Wow! The service was fast, affordable and more than I expected.I’d never used this company before but I had a bathroom faucet fail days before I expected company. My plumber was sick so I got recommendations from my neighbors. I called several including Andy’s. They sent Rick’s photo and he arrived within an hour. Not only did he fix the problem and replace the outer pipes, valves and connections, but agreed to look at our kitchen faucet as well.We live in an old house and it was wonderful to find someone who understood it,I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. Will be hiring them in the future.

Kyle showed up precisely at the projected time. He reviewed replacing our water pressure regulator and gave me a price which included all parts and labor. The price was very fair and it included a 5 year warranty. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Kyle was exceptional and I feel that Andy runs a very ethical business.

I was able to schedule and receive service the same day through their online scheduling which was very convenient! I got an email when Ryan was on his way with a photo so I knew who to expect at my door.He did a good job at explaining plan “a” and what plan “b” would be if it came to that. After approval, he completed the work in a timely fashion and left a clean space.I will not hesitate to call them again when I need plumbing help.

Good work, a little expensive. Our regular guy couldnt do the job as soon as we wanted, so we called Andys upon a referral by a friend. The tech explained what was needed, did the work quickly (running a line in the basement to hook up an ice-maker and water dispenser in our new fridge), and charged a little over $600. The guy was pleasant and helpful, did very clean work, so no complaints about that. He explained that they price according to task rather than hours + materials + markup (he wasnt there much more than an hour) and that their pricing goes up and down from time to time and includes their other business expenses. Make of that what you will, but if we hadnt been in a hurry, Id have continued to shop around because I think that job shouldve come in at more like $400. Again, no complaints about the work itself. They did include a 2-year warranty on parts and labor.

Was looking for new plumber and called Andys. Quote was over budget for initial project, but called them back for some repairs and have been impressed. Initial project not done well by my selection on that one. But integrity saves you money in the long run. Lesson learned. Give Andys a try you will be surprised. CASSANDRA AND RYAN are awesome.

We have typically used another plumbing company but they didn’t answer when I called this morning after a weekend with no kitchen sink because I was dumb and put too much down the garbage disposal. I had seen Andy’s in our neighborhood many times and decided to give them a try. They immediately answered the phone and were able to get me an appointment 5 hours later.Cassie was SPECTACULAR.✅ polite✅ knowledgeable✅ explained my options clearly with price points✅ alerted me to two other items of concern she noticed in the house✅ gave me a quote for the two other items with prices good for the next 90 daysWas Andy’s the cheapest? I don’t know. But the clogged line was cleared and my 10 year old garbage disposal was replaced in about 90 minutes.I mentioned being so happy to see a young woman in the trades and Cassie said Andy’s was willing to take a chance on a new high school grad with no tools of her own who was interested in plumbing. YES. Any trade company that not only hires women, but is willing to provide on-the-job training to newbie tradespeople… that’s a great company in my book. Highly, highly recommend.

Had an issue with work done back in 2021 and long out of warranty. Chad and Cassie determined that the original work done was not up to their standards and insisted on redoing it at no charge. Im absolutely flabbergasted to see such high standards for customer service and satisfaction these days, when it seems like so many companies are out to bend you over. Bravo! You made a customer for life!

Cassie came to fix a water leak in my basement. She thoroughly checked everything and ended up fixing the seal on the toilet. She replaced the expansion tank on the water heater as well. She recommended a company to dry out the basement and even called them for me. She was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything she did. The company was prompt and their communication was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Andy’s Pipe Dream were great. I called to get a second opinion about a sump pump. They came out the next day and worked with me on the time because I had some conflicts. Rick did a very nice job explaining everything to me and showing me everything and bidding on future jobs. I really appreciated his efforts, especially on a Friday afternoon. Thank you, too, to the nice ladies who answered the phone. They actually answered the phone, it wasn’t a machine or press one press two, it was answered by a person with the name of the company and they were great. I talked to two different ones, and I appreciate that so much in this day and age of everything automated and computerized

We had an emergency situation that required us to turn off all water to the house on Sunday. We called Andy’s Pipe Dream and were given upfront all the information we needed to decide if we wanted something done that day or if we could wait. We decided to wait and their service technician Ryan Hill just completed all the work we needed and the water is on! It wasn’t an easy fix but Ryan gave us all our options, completed the job, and even walked around the with us so we could make sure all our plumbing was working after he turned the water back on. He was very polite and professional and we highly recommend him and Andy’s Pipe Dream for any plumbing needs!

We have used Andy’s Pipe Dream for over 10 years. They have always been reliable, straight-forward, and fair. Their work is great. Our most recent interaction was a major plumbing issue. Our cast iron stack was leaking and had to be replaced. Andy’s had to cut through walls and ceilings over three floors and spent six days on the project. Our technician was Cassie who was fantastic. She was great communicating what needed to be done, how she was approaching it, and sharing costs the whole way. They protected our floors, walls, etc…better than any contractor we have used. Roger assisted and Chad, the Manager, came out multiple times to check in and explain what was being done. As a side note, unlike other plumbers, Andy’s does not push monthly maintenance programs or require you to purchase plans for priority service, they focus on good plumbing service.

Being from out of town and only here for 36 hours they were so accommodating. Ryan was professional, funny, on time and very knowledgeable. He was a problem solver and tried everything to save us some money. He is my go to plumber and Andy’s Pipe Dream is on speed dial. We experienced a strong gas odor in our basement and kitchen; I immediately turned the main gas line off. With a toddler in the house, we called Andys Pipe Dream vs attempting our own repair. They were prompt, courteous, and easy to schedule. However, the technician who arrived seemed to have limited experience with gas leak detection. He had difficulty operating the gas detector (required the manual to turn it on) and only spray tested one of the five connection lines. Despite not finding a leak, we were charged $140.Unfortunately, the gas odor returned shortly after using our appliances. Given the safety hazard, we contacted a family friend with 30 years of experience in related fields. He identified three gas leaks quickly with an industrial-grade detector. The leaks were at the oven connection line, the oven ignitor (which caused excessive gas release during ignition), and the Y-splitter supplying both the oven and fireplace.While Andys Pipe Dream offered good customer service initially, their visit was pointless. A good reminder that if you want something done right, do it yourself.Edit (7/10/24): The owners response to our issue is impressive; he seems to care about his service and the customer experience. Today it’s more common to see businesses become defensive, but instead he offered a full refund and chose to improve internal training. Based on this experience, Im adding additional stars to my review. His willingness to address the issue gives us confidence we can use this service in the future.

She never pressured me into more expensive work.I am so happy that I am having Cassie upgrade more plumbing in my old home and install something new.Months ago, a different plumbing company never told me what was dripping under my bathtub. They never offered to fix it. Instead, they sent restoration companies who wanted to cash in on my homeowners insurance instead by moving me out of my home and taking my walls down to the studs and rebuilding. I contacted Andys very late last Wednesday for a few bathroom sink problems we were have. They put us on the schedule for the next day between 12-2 & the two technicians actually arrived shortly after 12:00. Colton & Rick were extremely professional & I would highly recommend them. They did a complete inspection & even recommended some things we may want to have done in the future with 90 estimated price should we want to have them done. They did not push anything that wasnt absolutely necessary like many companies do. They were able to get what we was necessary done in a short period of time & were very tidy. Told me costs for my approval, that was hard and firm, before starting her work. Had her back a couple days later to install new kitchen faucet. Warranted all labor for a year. Wow. Just a great experience all around. Cassie was very knowledgeable, explained everything, and was uber professional. And, she laughed at my jokes 😃. These folks are legit. We needed to have our hot water intake valve replaced for our washing machine before the machine could be replaced and Andy’s was able to get out to us the next day! We were able to be serviced the day we called, and we received a text with the technician’s photo when he was on his way. He left the work space clean, and our dog liked him (that says a lot!)

It turned out to be a partial clog in the main sewer line, not the small lines. We had a great experience with Don and Ryan (tall Ryan). They arrived on time, were super nice, and were able to quickly diagnose and fix a broken drain pipe in our 100 year old home. Our first estimate for the leaky pipe was from a different plumber who told us hed have to replace all the plumbing (supply lines, drain lines, fixtures, etc) in our tub in order to fix the broken drain line (he then ghosted us). Don and Ryan were able to only fix the broken pipe in order to limit the scope of the repair (and cost). Not only were they great at their jobs but they were such a pleasure to work with. Of course home warranty denied the claim because of it & said Im responsible for all repairs. I called & spoke with Andy & he sent a team out the same day! Not even 10min in, both Victor & Ryan found not only what was causing my issues, but 3 more issues on top of it. They completely explained what is going on & what needs to be done! I was provided with a detailed report of everything with pictures to turn into my home warranty. This company & the crew they sent is beyond phenomenal. They were so patient, understanding, and genuine with everything! 5 stars really does not do them justice! Thank You guys so much! He found a defective toilet flange installed by the original plumber, which caused my toilet to leak at the base and move around. Several bids and many months later, Don and Ray replaced a water heater and jack hammered out a disintegrated p-trap from the basement floor drain, replacing that and the concrete as well. The overcharge was added back to my credit card. I thought this was very ethical and honest. I think they are an excellent company technically and ethically.

My moms toilet was making noise periodically keeping her awake at night. Don was very helpful with the issue and solutions. While he was working on that unit I went downstairs to the utility room and found the water heater leaking. Lucky for us don was there and ready to check it out. A very personable young man named Victor showed up and tackled a very serious clogging situation that apparently had been building up in our water pipes downstairs since we bought our home in 1980. Our kitchen sink was backed up all the way down to the basement pipes. Plunging the sink no longer worked when the water would not go down. Drano was not even doing the job. But Victor worked his magic putting in new pipes at the right angle and cleared up the problem in a couple hours. We will be forever grateful for his Jedi-like expertise in diagnosing and fixing the problem. The only thing is---since I dont have a dishwasher I have to go back to washing my dishes in the sink again. Oh---wait a minute---I enjoy doing that---because I get to watch through the kitchen window as the dog chases squirrels in the back yard. One of lifes laughable moments!!!

The sump pump is so quiet that with all of the rainy weather, we thought wed better have it checked out to make sure it was working well. We were having work done on our house and had to move our washing machine. Apparently, our 30 yr old supply valves didnt like being turned off, and began to leak. As this needed to be fixed, I searched on Angies List, and as soon as I was presented with a list of plumbers, my phone rang. It was Andys Pipe Dream. We discussed my issue and he said he could have tech on site in 30 minutes and provide a quote and do the job if we wanted.In about 30 minutes Stu showed up at my door. I showed him what the problem was, and he gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable for the work to be done.Stu took about an hour or so and removed the old valves, installed the new ones and made sure everything was tight and dry. He was even able to fit the dry wall cut back in the wall. All it needs is some mud and tape, if I want.He cleaned up the dust, and any water (which I dont even recall seeing), we completed the payment electronically and everything was good as new.This may be the third time in 20 years I hired I a plumber, but i would recommend them. Their work was fast, accurate and professional. I also liked the upfront pricing so there was no surprise at the end.
