Meredith Management in Norfolk

I have just completed my first year as a tenant under Meredith. The main reason I am staying in my apartment is because of the excellent maintenance I have received. Every call I make, the issue is fixed. I have never had an issue with Meredith. The rent is reasonable. The only thing I dislike is the fact that they allow smoking. Unfortunately I am above a smoker and have to leave a purifier on 24/7 so that my apartment does not smell like I smoke. Also, the appliances could use a little updating, other than that, I enjoy my new home.

Pam and Kim are always a pleasure to speak with when its time to pay the rent. The maintenance crew are quite personable, and they are generally pretty prompt about responding to work orders. The one time we noticed the beginning of a bug infestation from the neighbors upstairs, pest control was immediately sent out and the problem was fixed quickly.

Great spot. Been here for 7 years now, i just wish they would go back to the emergency maintenance after hours line. Kept getting pams vm for maintenance request. Its SAT I Filled a form out online but have yet to hear from anyone for the past hour...
