We have used City Plumbing for our bi-yearly inspection of our heating/air conditioning unit and are extremely pleased with their service. All the service people have been very professional and explained each procedure to insure units are in good condition. I especially enjoyed meeting Taylor Jarrett today. He is an outstanding young man and a great service technician.

Our a/c went out Tues night and they came out the next day. Taylor diagnosed the issue in under an hour, explained it was a bigger issue than expected and let me know he had a free more service calls but would return later. At 730pm I assumed I’d see him the next day but he came back with the part needed! He would had it fixed but the fan blade was stuck and he had to take it to the shop to get the blade off. He fixed it by 11am after making his morning calls to stay on schedule. They were professional, explained everything to me, quick and kept their word even though he had to come back after hours. It was a little expensive but it was a bigger problem, we have cold air now. Thank you for being prompt!! Will definitely recommend to anyone needing a/c repair.

Bobby and the team were awesome and got done in the original allotted 3days - even though I added two more installations. I have been amazed at the quality of their work. If you need something done, be sure and ask first for the project manager - Bobby Luna and he will design your project and get a team on it right away. somehow he got my appliances within a day of ordering. I have not had that experience in the past. I’m really pleased with how everything turned out. Please call City Plumbing for all of your air conditioning, furnace, toilets, on demand hot water heaters and ask about anything else you need. They are trustworthy and professional - and they can do anything that needs to be done!

We had them come out to hook up a water filter . They did a great job. Then that afternoon the A/C started acting up. I called them and the tech came right away identified the problem and repaired it all within 24hrs.

Jaime came out to unplug a sewer line that was backing up into our tub. Within a few minutes of starting it was clear. He also took the time to make sure it was clear by running the tub, flushing the toilets and letting water run for several minutes. I will definitely use them again if any issues come up.

I could write a thousand words here and I still wouldn’t be able to adequately express how amazing these guys are. I have been trying to get my evaporator core replaced for over a month now. After being mistreated and taken advantage of by multiple companies in the area, City Plumbing showed me that there are still good, honest, hardworking people here. Ira came to my home on July 9th. He was here on time, and had diagnosed my system, got me an estimated price, and an appointment for the following day all within a surprisingly short amount of time. The following day, a technician named Bobby showed up at my home to make the repairs. Very professional, courteous, and experienced. He did everything that needed to be done very efficiently and for the agreed upon price....no surprises, no extra cost, and it was also the lowest estimate I got by far. When he left my home, he cleaned up after himself so well I couldn’t even tell he had been here. I really wish I had called these guys first, it would have saved me a lot of time and money. I will never use anyone else again, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing or a/c work.To Ruben, Ira, and Bobby.......I really cant thank you enough guys, your honesty and hard work was very appreciated, and I will not forget it.

I called several other places and could not get anybody out soon enough, I called City Plumbing and they had someone out here really quick. Chris and his helper did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable plumber got me taken care of quick. Chris did a awesome job fixing my gas leak and making sure we had heat ASAP. Also did a fantastic and professional job. Would highly recommend Chris with City Plumbing.

I called them after a temp of 1 degrees. My pump in my shed frozen and my pipes burst. They called to let me know the status of where I was. Came the next day early in the morning. They had to go to 3 different places to get that pipe and connections. I was very thankful!

They listened to my description of the problem, offered most likely reasons for it, discussed alternate reasons and possible solutions starting with the easiest and then got straight to work. They had the problem fixed in just under an hour and so far the problem hasn’t reappeared. I am VERY happy overall and wouldn’t hesitate to call again. I can offer no opinion on price as it was well within what I was comfortable paying not to have to deal with the problem myself. 🤷‍♂️
