    I am so glad I found Alexander plumbing! I just moved into a new mobile home and needed to replace a hose spigot and pipe that had burst. I called several plumbers and some wouldnā€™t work on mobile homes and the only one that would came out and told me my pipes werenā€™t code (untrue) and would all have to be replaced to fix the spigot ($11,000 estimate!!!). But I called Alexander and Dan came out and did an amazing job quickly replacing the spigot and pipe and installing an accessible shut off for a very reasonable price. He also reassured me that my pipes were normal for mobile homes and didnā€™t violate any codes. Thank you so much Dan and Alexander Plumbing!! I will be using you all for any future plumbing needs!

    Needed a sewer inspection done, and reached out to several companies for bids on getting the sewer cleaned out. After dealing with a popular competitor in the area, Ian at Alexander Plumbing and Remodeling was a breath of fresh air.The competitor was not prepared with the proper tools needed to give us the bid, and wanted to charge us $150 for his coworker to come back and do the job he came to do. When Ian showed up, he was super helpful, honest, and gave us exactly what we needed, FREE of charge.If youre looking to avoid the bull, find honest answers, and work with a professional, I highly recommend Alexander Plumbing & Remodeling.

After identifying the issue and providing a fix action and system backup recommendations, he dispatched a crew to my home the same day. They resolved my problem within an hour. Alexander Plumbing is an honest, prompt and professional business with more than fair pricing.     Solid local service provider. Melr Alexander was on time for an estimate gave me real insight and some fair pricing. Other local big name plumbing companys seemed pushy. Although it wasnt the cheapest I am happy with the results and the quality of work that Alexander plumbing and remodeling was able to provide.I would call this service in the future.

    I highly recommend Alexander Plumbing. Unlike the local ā€œbig name companiesā€ they were quick to respond and didnā€™t try to take advantage of my 83yr old father. The local big name companies around tried to taking advantage of him telling him he had to spend 20k to redo all the plumbing in the entire house when he only had a water pressure problem at the kitchen sink. There is nothing wrong with any of the plumbing anywhere else in the house. This seem outrageous, then they came back saying it would be 5-6k just to redo the plumbing to the kitchen sink.Google recommended Alexander Plumbing when I was looking for a local small business to take a look at the kitchen faucet for my 83yr old father. And not try to take advantage of him. They showed up and immediately fix the facets water pressure within the first 30 mins just unclogging it. Huge thanks and shout out to Alexander Plumbing and all their employees!

    We had an emergency sump pump issue. Bad flooding in the area and the pump was clogged causing an incredible amount of water in our basement. We called Alexander and Cooper and James were on site within an hour. They came in, fixed the pump, showed us how to fix the problem if it happens again and were incredibly fair on price. I wish I could give them more stars. Incredible company!

    A huge thanks to Josh Davis for fixing my kitchen! Back in April, I had a grease fire. Insurance sent a restoration company to take care of the smoke damage. But I havent had a contractor take on replacing my kitchen ceiling and wall until now. Ive spoken with 5 or 6 handymen. They would eventually turn down the job saying they were too busy and that working with insurance was a pain. Or some would no show or ghost me entirely. I was beginning to think Id just live like this forever. I mean, it was liveable haha. But then Josh came to save the day! He replaced the ceiling, wall, dishwasher, hung a light, mudded and repainted the kitchen in just 5 days. Ive waited 5 months for work this man was able to finish in 5 days. Im blown away by how quickly Josh accomplished this, touched by his eagerness to take on the project, and delighted with my beautiful kitchen. I will definitely be keeping him in mind for any future projects.

    We had 4 estimates for the installation of a water softener. Alexander Plumbing and remodeling was by far the most reasonable. They advised us on the best options for us. The installation went smooth. Everything was tested before they left, a small leak was found and corrected before they left.     My water heater was busted and I unwisely thought I could play plumber and replace the part myself. I had the part 99% installed but one of the pipes was causing me a major headache, so I decided to let someone else take a crack at it. Literally every plumber I called was scheduling two weeks or more out (and I had already been without hot water for two weeks) but Alexander Plumbing was able to come out same day, which was awesome. They were super friendly and managed to get the headache solved pretty quickly, which I appreciated. The only downside? I was going to make a joke about kissing Cooper for getting it fixed, but as I was setting up the joke by asking if he was married I was met with an immediate, Yes he is. šŸ˜¶ Now instead of being the funny customer Im someones creepy desperate divorcee story šŸ¤£ Im dying, yall.These guys were good sports despite my being an awkward weirdo though, and I appreciate them coming out so quickly and making sure that everything was running before they left. I even got a dope refrigerator magnet out of it. Win! They literally saved me from another cold shower, for which I am eternally grateful.     Our water heater went out and James offered to come to Belleville on Saturday morning and replace it. He gave a fair price, and did good work. He was super responsive. While he was here he helped with a couple of other issues. He replaced two shut off valves that werent quite working correctly, and gave some advice on outdoor spigots and faucets.

Weather is turning cold and James was able to to fix/restore our hot water heater which is nearing its replacement timeline.
