Preferred Plumbing says it in their name. I had an emergency as an external pipe broke to my irrigation system due to the cold. I was unable to turn the water off. Preferred Plumbing (Kevin) was at my house within minutes of my call. He turned off turned off the water that was spewing into the road, fixed my broken pcv pipe, and was instrumental explaining to me how the irrigation was set up so I could turn off the water if theres ever another emergency. On top of that - the price was more than fair. Preferred Plumbing and Kevin will be who I call in the future if I ever need a plumber! BIG THANKS!

Willie came out to hook up my kitchen sink after a countertop remodel. Great guy. Very friendly and fairly priced. I supplied the parts for the sink flange as it matched the new kitchen faucet I bought. Evidently the garbage disposal needed longer bolts to make the hookup work on the flange. I went to the hardware store to buy recommended parts. Still had complications getting the connection to hook up properly. He came up with a solution to the problem and considering the additional time it took to troubleshoot, the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend preferred plumbing and highly recommend Willie for your plumbing needs.

At least third time I have opted to use Preferred Plumbing and they did not disappoint. Willie installed a flex gas line to permit use of a new gas stove (which replaced an old electric unit). He was timely, fast, and most important professional in demeanor and quality of work. Willie treated our home with care as if it were his own. A follow-up visit by Preston completed the job as he connected our newly delivered gas stove to the gas line. As expected, Preston was also the consummate professional. I will not hesitate to use Preferred Plumbing in the future!

The job was scheduled, Willy showed up as promised, and the job was completed in a more than timely period. Please follow my lead and contact Kevin Townsend for all of your plumbing issues. We have used Preferred Plumbing for 30 years plus, and wont used anyone else for our plumbing issues. Why not do the same as we have done for years. If you want GREAT service my preferred plumbing company is still, just like the name, PREFERRED PLUMBING.

The earliest they could put me in the schedule was 2 weeks out, but because a plumber had unexpected availability come up they reached out and said they could squeeze me in same-day. Justin is very knowledgeable on plumbing etiquette and DHS standards for residential code. My problem was fixed in 30 mins and as a result was shy of their 1-hr standard fee. Justin discounted me as a result even though he did not have to. Highly recommend.

Let us tell you about Kevin and his team. We called Kevin on a Sunday with a problem with a hot water shut off valve that was installed on copper pipe that wasnt round. Water was everywhere in the wall cavity; about 2 inches before we got the water turned off. We left a message for Kevin and in under 5 minutes he called us back. He was at our door in an hour. All fixed in 20 minutes. Nobody touches our plumbing except for Kevin & his team!
