    Jeremiah, the technician from Dodson Pest Control, called me the day before coming to let me know when he would be coming. Jeremiah arrived punctually. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He got right to work and was finished spraying the inside and outside of the house for pests in hardly no time at all. He wore covers over his shoes so as not to track any dirt into the house. I was very pleased with the service.

Each team member has gone beyond my expectations with pest control explanations and services.Beyond the annual crawlspace termite and moisture inspections,Dennis regularly maintains the exterior issues, always calling the day before his scheduled rounds to alert me to his expected arrival time; and is always able to address any questions or concerns I might have.I feel very fortunate to have this alliance with Dodson over the past 24 years.

    Matt Caves told me he has been in the pest removal business for 20 plus years. Matt is our Inspector and has personally taken care of a rental property, a family home we are selling, and the home we live in. His professionalism and attention to detail is hard to find. Matt hands you a card with his name, the office number, and his cell phone. He is quick to answer anytime you send a text and is on time when he makes an appointment. If you have to call the office for anything, you speak to a person not a machine. We have dealt with all sorts of issues at these three properties including roaches, spiders, and even roof rats. All of these pest have been eliminated and we are on the Dodson maintenance program to make sure they dont come back. Matt has personally handled the rat issue and has a team of experienced professionals that help to keep us safe. I cannot say enough about the service and the experience I have had with Matt and Dodson Pest Control. If you are having issues with pests, give Dodson a call.

    We started using Dodson Pest Control just over a year ago when we had some rodent activity under the house. They responded quickly to our phone call, addressed the rodent problem immediately, and we have been using them since. Jalen is an example of the caliber of people who have been to the house.     We have been using Dodson Pest Control for many years. We had them install plastic under our house and every year do our termite inspection. Dennis comes every other month to spray for the water bugs. We may not need it but, the peace of mind is priceless.We feel that Dennis Nesbit is not only our exterminator but , also our friend.     Dodson does a great Job . I dealt with them for many years and I have had some ok techs but not great techs in the past. But the tech that I have now named Les services both of my houses as well as my sisters. Les is the reason that I am still with them. He by far is the best tech that I have come across . I have rentals as well on a 3 month plan with another company. Dodson does not do 3 month pest control and they are good but they are not caliber that Les is. He also services my sisters houses as well. He is always on time communicates well and goes out of his way to make customers happy. He also serviced the company that I worked for. And they were always very satisfied with his work as well. If you want a company to do your home or business pest control Dodson can handle your pest problems. They have me as a customer as long as Les is working for them and they manage there pricing to stay competitive.

    Very thorough inside and outside the house; plus, the termite inspector couldnt have been nicer or more pleasant! Weve been using Dodson Pest Control annually for Termite Inspections since 1994 (28 years), apparently!Ill also mention the courteous and professional general pest control service weve received monthly from Freddie (for perhaps even more than 28 years!)... Hes the best--really terrific!
