Jonathan first came to see our plumbing issue that we knew would be a big job. He was very professional and explained the process. We had options for other plumbing companies, but we chose Texas Plumbing because of their professionalism and honesty. The job in our home took about 2 days. Jacob replaced old cast iron pipes from an upstairs bathroom and replaced new water lines as well. I can tell Jacob was very experienced and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and gave us a few tips on how to care for our pipes. They cleaned up after themselves and were careful with our home.If you want quality work done right, go with Texas Plumbing

Called on a Saturday and they came right out. They pumped two septic tanks. One line was plugged up and they had to come back. They w came back within 90 minutes and got it unplugged.Very reasonable rates. Will definitely use again.

First time using Texas Plumbing and chose them based off reviews & they didn’t fail to come through right away and on the same day within an hour of calling them! I had a different company come and unclog my kitchen drain. They managed to damage an old cast-iron pipe that caused a leak under my house. After calling several different companies I went with Texas Plumbing & Septic Service. I did this for several reasons, including the price for labor an hour was less than any other company I called and they did not charge for coming to quote the repair.The technician was here in a timely manner and finished faster than the expected time. He was very professional and knowledgable. After he had left I realized the original clog was still there and called them to come back to unclog the drain. He arrived back within twenty minutes and had the drain cleared in a short time. When I received my bill I noticed a mistake and after speaking with the office they corrected it immediately.The quality of the work done and the customer service was exceptional. I will be using them for future plumbing needs.
