When we were remodeling our home, Carhart Lumber was amazing at assisting us with our home building needs. Their dedication to customer service truly sets them apart. Todd helped us select our windows and doors, our new siding, all of our hardware and even our new roof. Not only was he very knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about helping us find the right products we needed. He took the time to understand our vision and needs, ensuring we felt informed and confident in our choices. He also went the extra mile, when we were looking at roofing options, and personally drove us around to view homes that had utilized some of their products to get a better idea of what the coloring looked like on a home.To anyone looking to build or renovate their home, I would recommend Carhart! Their exceptional service, and wide range of products, made them a great choice. They made what could have been an overwhelming process an absolute joy and are grateful for their help! Next time we are doing a home project, we will definitely utilize them again!

If you are in the market for windows, doors you have found the right business! We were in need of 7 new windows, two garage doors, walk in door and a sliding door. I called and spoke with Tod and scheduled a time for him to come measure and go over colors. He went out of his way to make sure we had just what we were in the market for. Carhart Lumber Company of Norfolk has the BEST customer service with a smile. The delivery was smooth all goods in excellent conditions. I will use them again and I recommend them to our friends and family.

They were very helpful when it came to design of our home as well as helping us pick out various finish products available at Carhart Lumber. Carhart is really great to work with. I had them and Neemeyer construction add a porch on to our house and completely renovate our kitchen. Highly recommend. They were super helpful and honest when picking out what supplies and materials would be best for our space. Definitely going back when we do another house project.

Lumber for our home was delivered in a timely matter with good quality lumber . We also purchased our cabinets through Carhart Lumber and were very satisfied with the quality of the cabinets . Mandy was excellent to work with! I went in looking for new counter tops and she was super, she gave me samples to take home and check them out in the light at my home. I had measured and we have a few unique angles and she actually came to my house with cardboard to build and measure the angle so we were sure to have it exactly like we needed. Mandy contacted Steve Svaboda and he showed up on time with his talented partner and they removed my old counter tops and replaced them with the new ones in one afternoon! I love my new counter tops! Thanks so much for making it such and easy and stress free process!!
