They did the following:1. Created a project vision and plan of attack – 5 stars2. Solved unforeseen problems – 5 stars3. Replumbed kitchen sink, utility sink, and laundry room – 5 stars4. Removed and/or abandoned-and-capped all existing underground copper supply lines – 5 stars5. Upgraded supply lines to PEX and moved everything above grade – 5 stars6. Added a few “extras” not listed in the original quote, such as a few shutoff valves here and there, when deemed appropriate – 5 stars7. Removed the well water supply line, pressure gauge, pressure tank, etc. and installed new – 5 starsNote: This involved using a third party excavation contractor, and it went smoothly. Phil took full responsibility for the quality of the work and was onsite the entire time.8. Removed two outdoor water spigots, and moved their locations and installed upgraded versions– 5 stars9.     Excellent service from Alex. Mimi was easy to work with and the owner took 20 minutes out of his day to chat with me about what was going on before they got someone out to repair and replace our sump with a battery backup and Wi-Fi unit that will communicate any issues.     Zach was very efficient and got the job done. Now i do have to say, this is the 2nd time but Phil and later Zach came back to correct the situation and were very apologetic about it. Things happen but what makes a better company is how they react to it. I would still use them due to being able to get back out here and give great service.

    I had been contemplating getting a tankless water heater for awhile. Got a quote from Prime & Alex was AWESOME. He was patient and explained everything in depth, but it just wasn’t a good time for me. After my hot water heater died the other day, I decided to finally do it. The office staff was SOOOO nice & helpful!!! Helped me save money with coupons & rebates. They came out to install and are so skilled at what they do. It looks great and my kids took the longest showers without running out ofhot water. Amazing!!

He promptly returned my calls and emails. He arrived on time for our scheduled appointment.     Phil and Alex were great to work with. They were responsive, straight-forward and offered a fair price for their services. They quickly set up a time that worked for us to come and replace our water heater. They let us know when they were on our way which was within the window they had told us and when they arrived, they were friendly and professional. The replacement process was pretty quick and they were careful to leave protect our carpets and their work space clean. We have plenty of hot water now! Would recommend working with them!

They were very responsive and squeezed us into a busy schedule with priority to make sure we could get our hot water back asap. They took care of the entire issue by calling the warranty company, uninstalling the old water heater, transporting it & swapping, then reinstalling - we didn’t have to worry about a thing.They also went the extra mile by bringing our piping up to code and switching out some hardware that did not meet their quality standards.     This company is wonderful! They responded to our issue within an hour over a weekend and showed up right away the very next Monday to fix a toilet that wouldnt stop running. It was a brand new toilet that shouldnt have broken this fast so we were understandably stressed, but they took care of everything we needed super fast and were polite and professional.
