Could not be happier with the work provided by Ahzai & Mikey! They performed a pipe restoration service and did an awesome job despite the challenges the main line under the house presented. They kept my wife & I informed the whole time and made sure to always explain the process each step of the way. What I also appreciated is that there was no up sale. I cannot express how thankful I am for this company!! Just bought a house and had significant pipe problems. AZ shows up and reassures me that he can handle it. Not only was he fantastic, courteous, professional, and kind, but the crew he brought with him was fantastic as well. After two weeks in my house, I consider him family. The best part is that everything works now. It was a huge job. When somebody is in your house that much, trust is important and I had no trouble, trusting him every single day with my property and to do a good job. Oh, and he gets bonus points for explaining to me every single thing that he was doing. Showed me the scope pictures, explained the issue, and gave me a briefing at the end of every day. This place was awesome. I woke up with a busted pipe. Being the day before Thanksgiving I couldn’t find anyone. They are very professional and kind. I usually use Roto-Rooter for my plumbing services. But not anymore I Fix Pipe really came through with their customer service and the technicians service. Even the lady who called me to ensure everything was good was nice. It was a breathe of fresh air being treated so kindly. I definitely recommend trying them out you won’t be disappointed.

Working along side with on of the world’s largest petroleum corporations, I had the pleasure of working with this elite group of guys, led by Eric Rubalcado and along with Neri Peña and Hunter Jamison, helped us clear out our drain lines at our facility. Their extraordinary expertise in their field along with the use of the latest camera equipment helped us identify and locate several blockages in our drain lines which were promptly removed by them thus allowing our drain lines to be free flowing. They also helped out in a side project to help identify a potential leak and offered a professional explanation of the cause and resolution to the issue. Eric and his crew always conducted themselves in a professional manner, answering all questions quickly, they had all equipment on hand necessary to perform the task at hand and were extremely vigilant on all safety procedures. Definitely looking forward to working with these guys and I would definitely recommend them to work on your future projects or any plumbing emergencies that may arise.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH. If I could implore you to choose any company for ANY kind of plumbing needs - these are your people. One of my contractors vendors “lost” their screwdriver down one of our toilet pipes - then bounced pretty much without telling us about it. I called I fix pipe desperate so we wouldn’t have to drill up our foundation, as it had made it pretty far down the pipe and past 45 degree turns. They sent A.Z who is my hero. He didn’t give up, he got creative and worked the problem until it was solved. His attitude was positive even though it was a huge challenge - he never got discouraged. His boss, Aaron, laid out plans of attack to. Their persistence saved us likely thousands dollars - to dig up the foundation to get to it. This is a company with integrity, and everyone is just as nice as can be. I’ll never use anyone else again. Thank you so much!!!

I have used this company three times in the past year for various plumbing issues. I highly recommend them. The owner is very accommodating, and takes care of his customers if they are in a bind. My most recent experience was with Mark who came out to check for a gas leak after a scare that resulted in us having the gas shut off. As he did the first time he was out to perform work, he conducted himself with a level of professionalism that is hard to come by in Midland, and resolved our issue promptly. If your looking for the right people to call, I doubt you can do better than these guys.

Aaron came to our home the same day I called, and I could tell he really cared about our issue. We were scared of the damage to repair that it might entail. They used their non-instrusive technology to pinpoint the leak in the wall; they only had to cut out a small hole and totally redid a piece of the manifold that had failed. They cleaned up, tested, and were out in less than 3 hrs. The price was reasonable, and they were very professional. Highly recommend!

I previously had another company out to fix a couple of issues: leak outside and clogged shower. That company refused to fix the outside problem and told me that they would have to tear up the bathroom floor to fix my shower, said the cost of the repair would be around 6 thousand. When I Fix Pipe came out, they fixed both problems within about an hour and charged me a fair price. The plumber also didnt leave me a huge mess to clean up. Will call them again.

My house had an old cast iron sewer pipe that was leaking and damaged and the repair was break the foundation from front to rear. That type of repair was so costly I literally considered bulldozing the house and starting over. These guys were able to come in and save that line by cleaning it and installing a liner in it. They kept me informed throughout the job and showed me with the cameras they used all the repairs that were done. The guys were very professional and informative and most of all did not have to disturb anything in the house. I would not call this a cheap repair as it is a labor intensive job but compared to the alternative it is definitely the way to go.
