pump - he cleaned it up, cleaned the float, and only charged for the service call. Someone less honest might have just sold us a new pump.Fast forward to yesterday. Same thing - main pump quit working, but back up pump was barely keeping up. I got Bill on the phone, and he reminded me about the float problem last time. He talked me through it on the phone, I reached down and sure enough - it was the stuck float again. No charge.This got me up and running, and Bill could get on to the next emergency.These guys are great!
