In looking at someone to fix the issue with the hot water tank leaking, I found Mr Plumber and it seemed well rated. I really do agree. Keith was who I met first who came out to spec out the job and provide estimates. He was very knowledgeable, kind and considerate also (little things like just putting on shoe covers without being asked).Mike, Gavin and Kory showed up when they said and were friendly and courteous. They did great work installing a tankless water heater (water lines, gas, vent etc) as well as a pressure regulator valve. Very happy with their work. They cleaned up after themselves and had a protective floor cover down for entry and exit from the house to move materials back and forth. They removed the old hot water tank without making a mess too. It was all completed within about 5.5 hours with the water only shut off for 3, which felt very reasonable given the amount of things that were done.Tankless water heater was just as described. Hot water on demand without fear of the tank running out will be really nice as the weather gets colder.Great stuff, highly recommended company!

Dawson did a great job. He did a pretty thorough inspection of my kitchen sink and made sure it was draining before leaving. Didnt leave a mess behind him and didnt push any extra services on me, just offered them. I would definitely recommend using this service and will give them a call again if needed.

2 very professional young men showed up punctually to replace a water heater and add a pressure gauge to our main line. As stated gentleman were very professional. They did the work in a timely fashion, and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Both were thorough in explaining what they accomplished, what we should expect as a result of their work, and how to troubleshoot should need be. I’m very pleased with their work and recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Thomas, the technician was kind and courteous he understood the job as soon as he stepped onto the property! and the price was great. I didn’t have to sell the farm to get unclogged. He got me up and running again he needed to snake out the pipe in the yard.. that pipe that sticks up in the yard. I’ve lived in this house since 2006 and never had this occur. I had no idea what that pipe was even for! I’m female after all and a senior at that! No, I know and I’m better educated on its function.He got me back to a functional position with a one-year warranty to boot! Im capable of being able to do laundry and to flush a toilet! all the stuff we take for granted every day, and for that I’m truly grateful. It’s tough when you wake up head out the back door to work and step in a puddle of water that was probably there all night and you’ve just had new vinyl plank flooring that you know is destroyed. It hurts. Unless you’ve been there, you wouldn’t understand, so I’m thankful to Thomas for his expertise and I’m thankful for not being robbed.

I had problems with the toilets flushing and one that seemed loose. I called Williams Comfort Air. The next day Jonathan and Sebastian came to the house. They were very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Jonathan assessed the problems and explained his plans and cost. He discovered the problems causing the loose toilet by removing it and noting problems beneath. The gentlemen kept me informed at every step so there were no surprises. They fixed all of our problems and I couldnt have been happier with the experience!! I will certainly call on Williams Comfort Air in the future and recommend them to everyone!! My water heater went out and not only has he resolved that issue he is helping to resolve a leak in the bathroom shower pipes and installing an iron filter so I won’t have to deal with the iron stains and smell. He went above and beyond to help with the necessary financing and made sure we had absolutely no questions. He also didn’t try to over sell things we didn’t need, and that kind of honesty is somewhat difficult to come by within the home service and repair industry. I feel confident knowing that everything will be installed professionally and reassured with the continuing support of their maintenance program. Technician Ryan was on time early this morning and did a great job of explaining things. He was able to clear the sewer line and cut through the roots so water was flowing the pipe. Supervisor Andy Dodge came and checked Ryans work and ran camera through the line. I had multiple questions regarding the old plumbing in this house and Andy was very helpful explaining things. He showed me pictures from the crawl space where there are concerns and explained things in detail. We were able to quickly schedule some work that needs to be done. I would summarize their work and professional character as excellent.

We had an amazing experience with Mr. Plumber and our specific plumber, Thomas Maxwell! From start to finish, it was an extremely informative and helpful experience. We called, scheduled for emergency/weekend plumbing, and Thomas came out within 1-2 hours of that phone call. I received a text message of who the plumber would be with a description of him and a picture AND a phone call from him when he was 30-minutes out. Thomas arrived, ran a few tests and quickly diagnosed the issue. He told us his plan to treat and rectify the issue, and completed it as such. He offered explanations about the type of plumbing, pipes, and toilet we had, and offered information on solutions and ways to stop this problem in the future. We are so thankful that Thomas came to fix our issues and we would highly recommend him and Mr. Plumber to anyone who needs fast, efficient plumbing services! Thank you!

I had a known/previous issue with my main line sewage line. I called around 2100hrs and spoke with there after hours person. They were polite and told me their on call technician would call me within the hour. 20 mins later I received the call and spoke with Conner who advised they could get to me in the early morning, but not tonight. I told Conner I would only be available after 1400hrs the next day and would like to try other companies to see if I could get it done sooner. Conner was understanding and told me to call him back if I would like for them to do the work.Well I called Roto-Rooter who said they could have a technician out within the hour for a free quote. DON’T fall for that nonsense! They sent a water damage specialist out to give me a quote, which I didn’t need or ask for, who couldn’t even give me a quote for the main line clog. I also had already pulled the downstairs toilet for them since I don’t have a clean out. Long story short I had to call them back an hour later, after they sent a person who couldn’t help me. They told me they would have to reschedule for the next day. This was about three hours after I called them. I don’t play games, so I told them I didn’t need their service.I called Conner back around midnight and scheduled between the hours 1400-1600. I received a call around 0930 saying they could come earlier, which is unheard of. I couldn’t make it happen earlier and they understood and still upheld their original commitment, another A plus.They showed up on time and Jonathan Roberts was my tech. Jonathan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Jonathan went the extra mile and got into my tiny crawl space to make sure he wasn’t going to damage any existing plumbing by running his cutter from inside of my house. He got the job done as fast as possible and went the extra mile cleaning the bathroom from what his cutter spewed on the walls and floor.On top of all of this, Jonathan set me up with a follow up appointment, for free, to have a technician come out and run a camera down my mainline pipe to assess the damage. All this cost me $93, which was advertised on their site and upheld with no extra fees.To end, I felt zero pressure from Mr. Plumber, or Jonathan, To do any unnecessary work or follow up. I highly recommend Mr. Plummer.!

He had already confirmed that we would be able to get a replacement water heater the same day. The technicians that performed the work were also very friendly and courteous. They estimated a 2 hour job and were spot on with the timing (no other unexpected issues were found that could have added time). The quick response and service is greatly appreciated! This Mr Plumber is combined with Williams Comfort Air, and we plan to have them start servicing our HVAC system.

We were very happy with our service from Mr. Plumber. We purchased a 20 year old home and within a couple of weeks, our kitchen sink started to back up. I called Mr. Plumber because they had such a great rating. The woman who answered the phone (sorry I didnt get her name) was very nice and scheduled us for an appointment the following morning. An hour before the plumber arrived, we got a text message with a picture of who would be servicing our sink and a little personal info about him - how long he worked there, that he was a father/grandfather, etc. Chuck was very friendly when he arrived. He got right to work and found several clogs. He fixed them quickly and told us how to avoid this in the future. And, it is just $93 as they say to fix a drain clog. We were very happy with our service (which took less than an hour) and will call Mr. Plumber (requesting Chuck if possible) in the future.
