When our hot water had to be replaced, I ran across A-Team’s website looking for local plumbers. I called and Ryan promptly answered. He was very pleasant, gave me a quote in minutes and promised service the same day.Jeff arrived with a new hot water heater a few hours later. I liked him immediately. Stephen came to assist shortly after and was quite friendly and professional as well.I could not be more pleased with their professionalism, pricing, installation, cleanup, and follow-up. They did exactly what they said they would do, on time and for the amount quoted. I will only use A-Team in the future. I highly recommend them without reservation.

As usual, an amazing job done perfect. Had main unit installed a few months ago and had them back to replace the upstairs HVAC unit recently. Complete system, In and out in one day. No mess, very clean, and tidy. I have yet to see a better HVAC install, anywhere! Works perfect and noticed quite an energy savings with the first unit during summer months. Most comfortable climate I have ever had in my house.

Not only did they fix my issues, but they also walked me through several steps to help prevent issues in the future and what to look out for. The icing on the cake was the competitive pricing. For the work they did they pricing was more than friendly and affordable. Will be using them in the future for all my plumbing, cooling, and heating needs.

The owners are more responsive than you can believe! Owner Jeff has worked on our plumbing in the past, and the work was wonderful and fairly priced. Today we had an emergency, and owner Steven came out. He is wonderful too! He fixed our emergency issue on a Sunday and went above and beyond in hooking up our new washer and the steam feature on our new dryer! Hire this company, and you will be so glad you did! Their prices are very fair and they do great work in a very timely manner. Oh, and theyre nice, too!

This company is honest, hard working and offers competitive HVAC pricing. A-Team Plumbing, Heating & Cooling showed up when they said they would and completed the work required in the timetable they said they would. In June, Steven came to our home to give us pricing on a new HVAC unit because our 20 year old Trane A/C was failing. Steven discussed the pros and cons of several ranges of efficiency units and listened to what was most important to us, what rooms we had issues with heating and cooling with our old system, what issues we had with our old system, etc. Steven answered all of our questions so that we felt comfortable with choosing a new HVAC unit. On installation day, all went as we were told it would. Its now been a few weeks since our unit was installed. We are very happy with our unit, the price point of our unit, the financing offered through GE/Wells Fargo and with the follow up we received from Steven making sure all was well with our new unit. All communication was professional and thorough. This company cares about meeting the needs of the customer. I highly recommend this company.

I was looking for someone to come out and repair our AC. It was getting hot. It was the afternoon on 3 July, and I knew the chances of getting someone out to look at it that same day were slim. I called around, no luck. I gave the A-Team a call. Jeff said he could have someone out in less than 30 minutes! I got lucky. Steven had just finished a job and was just a few miles away. Within 20 minutes he was here and working the issue. Within 1 hour, my AC was running cold once again. Aside from getting lucky enough to have someone here in less than 30 minutes, you could tell that Steven was an expert at his craft. (Im the obnoxious homeowner that follows the technician around asking endless questions, but he didnt seem to mind.) He explained everything he was doing and how the system works, and what my specific issue was. He fixed it. The air was cold once again and the bill was very reasonable. Their number is now in my phone for future calls dealing with HVAC. Should a plumbing issue arise here, Ill try them for that as well. They seem to be real good people too! Thats a big plus in my book.

Having moved here from a state that does not have basements, I know very little about sump pumps but I knew something was definitely wrong with ours last Saturday morning…and morning is 5am. Called A Team as they were listed as emergency plumbers and not only did Jeff answer the phone (AT 5:30AM!) he also took the time to ask qualifying questions, determine it wasn’t a right now emergency and said he would be out in a few hours. He checked in again before coming to our home and sent another text to let me know he was on his way. He took the time to trouble shoot exactly what the issue was….primary pump failed and backup was not working properly…and replaced everything same visit with more than fair pricing. I am so impressed with the service we received. It’s an absolute rarity to get this level of service anymore and we are customers for life. Thank you so much for helping us! I wish all companies were like yours!

We had a pipe burst in the wall and there was a significant amount of water coming out. I called A-Team at 8:00 PM on a Friday. Steven picked up and came out that night. He worked until at least 10:00 PM fixing the pipe. He also identified water damage on the lower levels from the water leak and contacted a restoration company for us. When they werent readily available, he contacted another one. Steven didnt have to do that but he went the extra mile. I was very impressed with his speed of response, the work that he did, and the initiative that he took to get us set up to repair the water damage. On top of all of that, Steven is a very nice guy and you can tell that he knows his plumbing.I couldnt recommend them any more highly. If you have plumbing issues, give them a call.

Super friendly, professional, and do great work. Had them consult on a minor hvac issue, were impressed, so we got a bid on a much bigger plumbing job to replace our old cast iron and lead plumbing stack. They knocked it out in a day and half, were onsite quickly, and made sure we could shower at the end of the first day!! Since we are mid-renovation, they also made sure we could use our bathroom until we are able to do the finish work. They cleaned up at the end of each day and protected the areas that were not being worked on. Super transparent and made sure we knew what was going while the work was happening. On time, delivered what they said and were just super enjoyable to interact with. Couldn’t think of a quality I’d want in a contractor they didn’t deliver. Will tell anyone that has hvac or plumbing needs about them and will use them in the future.

Best service Ive had in a long time. Highly recommend.My kitchen sink clogged up over the weekend. First thing Monday morning I visited their website and submitted a request. Sure enough, at 8:00 on the dime they were here. Steven did a great job fixing the clog and making sure nothing was leaking before he left. Jeff and Steven are the best when it comes to being honest, knowledgeable and fast. Jeff has serviced our home for many years, so when we learned he ventured out on his own with another partner, we were fortunate to track him down in order to diagnose and fix the problem our A/C was experiencing. Always goes the extra mile to repair vs replace, which is typically not the philosophy of their competitors. No high pressure sales in any way which is also refreshing. Our furnace broke down sometime in October of this year. It was over 15 year old and the repair cost was high. So, I decided to get a new one installed. I have got quotes from three different vendors for various type of system (standard to high efficient). Steve visited me personally couple of times to explain and answer all my questions. Also, they gave me most competitive bid. Once I awarded the bid, they installed the system in few days as per my schedule. Also, after installation, I have many questions regarding efficiency and 2 stage run. They patiently answered my questions and I am satisfied with the service provided.

TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY AND SAVED ME A BOATLOAD OF TIME AND MONEY!I should preface by saying I’ve known the A-Team for awhile - truly kind and respectful guys, on top of their skills! But I’m a bit of the handy type, so my dad and I went to do some basic maintenance on my furnace before the first cold snap of the season. We found a problem, but couldn’t resolve it ourselves. We thought we were going to have to get a specialized part, or replace the furnace all together, and called up the A-Team for advice. It was the day before temps were going to drop below freezing, and I live with an elderly family member, so they could have charged me anything they wanted to come out and have a look, because we needed it resolved fast! But instead, Jeff asked a couple questions and told us to check on one little detail we had overlooked…turns out a spider web in a tube was all that stood between me and my furnace working! We were able to clear it out, everything worked great, and Grandma had a warm house for the night! I was so so grateful! Having had another service replace a capacitor and a fan motor in our heat pump 7 1/2 months ago, our fan stopped working a few days ago. A different technician from the same company came out to inspect yesterday and I was told that I needed a new condenser. The unit is only 8 years old, but apparently (as I was told) I was in luck as the condenser has a 10 year warranty. The charges for labor, etc. also included a $150 to $200 charge to ship the condenser. The A-Team was called and Steven showed up this morning promptly at 9 am. Well it wasnt the condenser, it was the fan motor. He got to work and before long our service was restored. There is a reason that this locally owned company has a 5 star rating. Thank you Steven. Who wants to get a service call on a Friday evening?My AC went out at my house on Friday afternoon. I spent some time trying to figure it out so I could not. I called the A-Team around 4pm and they were at my house by 445pm.They were communitive in their scheduling and when the tech would be here. My AC is in a tight spot inside a fence. It is not easily accessible. The tech spent about 30 minutes checking over the unit. He was able to diagnose the main problem, but also observed some other repairs that I had done that needed to be adjusted.He was commutative in the cost ahead of time. He checked the inside unit as well ensuring the full system was operating. He was very helpful in explaining what I can do to help keep an old unit running. He did not push a lot of concepts of I need to buy a new one, or I need to change this or that. It was very helpfulThier pricing was a lot cheaper than I thought - I really thought they could probably have charged me more. Tech was here for about 3 hours and just felt the cost they charged could have probably been a couple hundred more just for the time.I have a new HVAC company that I will be using. Based on my lack of knowledge of HVACs and faced with the need to replace my existing unit, I ended up in an unending cycle of getting diagnostic findings and unit replacement quotes. Everybody that came over told me something different than the last and I ended up being totally confused on where to go next. I reached out to A-Team and Steven came out to take a look. The thing that set Steven apart was his approach and demeanor. He took the time to explain my options in such a way that did not make me feel pressured nor did he come across as being a close the sale no matter the situation person. In actuality it was just the opposite. He answered all of my questions. It was easy to see that he knew what he was talking about. He also went as far as reviewing other quotes that I had received and pointed out that one of them was an open-ended quote that would basically result in me giving a blank check to that contractor. The A-Team quote was the best price for a higher quality of product when compared to others. During installation, Steven and his team were professional and knowledgeable and as such, the installation went out without a hitch. Steven then took the time to register my product for warranty so there was nothing further that I needed to do. Steven has been excellent. Our system is now 10 years old, so we chose to begin seasonal maintenance. I asked about whole home humidifier maintenance as well. They do and it was worth it. I can feel the difference. Steven found a leak in the flue pipe, ordered the piece and was out quickly to replace the broken PVC. We’ve been very satisfied so far and looking forward to it Spring AC tune-up! They’re on time and communicate very well.
