Excellent company. Very professional service and staff. I had them service water heaters at my house and at my sisters property. Amber was very helpful scheduling the work over the phone. Eddie did a great job on site, great guy and very detailed on his work.I also had them quote for a water softener install. Eddie did a great job trying to find the best install location for my property, took his time to explain pros and cons of each option. I am hoping to get this done in the near future but just like everything else costs have gone up and need to budget for a few home improvements.Thank you

Pampering Plumber is the plumber company that I trust and they do the work for me and they do it well I’m gonna give Art a shout out because when I needed him on a Friday night for toilet that stopped working he came out even in the middle of lightning storm,and he helped and then after that he came in and replaced two toilets and put two new faucets in my bathroom and one in the kitchen, as well as training someone at the same time. He’s a rockstar. I’m also going to give a shout out to Amber because she seriously is an awesome person that answers the phone and gets appointments scheduled. I recently had an emergency with my water heater in June a day before I was leaving to go away for a month to take care of something very important. I didn’t know who I should call so I called my HVAC company for a referral, I wanted a licensed reliable plumber. They recommended The Pampering Plumber. It was after hours & there was a charge to come out $59.00 or $69.00. I spoke with Amber which should be highly commended for her customer service. The communication was exceptional, calls, email reminders when & the name of the technician that would be coming to my home.Josh was my technician, called me when he would be arriving & was on time. He looked at my water heater & immediately knew what the problem was & repaired. He cleaned up everything. Very professional, focused & personable! When I came back from my trip I hired him to replace toilets, faucets, remove garbage disposal & fix dishwasher.The quote received I thought was very reasonable for licensed professionals.I am very very pleased, especially that Josh was my technician. Man, these guys are great! We’ve had Art come to our house for a variety of needs, and they’ve always been professional, prepared and economical.Art has visited with us numerous times and he is fantastic! Art come out one time for an emergency repair for a broken hose bib on a Saturday and was able to solder the copper pipe for us to get the repair completed.I can’t imagine why we would ever use another plumber!

I have been a Pampering Plumber customer for over 10 years. Their service is efficient and excellent. I was having problems with a Kohler kitchen faucet that was installed 9 years ago by the company. Eddie told me that the faucet has a lifetime warranty and if I called Kohler (he gave me the telephone number) they would either replace parts or give me a new faucet. Bottom line: thanks to Eddie, Kohler mailed me a brand new faucet. Eddie also did an excellent job servicing and sanitizing my reverse osmosis system. He is truly an asset to Pampering Plumber.

Josh was very professional and didnt mind my nosy 5 year old pit/terrier mix that wouldnt leave him alone. Ive used PP for my water filter/softner system and hot water heater replacement both of which were installed correctly and working flawlessly years later. Highly recommend.

After waiting all day for the plumber to come to work on my tankless water heater a guy arrived who had no idea what to do. After working on the unit for an hour with three phone calls for help I told him let’s just forget it. He agreed. I then called Pampering Plumber explained the problem, the model number and the error codes being generated. I said if you don’t know these units just say so. They said no problem, they had a technician they could re-route and 30 minutes later Eddie arrived. An hour later I had hot water at a reasonable price. Professional, thorough and courteous. I will never call another plumber again other than Pampering Plumber and I’ll always ask for Eddie.

We had no hot water on Saturday night at dinner time. We checked Angies List and called The Pampering Plumber. We have not used them before. Eddie was out here within the hour. Hard to believe but he was. We needed a new water heater and he had one on the truck. We had trouble with the old water heater a couple of months ago. We had a contract with another service and I dont think they wanted to replace it at their expense so just kept it going. We called them first and got a run-around ......the truck is broken, need to call someone else, maybe tomorrow, etc. We are canceling that service. Eddie was very personable and knowledgeable and had a new water heater installed, in no time. We couldnt be happier with the service. We will always call him from now on.

We have used The Pampering Plumber for about 4 years for all our needs. We (my wife) are very picky and always ask for Eddie. He does great work with no shortcuts. He uses booties on his feet when in the house. He uses a protective carpet wherever he may be working in side your home. He cleans up after himself. Always offers great advice. Heck, he even speaks english! If Eddie and the Pampering Plumber can please us, you will be pleased as well.

I just wanted to say that Art Rears is fantastic. He came out last night and fixed two problems. After renting a snake from Home Depot to fix my clogged pipe the cable from the machine broke off inside our pipe. So now I have a cable inside my pipe and it is still clogged. So we contacted The Pampering Plumber and Art came out. He was able to retrieve the broken cable from the pipe and then was able to fix the clog. He was so nice and it was a treat getting to know him and work with him. The Pampering Plumber definitely gained a new customer. I will absolutely recommend you guys. My wife and I are so thankful for Eddie Gause that was sent out by Pampering Plumber. It was an emergency call. Our Master toilet overflowed and then sewage started backing up in both bathroom tubs. We wanted to take the time to write this because Eddie did such a great job. He methodically went through problem solving the areas that had caused the back up and cleaned out what was blocking and all with a cheerful heart and attitude which helped us stay calm. Excellence, professionalism are two words that come to mind in trying to describe Eddie. My wife appreciated his care in wearing the shoe protection and his added care in not tracking any of the bathroom overflow elsewhere. He treated my house with care like it was his own he would be taking care of. Thanks Eddie and Pampering Plumber.
