My tech today was Sam Ready. He was polite, professional and thorough.I appreciated his help and making sure our furnace is working to its best ability. My only issue is that WCA took so long to get me on the Tune up schedule. I called in early October to get my Furnace tune up and was told it would not be until January 7th of 2025!I called several times asking to be moved up but they would not! If you pay a lot to be on the maintenance program I think you should get better help getting your Tune Ups completed.

I was having issues with a part that had been replaced during the annual maintenance appointment a few weeks ago. I am certain that all of your technicians are capable but I requested Brad to check the problem out since he had done the original repair and was more aware of what was done during the previous appointment. He was quickly able to ascertain that the replaced part had a defective component, got a replacement and made the repair expeditiously. He is a quality employee, extremely knowledgeable and very professional and personable, definitely an asset and he most certainly deserves a raise!

The team at Williams Comfort Air is fantastic. We needed emergency service over the winter, they came out quickly and resolved our problems. They recently did our AC tune up, the tech was very friendly and let me know the capacitor would need to be replaced soon. He didn’t pressure me do change it on the spot, just provided the information and let me make the decision. Overall, they’re great. I would highly recommend Williams Comfort Air.

Other than the fact that the appointment today (6/29/24) was a reschedule from 6/13/24 because they were so backed up and the technician, Kyle, wasnt able to get here until around 5:00 (originally scheduled for 2-4), again, because they are extremely busy, they are a great company to work with. The response was immediate and I instantly had a technician scheduled in the same. Though spending money on HVAC repair is never what one wants to do Williams made the process as easy as possible.
