Our dishwasher flooded our kitchen a couple weeks back. Tyler was out the very next day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and was back with the parts exactly when he said to finish the repair. We have not had a problem since. Plus our dishwasher was a pain in the neck to close and start up ever since we bought it a few years ago. He had that problem fixed for us too!

Just moved to our new home in Ofallon Mo and unfortunately we had a lot of set backs. Our inspection report was very clean looking, but you can dress up a pig too. But, we had three new toilets put in and Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with. He also made some minor repairs to our bathroom sinks. Sam and Ben came to our new home and did an inspection on our furnace and it wasn’t working properly, they worked diligently to resolve the problem but a no go. So we ordered parts still no go. We decided new HVAC and water heater. The guys did an absolute amazing job. Thanks John, for the rebates . We lived 60years at our old town. We know nobody here, and very nervous about being taken advantage. That we were not. AAA is an amazing company and amazing people. Ryan the Electrician is a Hoot.. lol! I called him Bryan the whole time he was here. So now he is BryanRyan to me and my wife. Thank you AAA

Had my A/C and furnace replaced by them. They have some of the best customer service I have seen anywhere in years. They offer multiple financing plans. The team of technicians that came out to do the install were top notch they move like a well oiled machine. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Sam was my technician this time and he did a great job. He was friendly and respective of my home. I have used AAA HOME services before I moved into this condo March 2023 and they came out to fix the stove and the other guy that was here, he did a really good job too and was very nice very friendly and they also came out when I needed to have a ceiling fan installed and also fix the electrical outlets in my second bedroom/office. paid a little bit more than what I was hoping to pay, but I have to admit they did some good quality work. I always get an appointment when I need one. The office staff are not rude, but direct and to the point

I got a few quotes for a new AC unit and John from AAA home services gave me a good offer so I went with them plus 5.9% APR for 3 years is a great deal on financing.Briefly spoke with Tania, she was friendly and provided excellent customer service.On installation day Robert and Seth showed up to install my new unit with the new coil, they were on time and did a great job, very knowledgeable, professional technicians.The install took about 4 hours and they paid attention to detail, great job overall, I would hire them again. 10/10 highly recommend

5/2/24 I had Sam out to check an issue with my air conditioner. He went above and beyond! He took time to educate me on proper maintenance. I would gladly have him out for service in the future.I just had plumbing service from Tim. He was professional, prepared and patient. He took his time and explained everything. He answered additional questions. He offered their club membership, which will not only help me save money but will keep all my home maintenance with one company!

Ive been using AAA for appliance repair since we first bought our house twenty years ago, they have always been awesome. Recently, when looking them up to come fix my washer I noticed they now offer other home services and I was in the need of an electrican to update my basement wiring. Brian was sent to our house to discuss what we needed to have done. Brian listened to us, made some helpful suggestions and observations. Then sat down and immediately wrote up a detailed estimate.AAA Home Services was not our first call, we did our research to learn what we might expect to pay for this work and talked to another company that came up with and estimate three times higher and the company rep seemed less than interested in the job. Brians estimate fell perfectly in the range we expected to pay and he was enthusiastic about the job.The day we scheduled for Brian to come and do the job he was on time, remembered many of the finer details of our previous conversation. Part of the job was installing reccessed lighting in the basement and he anticipated my needs and made sure the lights were well placed to provide the best lighting for my desk!The only complaint comes from a family dog who felt unfairly ignored by Brian.I have a list of projects I will be calling AAA and Brian to come and do in the future.

Today Monday 2.5.24 , I contacted AAA Home Services due to the igniter going out on my furnace . I woke up Sunday morning to a chilly house - I contacted Everyone I could think of to find a resolve for my situation , but no luck . This morning I did the same and canvassed most of O’Fallon & St.Peters ,.. still no luck. Then I was fortunate enough to come across AAA , and there’s where my luck began - in the future do Not waste your time looking elsewhere - they have what you need from appliances , to parts , to service.My day started to change then ,… and it only continued to get better once I was put on the phone with this guy named Wil … a real blessing . - First , he went above and beyond to find the exact part that I needed by texting me pics of the ones that he had until he found the right one , doing so over the phone while I’m on my lunch break. When he learned that my house was chilly 2 mornings in a row and I had a young daughter ,… and finding out that I worked past the time that he got off , he met me out by my house to Make Sure that I didn’t go another day without it .When I met him to get the igniter he told me to “FaceTime” him and he would walk me through the process - which I did , and true to his word he did just that . Once I had completed it he walked me through how to turn it back on , I said “ok ,.. I’m going to turn everything on ,… - (jokingly) I said if I don’t text you a 👍🏼 in 10 min call the fire dept b/c I may have blown my house up …” he didn’t laugh though ,.. he said “No .. I’m staying on the phone with you until I know that you’re safe , and that you have heat - you’re not going another night without your family safe & warm “ … and he did just that ….I thanked him when we were done ,… he text me roughly an hour later to make sure that things were still running , that I had heat , and everything was sound on my end .I’ve Never received such Amazing customer service from Anywhere / Anyone ….. and the way that things are in our world today it’s refreshing to know that there are people out there still who simply care. Not only is Wil and excellent example of customer service , but he IS the finest example of what the standard should be for decency .His Boss & Parents alike should be proud of the example that he exhibits , and to be associated to such a compassionate human being .Thank You again Wil ,… trust that I appreciate all that you did , and all that you are . Sam, came to fix the air conditioner, but could not because there was no power going to it. Jeremy came the next day and fixed the problem. Both of these guys were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I just wish I wasnt charged a 2nd service call charge. It was half of the original, but I had know way of knowing the breaker went bad. The air was just not cooling. Doesnt seem right to pay twice when they cant fix it the first time. Seems like a bad business practice, really unfair. I would have given 5 stars if it werent for what feels like gouging, especially for people on fixed incomes. Again, no problems with the service. Both guys were great.

I found these guys on the Thumbtack app. I messaged them along with another company. The other company was a few minutes quicker to respond so I initially picked the other company to come out and service my AC. After the other company stood me up 2 times, I decided to give this company a try. I called them at 7:30am and by 8:15am a technician was at my door. Mike was professional, courteous, clean, and very informative. He gave me helpful tips on how to keep a good system. He showed me their membership plans and mentioned their stores. Now, I know who to call next time I need any home repairs done. I would say my only gripe is it took the technician 5 minutes to fix the problem. It was a clogged hose that went into the sump pump. Frankly, it would have been nice if that repair cost was included in the $78 I paid for the technician to come out. However, it cost me another $90 for the 5 minute repair. Im not upset though.

Sam is here for our spring and fall check ups every years and he does a great job educating us on our older heating and air systems. He is very thorough and had detailed records of our past repairs and maintenance work.Fortunately, we haven’t needed much plumbing work but we have another gentleman from AAA who is the same person who returns every time and he has been great on the plumbing side. He’s installed a new water heater and new faucets for us as well. Consulted us with water heater options and helped us save money in our century home by switching units.Thank you for a great service!

Its hard to find a reliable plumber in my experience. AAA sent out Stuart and I was incredibly happy with his work. He took time to explain what needed to be done and was back in two days to fix pressure release valve on the pipe coming into our house. We had too much water pressure and it damaged part of our water heater. AAA got us back up and running quick and easy. I will be using them again, though I hope I dont need to.

Unfortunately , we had to replace a few parts but everything was explained to us in detail and he had all the parts and the work was completed that same day. Jeremy came out to give an estimate for hooking up our new hot tub. My wife booked the appointment and bragged about the friendliness of the company (which wasnt the case with multiple other companies we spoke with). Jeremy was no different - friendly, conversational, as well as knowledgeable and very accepting of my multitude of questions. Availability to do the work was surprisingly quick, almost as surprising as the low price for completing the work. Will absolutely be using AAA for future jobs and referring to friends and family.

Sam was everything I expected and then some. He was professional and had an outstanding attitude. He took the time to show and explain to me what happened to my air conditioner which demonstrates that he knows what he is doing and is able to communicate with someone that doesn’t have a clue about air conditioner functions other than adjusting the thermostat. I appreciate how fast he arrived, because it was 80 degrees inside my house. Sam is definitely an asset to your company.

Most of my interactions with them have been for the twice per year check-up/maintenance visits for our heater and air conditioner, but I have also called them for a plumbing problem. Ed and Steve came today for our clogged sink issues and they solved the issue professionally and quickly!! It is such a striking difference with our previous terrible experience with Drainmedics! The first time we used AAA was for an appliance issue and the technician Bill made a lasting impression！He is super knowledgeable and fixed our dishwasher issue professionally! We now have great trust in AAA and signed up the membership. Definitely recommend AAA service to all!

They were always nice and helpful on the phone and i really appreciated that. The end result was a dishwasher that was like brand new along with advice on how to keep from getting back into the same situations or worse. I have referred them to other people who always complain how expensive they are. I’m a preferred customer so a little cheaper for me but regardless I would pay more to get good service and dependability.

Our AC unit broke on Saturday, my husband is a pretty good fix-it handy man, unfortunately all companies charge an arm and leg to come out on weekends. My husband was going to be extremely busy at work, he found part on web yet delay in shipping. I asked if he would just leave me information and I’d call around Monday. I called several places without any help, even from shop all referred me to, they in fact were extremely rude. Then I called AAA, left message and this wonderful young man KYLE called me back, was so knowledgeable, he knew the part I was looking for had been discontinued and replaced said he would find a way to get me one and call back….he called within and hour and I was able to purchase my part by 10am. KYLE made me a permanent customer, I will bring all my future business to him and will recommend to all family & friends.

I had a tremendous experience with this company. They were able to schedule a technician to view our malfunctioning dryer within 2 days.Mitch was my technician. He was kind, punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and even showed up when it was snowung/sleeting outside! I showed him a video of my dryer, and he knew what the problem was immediately, and went to work. Watching him take apart the dryer was very impressive. He knew exactly what to do, was careful with the parts, and worked quickly to correct the problem. He also managed to do so while my 1 year-old watched him very curiously - Mitch didnt seem to mind at all. I highly recommend this company, and we will use them for all future needs!

He shared information about AAA Service Club Membership, and all they provided through one company. Because I have a 14 year old A/C unit, getting it serviced regularly, and when a new unit is necessary, offering a program for a reduced price was very enticing! He also made a phone call for me, and scheduled an appliance person to fix my stove problem, and an electrician to fix or replace a large ceiling fan hanging from a 15ft ceiling! He REALLY was VERY HELPFUL!!Thank you!

We had Lee out to replace a part (agitator) in our washing machine today. Very nice guy, and have run a load successfully and anticipating several more. Our experience with AAA has always been positive. We’ve had them for plumbing and putting in a gas line so I could switch to a gas dryer and probably something else I’m forgetting. So glad we found them I even bragged on them in Face Book so my friends could also benefit!

We had Tim from AAA Home Services (St Peters) come out to repair a tub/shower faucet where the diverter wasn’t working properly. When we would try to divert the water from the tub to the shower, a lot of water was still running from the tub spigot instead of the shower. Upon quick inspection, Tim asked if we had considered calling Moen for a replacement part. I had not.Tim walked me through how to submit the request to Moen and how to describe the issue. He left with the cost of a service charge.Moen delivered the necessary parts free of charge that normally would have cost ($150-$200) and Tim came back within 30 days to use the parts to fix the spigot. Tim was also able to point out 2 flaws in the initial builder installation that he fixed. Tim removed all the old caulk, re-caulked, and cleaned around the faucet and bath with a bathroom cleaner.After the job was done, Tim even provided some advice and guidance on a kitchen faucet for the future and some commentary about some water softener strategies.I highly recommend Tim and AAA Home Services. Had a problem with my refrigerator. Called AAA on Monday. Lee came out Tuesday and called me to say when hed arrive. From my description of the problem Lee knew exactly what the repair required even without disassembling my refrigerator. He called manufacturer and ordered parts. Parts arrived at my house Friday and Lee installed them Saturday. Couldnt be more pleased with Lees work and AAA response.
