His estimate was almost dollar for dollar as other reputable companies. Finally he showed me my options with zero pressure to commit.

Michael was on time for our appointment and was friendly and professional. First asked if he could talk with me and then ask questions concerning how comfortable my present system was. Asking about humidity and hot and cold spots, etc. Then he proceeded to discuss a couple of his products and the differences. Answered all questions that I had. He then went down and took pictures and measurements and went outside and did the same.He was able to give me a quotes for a couple different options and explain how long installation would be and how soon they would be able to install.He also gave me his number where I could call and question any differences I saw in other bids or any questions I had about his bid. He was able to clear up a question I had once getting another bid.I appreciated the fact that he explained the differences in systems, explain the differences in rebates, etc.I would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a new HVAC system

Faszold was able to schedule a technician for today. He was very personable and knowledgeable and explained everything that he did to the unit. He also provided pictures and had some suggestions for how to run my humidifier. I am more than satisfied with the service I received. Faszold was prompt in addressing my concerns and Justin was very professional. I would recommend Faszold Heating and Cooling for your furnace and air conditioning needs.

The inspector said passed & that everything looked just as expected.

Since he couldn’t help with the smart thermostat he didn’t charge me for the trip.

From the moment I called, Faszold did an amazing job!! I spoke with several people in the office including Brandi and they were so easy to work with and made sure to have a service technician (Jacob) come out the next day. Jacob was efficient in doing his job. Michael was my salesman and was honest and took the time to explain my options and what would be the best option for me, there was no heavy sales pitch/pressure, understanding this was an unplanned event and I really appreciate that!! My installers were Joshua and John, they were extremely helpful again in explaining what they were going to do, they were respectful and did an amazing job per the city inspection. I just want to thank Faszold for being honest and fair and not trying to take advantage of customers, will definitely have my business and referrals for any future jobs.

I came home to my furnace not working, after talking through my issue with the overnight technician he reassured me I would get a phone call the next morning when normal business hours resumed. I actually received a call 10 minutes before they opened for the day! I was very fortunate that a technician was available right away and my furnace was fixed before 9:30 am. The technician was very honest and upfront with my issue and fixed my furnace in very little time. I have always been impressed with their professional and expertise.

We selected Faszold and Trane because of the product as well as the friendly informative approach. Dave and Steve installed our system. After a month of operation zero issues. Highly recommended!

We have used Faszold for most of our heating and cooling needs and our experience has always been positive. This time was no exception. Shannon was our service provider. He was very friendly upon arrival and after assessing our issue I could tell that he had a desire to take care of our problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. Shannon was kind enough to explain our problem in detail and walked me through the process for the repair. He answered my questions and even gave tips on preventative measures for the future to avoid any further issues. After ordering the necessary part to fix our issue, Shannon returned and quickly got to work on the repair. He outlined the job he would be doing and made sure to check in, updating me while he worked. He double checked his work and made sure that we were aware of any maintenance that was needed to keep our system running smoothly. I would say that he took care of us well. We appreciate Shannon and the quality service he provided. We will continue to use Faszold for our heating and cooling needs.

He found the problem right away and what I thought would take hours, he repaired and cleaned everything in under an hour. I wasnt sure what it would cost but not having a working furnace when it was nearing 0 outside, I was shocked at how reasonable and affordable their prices were, especially for a weekend call.Being a single woman owning a home, and not knowing what I needed to be doing, I completely trusted Jason and Faszold business. First, Dan came out to give a bid, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly to us. The turnaround time was very fast. The installers, John and Kevin, were very courteous, professional, and worked diligently installing our new system. They arrived on time and worked non-stop in the heat all day. The Faszold family has been doing excellent work for my parents for over 10 years, and now they have for me as well.They recently got me an amazing deal on an exceptionally quiet, efficient furnace and humidifier, as well as adding a gas line for a new range at my first home. Seriously high quality work and my house is more comfortable than it has ever been, especially with the new humidifier.Their team explains everything up front and then follows up with you once the work is done to explain exactly what they did, how to operate it, and what maintenance to perform. They even addressed some code issues with my water heater while they were there to make sure everything was good to go.These guys are seriously the best!

Faszold does great work. The install was very professional, and the installers were very good people. Michael Faszold was very knowledgeable, and recommended the perfect system for my home. He didn’t try to upsell me, he directed me to the best system that would be the most efficient for our needs. Right after our install, my in laws had their AC unit go down. I recommended Faszold based on my experience, and they are now having a new system installed as well. On top of their great customer service, it doesn’t hurt that they are installing a fantastic product with the Trane brand. All in all, we were extremely satisfied. I will be using Faszold for all of our heating and cooling needs from now on.

Shannon had Mike contact us, he worked it around in the schedule to get us hooked back up with a/c. We are loving the new Trane system. Great service! Our Tech Kevin was extremely thorough and a very nice person. We were told last year we needed an expensive assist device installed on our AC by another company that gave us a free AC check up from a promotion at the Home Show, and Kevin explained what that device did exactly and that my unit did not need it after he checked everything out! I love companies that treat you right! We signed up for their Silver maintenance plan that takes care of both the furnace and the AC units for the entire year.

Every person I have come in contact with has been helpful, really nice and, most of all, knowledgeable. It started with my first phone call for a repairman, that then led to working out the plans for a new zoned heating system and finally the two day installation of that system. Every person involved was wonderful to watch as they performed their own special skill in the completion of what turned out to be a real work of ingenuity and perseverance. I cannot say enough about the caliber of people who work for this company and I would recommend them to anyone, but especially to the person who may have a unique issue because this group of people will take care of you no matter what.They even brought out space heaters on Friday night after work so I would be more comfortable over the weekend. That is just one example of the great service of this company. I had my furnace, A coil, air conditioner, and thermostat replaced at what I feel was a fair price and they had it all finished by 4:00 PM. Here it is a Sunday and my unit is clogged and leaking. Knowing I couldn’t handle this myself, I called Faszold. I left a message and minutes later Shannon called. We spoke about the issue and told me he would come out. I asked him to please come as I didn’t want water leaking in to the downstairs neighbors condo. He was awesome. Fixed it and cleaned it and was very personable. I also did not mind him coming in to my home. This is the second time using Faszold. I am a fan forever!!!

Our a/c unit went out (it was 25+ years old), and we knew we were going to need a new unit as weve been nursing it for the last few years. Mike Faszold II came out and quoted a new system. He was not a typical salesman and gave us multiple options. The technicians (David and Greg) came two days later. The two installers were very professional and worked non-stop. They didnt take a break nor did I see them just standing around. I told them to come and go as needed while I was working, and they never bothered me. Other than the loud noise, I could barely tell they were here. I always have questions (which you should if you spend that kind of money), and when I asked them to show me the system, they took the time to show me everything and explain what they installed & why it was installed. Greg explained everything outside and told me how to clean the unit and gave advice on how to keep it maintained. David was the one who did the paperwork and he explained everything I was signing. This all sounds great right...well about an hour after they left we noticed the temp in the house going up. I was not home at the time, my husband was. I told him to call them back and see whats going on. Within in an hour after we called another tech came to the house, Jason G. He was very friendly and efficient. He did some trouble-shooting and noticed our homes circuit breaker was faulty. I would say the install and the emergency call was an excellent experience. I would recommend this company. I did not deal with one bad person so far. I know there will be follow up maintenance calls, which I hope goes as smoothly as today. I give this company an A+++ rating.

Last spring we had Faszold replace both our air conditioners after receiving several quotes from competitors. Ultimately we chose Faszold because they were priced competitively, they took the time to answer all our questions, and they were very professional during the sales call - not too sale-y. The installation portion ended up being a breeze. Their team of installers came in, were very pleasant, clean and did what they needed to to complete the job as efficiently as possible. So simple and the units work great.Last week we had a need to get two humidifiers installed fairly quickly due to upcoming installation of new wood flooring. We chose to use Faszold again because their price was reasonable, they again answered all our questions, and were able to meet our quick timeline. This job required only one installer, Jason Green, and he was fantastic. He could not have been nicer and it was great to see someone take pride in his work as well as the company he worked for. Our two humidifiers are installed in perfect alignment with each other, something we appreciated!The very next evening, we went into our basement and found out a portion of our basement had flooded. We were unsure if this had anything to do with the installation the day before so we called Faszold. Jason came out as an emergency trip to assess what had happened. It ended up that our sump pump had broke, completely unrelated to the humidifier installation. Jason could sense we were in a state of panic and he took the time to help us diagnose and fix the problem, something not in his general scope of work. If it werent for Jason we most definitely would still be standing in a flooded basement. I mean seriously, who does that!We will not hesitate to recommend Faszold to anyone that can use their services and we most certainly recommend Jason Green. From this point forward, we will be going to Faszold directly, no more shopping around for us!

Faszold Heating snd cooling knocked it out of the park. My hot water heater started acting up. After a failed DIY attempt I reached out to their team. They showed up within the hour to diagnosed the problem. They took time to explain the cause of my issues and other safety concerns they observed. Within 24 hours they installed a new, larger, hot water heater and replaced some furnace pipes that were corroded. I highly recommend the Faszold team. We had a three-season porch we were upgrading to a four-season enclosed porch off the kitchen, and from the second we dealt with Faszold it was a wonderful experience. Paul and Steve were very polite and courteous. They arrived on time asked to see location of were the furnace was located. They proceeded to explain how the Whole House Dehumidifier would be installed. They took the time to answer my Questions before installing the unit. After the unit was installed they took me to the Whole House Dehumidifier and explained the operation, and showed me how the installation was done. There was a question about my thermostat controlling the Dehumidifier. They researched it and found that yes is was possible and they then hooked up the thermostat wiring. They ran into some issues getting it to work properly. Paul & Steve took the time and patience to figure out the problem and completed the project. they cleaned up the area and took away the waste. Faszolds has trained them well and they should be commended for the job done I would highly recommend them for all H VAC issues. Thanks Paul and Steve!!! I give them 5 stars

Great customer service. Our water heater went out, they came over and got us working enough for a couple days and gave us a quote on new options. It was awesome. We got a tankless, they came in $2000 under another bid and we added a water softner and were still under the competitor. Dan was amazing and even came back in the evening to show us how it worked. Hands down... best place around. If you ever ask yourself “Why aren’t places like they use to be with doing a great job and do everything to make a customer happy,” this is the place to call. I called and they sent Terry out; he explained my options in great detail. After looking over the quote and the various options, I decided to have both ACs replaced along with the furnaces.
