Phil from JF Denney arrived to tackle the plumbing issues at my property. Had an old, metal, handwheel for my main water, shut off that appeared it would fail in the event I needed to shut the water off! So Phil replaced it with a more efficient and effective 1/4 turn shut off valve! I feel more at peace now! That was an added request, my initial call was for an outside water faucet that was plastic and worn out, the plastic handwheel rotated both ways nonstop due to rounded off components. Phil was able to access the internals through a cutout behind my washer and replace everything with new, more sturdy hardware. Phil was respectful, knowledgeable, time efficient and upfront about costs and dos/donts. I would definitely recommend JF Denney to anyone needing plumbing services.

After receiving multiple bids to have our sewer line replaced we chose JF Denny. This is the second major line replacement they have done for us. Three years ago they replaced our water line. Levi and his team Brad, Jordan and Dave did an excellent job. They were neat, efficient and very helpful in answering our questions. Kyl e was exceptionally helpful in bidding the job for us and giving us a solution that best fit our needs.

I had them come out again, just to check the water softness. they now have a great maintenance plan that covers filters, service, and parts, which I did need. On time and professional always. I have been having problems with an 80+ year old gray water drain line. About 210’. It is a line we have no way of finding out where exactly it exits the house. Rather then digging up around an aging 9’ block basement wall, I contacted JF Denney. Phill has been a great deal of help in locating the line. So far I’ve had Phil, and sometimes Daniel out three times. Each time I have called and let them know I’ve dug up another area and I’m ready for them to head out, they have showed up with a very quick response time.I would highly recommend usingJF Denney for any plumbing needs! We experienced a sewer back up at a rental property. We were told by another company that the line had collapsed, and the job would require digging. (The other company did not have a camera). Highly recommend! Not only are they super professional and kind, they are so helpful, they do amazing work and you wont find cheaper prices anywhere. So unless you just dont want to deal with kind people who save you money Id definitely book this company!Oh yea, I just have to note that Im currently here visiting my parents and some stuff needed fixing. Leavenworth is such a small town it was difficult for me to find anyone to speak with. I initially googled plumbers in Leavenworth and just started calling everyone. No one answered the phone or returned my phone call. One person text me and said they couldnt service us and another quoted me $900 without looking at the issue. I was getting very frustrated but JF Denny was next so I called and someone answered on the first ring which shocked me and she was so friendly and helpful and sent someone out right away. I ended up paying them almost $700 LESS than the price I was quoted from the other company. Im printing their information to hang on the fridge for future projects. Thank you guys again!

Great work! I would highly recommend. The employee that did our water softener install discovered a massive safety issue with our water heater ventilation, which had been recently installed by a different company. With his advice we were able to contact the other company and start the process for resolving the issue. Quite literally a life saver for my family and now we also have great water!

In 2016 they installed a Kinetico water softener and RO systems. My experience with the installation technician was very good and the Kinetico systems are really good.Today, one of the technicians installed a new kitchen sink faucet for us. Since the RO system is under the sink, I would not trust neither myself nor another plumber to do the work. The Technician removed part of the RO system and installed the faucet without any trouble. Then he reinstalled the RO part back. Everything is working perfectly.JFDenney is my go to plumbing company whenever I need service in my house. I highly recommend them.

EDIT 01/25/23:BTW if you are looking at Rinnai tankless water heaters and want to control and monitor thru an app or upgraded control panel, look elsewhere.I had a Rinnai tankless hot water heater installed and the experience was excellent. Scheduled to start at 9 AM and recieved a call from their dispatcher at 8:30AM that morning to let us know service techs were on the way. Arrived at 8:55 AM and went right to work. Very conciencious about wearing shoe coverings. The job was scheduled to be completed by 3PM but they were walking out the door at 12:30 PM. All the work appears top notch and the installation is neat and well organized. Lead technician was outstanding taking time to answer questions and show how to adjust water temp. Final price was exactly as quoted and I thought fair for top of the line tankless hot water heater.

We were having a small issue with it recently, and Telley was quickly able to schedule someone to come out the next day. Charles was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the system. We appreciated the great service and the ease in making an appointment.

Every now and then you find a gem of a company (and employee), and this is one of them! My 3 year old poured a hose down our tankless water heaters exhaust hose for 45 second, resulting in water pouring out of the unit. I called Kyle with JFD Water to schedule an appointment hoping to safe guard my unit before turning back on. Kyle took the time to ask questions about the specific unit (which he knew inside and out) and explained why it would be safe to turn it back on without a service appointment. He asked if I was comfortable turning on the unit with his help via a phone call. He walked me through a series of tests to make sure the unit was performing properly and safely (it was!!!) and told me if I needed him, he could always come out. His exceptional knowledge of the tankess water heater, expert communication, and top notch customer service saved me an expensive service call and time. I cant say enough positive things about this company.

JF Denney team Bill and Sean did an excellent job today at my place.Bill replaced our two water heaters. We have geothermal with domestic hot water assist and I wanted specific plumbing to take advantage of this. Bill listened, advised and explained and did great work meeting our specific requirements even though it was more complex and more work than other water heater installs. Bill also took the time to thoroughly test the system and its options to make sure they were all working before finishing the job.Sean installed the water softener system and also did a first rate job. Knowing we were new to water softeners, he took the time to explain how the water softener works, how to get the most out of it and how to keep the water softener up and running. Sean also took the time and thought to suggest to run the drain line along a longer path to keep it out of the way of foot traffic in the basement even though it took more effort on his part .All in all a good experience.

I really love the honesty of this company. Preston let me know that our newly purchased home already had cleaned ducts so we didn’t have to pay for something that wasn’t needed. I needed a new water heater. J F Denny gave me a rough estimate quote over the phone with different options. Dennae scheduled an appointment to come out to take a look, she gave me a price for a 50 gal electric water heater installed with removal of our old heater. Two days later Joe Manthe showed up on time, and in less than 3 hours he had my old water heater replaced with the new one. He was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions. The only evidence of him being here is the new water heater. Once the job was complete, I called the office and paid my bill, which was the exact amount that was quoted. I will use J F Denny for my future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone.
