Fast and friendly service, quickly determined the trouble area, cut a very small hole to find and fix the issue and charged a fair price. Cleaned up the mess after and even took my half full trash bag with him in case there was any mold from the leak in the drywall and insulation. These folks are so friendly and happy to help. We had a leaking water line after our old fridge was removed which kept us from hooking up the ice and water to our new fridge. Ryan immediately worked to find a way to fit me into his schedule as early as possible, which I so appreciated. My hot water tank went out and flooded part of my basement and Deer Creek plumbing was at my house in under an hour to assess the problem. They gave me all options on what they thought I should do not only to replace the tank but also to rectify the flooded area. In under 12 hours I have a new hot water tank installed and a plan for the rest. Couldn’t ask for better service and efficiency! By far the best plumbers in the KC Metro Area.

Ran into an employee(maybe owner) in Menards. He heard me talking through my plumbing quandary with my wife and how I thought I had it solved. He indicated he was a plumber and explained one critical step on adding an expansion tank that I might have missed. Asked me what work I was doing, told me what he thought of my plan (in a helpful way) and it made it go so much smoother when I did the work. That kind of service to someone that is diying is probably a good indicator of the service they provide to customers as well.

Ryan installed a pressure reducing valve at our main shut off. Deer Creek was $200 less than another plumber. In December, they replaced a hot water heater and again were less than the other guy by about $1000. The warehouse was out of 40 gallon tanks so they installed a 50 gallon tank with no upcharge. Deer Creek is our first call for plumbing.

I called about a stool leak. Ryan and Colby came out within the hour. They diagnosed the problem. In addition Colby did not think all was adding up right and upon further investigation discovered we also had a leak from the refrigerator. Ryans investigation found that there were two leaks from the refrigerator. So I ended up with a stool leak plus two refrigerator leaks. They did a thorough and professional job. On my own I never would have found what they found, and they found all of this in less than 30 minutes. I have found a new plumber.
