    He was wonderful, came out to my house in a timely manner. Did not try to sell stuff I did not need. Explained and showed me everything that was going on with my pipes. Also, provided everything Im going to need to make an insurance claim. My dog liked him too. Would definitely recommend!

    I called Gibby at 4:30pm yesterday and he was here at 10:30am today and was able to get my tub drain cleared and he didn’t give up when the first thing he tried didn’t work he kept going until it was unclogged. He gave us suggestions on who to call for getting plumbing redone and also suggestions on what to use to keep our drains clear in the future. He was fast, friendly and very affordable! We will definitely be calling him if we ever have issues with our drains again!

    After wasting $200 for another licensed professional company I was left still with a clogged drain and thinner wallet. Gibby expeditiously diagnosed and jet cleaned our drain. He even offered maintenance tips as to how to prevent the problem from happening again. He was a clean cut professional ! I am also happy that he was a small business owner and veteran.     A clogged drain, how frustrating! After several hours of working on the clog and the realization that the snake I had was not going to remedy the situation, I knew that we needed a professional. The next morning I called Freedom Drain Solutions and Gibby told me that he would be able to check it out later in the day.     This summer we had a massive back up of our main line to the city wastewater. Gibby helped us identify that it was older tile in our yard that was not working properly. He also helped us by clean out the main line under the house and identify plumbing problems. Gibby spoke with the city manager on our behalf and called an excavator to help us set up a repair solution. Gibby was timely and professional. His rates are worth the professional, excellent service. Excellent service during a frustrating experience of homeowning.
