    I have always had amazing services from them! They were patient with us as we were trying to solve a mystery of what flooded our basement. As well as my kids running around. They went above and beyond for us. Josh fixed our sump pump that way it doesn’t make noise anymore! As well as helping us come up with a temporary solution for our discharge line until later in the season.

    Chad was absolutely outstanding to work with for our emergency hot water heater and water softener system replacement. He explained everything that he was doing and why.     Sam was very helpful setting my appointment & remembered I had a MRI appointment. Mark, explained our plumbing issue multiple times to make sure I understood the issue. He also fixed the immediate problem allowing us time to resolve the major issue knocking down a wall to replace plumbing that would bring it up to code. Definitely a Holiday Blessing!

    Precision Plumbing was highly recommended by a friend of ours. We called and requested Josh who came out and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes on Monday. We scheduled the repair for the coming Friday. Josh did a wonderful job, he was professional, friendly, cleaned up after himself and his work is excellent.     Outstanding service. Mark was very professional from start to finish. He explained everything in full and politely answered all my questions prior to starting the work.     Josh Finch came out; he was very knowledgeable and pointed out several issues with my existing sump pump.He replaced my pump, check valve and my main water shut off in just a couple of hours.He was great and I intend to use Precision for all my plumbing needs and to recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing services

    I believe the guys name was Ron , he came in very nice and respectful got right to the problem and fixed it. Prices were reasonable and I was happy with him overall !!! Will only be using precision plumbing as long as they’re in business. And also showed up earlier than scheduled which was a plus for me.

    This is my go to plumbing service- they’re timely, reasonably priced, kind - all the characteristics you look for in a quality service. As someone who lives with anxiety, they’ve always been super accommodating when I ask my (many) questions so that I can turn that anxiety volume down. I’m glad that I don’t have to see them that often, but when I do, I have no worries that they’re going to do things right and leave things better than they found them.

    Technician was friendly, competent and efficient. He installed new cartridges in both our bathroom shower faucets. I had the faucet part and luckily he had the shower part in his service truck. He checked for leaks, insured that both new cartridges were working properly and adjusted the shower cartridge to provide more hot water. He was in and out in under an hour.

    The service technician was professional and friendly. He was able to immediately diagnose the issue and pose a resolution. What should be adjusted is the service call charge— $89 to show up and it’s not applied toward the work if completed through PPS. I literally spent 3 min with the technician so this charge is absurd.

    We have had alot of plumbers here after being here 46 years. But precision plumbing has been the best. Honest. Friendly. And well educated on their jobs. Had a major sewer problem in our basement laundry room. Another company sent someone and ran auger down the wrong pipe and it busted. Black stuff coming out. My son called precision and they came out and said last plumber should have never ran the auger down that pipe . House is over 50 years old and pipes get delicate. They ran a c camera down and sure enough it was busted causing Black stuff coming back up. Ended up had to dig up concrete 5 feet to replace new pipe. Never seen such caring people. Took alot of precautions to not make a mess. Coverd staircase and carpet near family room. Cleaned up very well when done. Was very sorry the other plumber caused the problem. Was here all day and cost was very reasonable considering all they had to move appliances and cover up all cabinets not to get concrete dust all over. Never met such guys doing the best job ever. Decided to redo part of master bath called them again did a marvelous job again. Now I know who to call anytime I need help with plumbing problems

    The plumber was on time, personable, courteous and did a good job, even identifying an additional problem I was having and repairing it. My only complaint is that he didn’t inform me that there was a surcharge for using my credit card which cost me an extra $28.Seeing the reply that this business gave, I need to reply and emphasize that absolutely no mention of credit card surcharge was made when the appointment was scheduled. Only that there would be an $89 service charge to come out. If it is your policy for to inform customers ahead of time about the credit card service charge, sorry, but your office staff did not carry it out!

    Called today about getting a toilet switched out, they had immediate availability. Kent came out and had it done within an hour or two. Looks and works fantastic. Wish I had done all of them now!

    Rob quickly recognized that a recent water main break nearby as the likely suspect for my low water pressure in the home. He replaced the pressure regulator valve noting the buildup of calcium and contamination in the valve. The water pressure was tested with the newly installed valve with no water pressure drop. He then checked and cleaned the faucet aerators and added a bend in a drain line ensuring good quality of life for me going forward. Rob is a professional and thorough troubleshooter and I would highly recommend Precision Plumbing.

    We had our water heater go down suddenly. By the end of the following day we had a new water heater installed and hot water once again. We were impressed by Rons willingness to go get a new unit and install it the same day as service call was performed to troubleshoot the issue. Especially since it was towards the end of the work day. Ron was courteous and professional. This was the third time weve hired Precision Plumbing for plumbing service.     Excellent service and good technician for finding plumbing leak , on my mobile home has insulation around plumbing that leads to a hazard charge of $ 500.00 , and $ 500.00 dollars to put a shark bite connector that pushes in place.in less than 10 minutes , so simple Laurel and Hardy can do it.

    Another positive experience with Precision/Burke Plumbing. A clogged sink drain prompted a call for service on a Saturday. As before, they were upfront with the additional weekend charge.     Precision plumbing did an excellent job. They were vey careful to put on booties over their shoes so they didn’t damage flooring. Talked about what needed to be done and the best way to do it. Gave several opinions. When the first option did not work they returned the next day and did not cost anything other than the cost of installing the toilet. John ran to warehouse to get it and then installed perfectly. All trash and the old toilet was taken with him.

    Re: Sewage backup in basement of Historic home: 🏡 Pete was at my house late to clear my line from house to the street for 3-4 hours. He worked so hard to get my line clear. I had sewage back up in the basement and he was kind, caring, and stayed until it was done. We actually worked together on all of it because, What a mess! Will definitely use Precision again.     We called Precision Plumbing in a panic as our sump pump failed and was beginning to flood into our finished basement. This was on a Friday night going into a holiday weekend. Bree reached out after hours and luckily got in touch with Pete who didnt hesitate to come out albeit on his day off to help get us back up and running. He is literally a lifesaver and we could not be more appreciative and grateful for his amazing customer service, prompt initial response and professionalism. He put us at ease from the get-go and we felt reassured we were in good hands.     Once again, Precision Plumbing came through for me. I couldn’t believe I was able to have someone out this close to Christmas! Josh got my dishwasher installed, and unclogged a bathroom drain.     The person who came immediately on a Sunday afternoon to unclog a toilet in the basement bathroom was very efficient and kind.     I had a battery backup sump pump installed a few months ago but the alarm on the backup kept going off on its own. Precision Plumbing came out a couple of times to trouble shoot but we still had issues. Today Kent and Richard came to trouble shoot one more time. Turns out the issue was with the alarm pack and not the actual sump pump or the battery. They provided the best service you could ask for! Very knowledgeable and friendly.     I had a water heater go out on me Saturday, 5/1/2022. After multiple attempts to call so called emergency plumbers, not one of the could perform same day service to install a new water heater (well it was an emergency to me). Then I stumbled across Precision Plumbing Solutions. Did a quick search of the business,, not only found out that they were A+ rated on BBB but had many good reviews. So, defeated at this point, I was ready for another rejection of same day service. That was not the case, I called them and the lovely lady who answered told me she had a tech on call, took my information and told me the tech would call on the way to my house. She stated he would call within an 1hr to 1 1/2 hr. 30 minutes later Josh W (technician) called and arrived at my house 20 min after that. Josh arrived at my house, took a look, and we both agreed it was time to retire the old water heater and replace it. Josh was not only very knowledgeable but just an overall good guy. He explained everything to me and gave me straight upfront pricing. The install process took less than two hours and I was back in the hot water business. So, to make a long story short, from the first phone call to when Josh was complete was top notch 5 star service. The care that Josh took in my house was impressive, including making sure he left my house as clean as it was when he got there. Any ways, I usually dont leave reviews, but when I do,, its because I feel that I am compelled to. He did a pretty big job for us and he cleaned up everything and was quick and left our house perfect. We are so pleased with our new shower improvements, we will using Precision in our future plumbing needs.

    Had our water heater blow out and they were able to come out within a couple hours of contacting them. The service tech was able to come earlier than expected and had a new water heater installed in less than 2 hours.

    Josh Finch has come out to our house several times and we wont use anyone but him. Hes very professional and does such a great job and super thorough. He has installed new faucets both in kitchen and bathrooms. New shower heads, new toilet and drain pipes. We will definitely be requesting him again

    I have had Precision Plumbing come by twice for fix a leaky dishwasher line and also cut off the gas supply to my oven. Both Bob and Dan were extremely helpful and nice. They finished the jobs and also made sure it was to my liking. I will definitely use them in the future.

    We discovered a flood in the basement on a Friday, and called hoping to get an appointment before waiting through the weekend. The very kind receptionist arranged for an appointment that very day. Nick R. came, knew exactly what to do, was well prepared with the equipment he brought, did quality work, cleaned up, was very polite and professional. He thoroughly explained the work he did, and answered my questions about future possible problems with this old house and plumbing. Reasonable fee.I’m very happy with Nick and this company.

    I needed to have the PVC sewage pipe located as to where it passed under the basement foundation to the outside. Josh arrived on schedule and quickly went about doing this. He was friendly and wore protective shoe coverings in the house. He explained the process of locating the pipe and marked it with tape instead of using a spray can of paint on the basement floor. Much appreciated.I would recommend Precision Plumbing to friends and family.

    I chose to go the traditional method with HomeAdvisor for a plumber. I was able to select from a few plumber in my area. Without a doubt I believe I selected the best, when I selected Precision Plumbing Solutions. Starting with Mandi of HomeAdvisor and ending with Lexie thru to Rob of Precision Plumbing. I know that I made the best decision. Rob lived up to the companies name. He was truly precise. The quality of work was excellent, he valued his work and me as a customer, he was very professional with me, my home and my family members, He was responsive with giving instruction and listening to our concerns, and I didnt have call and ask Where is my Tech? If anything, I may have needed a few more minutes to wrap up what I was doing. With the team I worked with, Yes! I would hire Precision again if needed. They have my Five Stars!
