We are so thankful to Chris and everyone at Lews for all the work theyve done for us over the last several years. They are as honest as it gets and after having both a water softener and water heater installed by them as well as a sump and other plumbing work I can say without hesitation they are the best in the business.

They answered their phone when we called, were friendly on the phone, showed up on time at the time they promised, did a thoughtful and thorough walk-thru of our heater location and needs, provided a clear and timely quote, did great work, and left a clean jobsite. What more could you ask for? They will be our go-to plumber from now on!

Lews was great to work with. My water heater went belly up, and they were here the next day to install a new one. Quoted me a price and made sure my bill matched. Their tech Corey was amazing. Very knowledgeable and happy to explain the work to me and answer any questions. Took a look at a shower I am having problems with, we decided on a game plan and he is coming back Friday to install new parts. Very professional. Highly recommend .

I highly recommend you give them a call for your plumbing needs. To say everything went smoothly would be cutting them short. Pricing, scheduling, promptness, questions answered, quality of work, and cleanliness was top order. They sent a Viking (per my son) over to replace my second floor water heater. 🙂

A level of professionalism and honesty that is rare in this day and age. Chris and his crew helped me decide between a standard water heater replacement and upgrading to a tankless in summer 2021. Chris was beyond honest in telling me that it wasn’t the best option for me in my particular situation. How many business owners will give their honest opinion to not go with the more expensive option? When I had a sewage backup later the same summer, Chris did some quick troubleshooting over the phone. When he figured out that I had a grinder pump (something he doesn’t do and VERY few plumbers work with), Chris actually took the time to get me the information of someone who could help me. Lew’s has certainly gained a lifelong customer and I’m excited to see that they’ve expanded their business to heating/cooling. I’ll certainly be looking to use them in these areas in the future as well!

After hours with another plumbing company and being quoted thousands of dollars to hook up our new washer and repair our pipes, Lew’s came quickly and fixed the problem in 10 minutes for under $200. Our hot water heater began leaking Sunday morning. Our home warranty service would not have a replacement for five days claiming they cannot find any plumbers. I said forget this nonsense and called Lew’s on Monday morning. They cheerfully said “No problem, we’ll be there at three.” Sure enough they came and replaced the whole tank in 35 minutes! All done. Very professional, and even put down drop cloths and kept everything clean. It was a virtuoso performance. Highly recommend! Thank you Lew’s. David

Lew’s Plumbing was recommended to me after having a disastrous experience with a plumber I hired to replace a shower unit and soaker tub in the master bath and a tub/shower in the other bathroom, among other things. The first plumber flooded my master bathroom, causing water damage on the ceiling below in both the dining room and basement. Long story made short, Chris Wilson (owner) and Jake with Lew’s literally saved the day…more than once. They removed and correctly reinstalled the shower. They also replaced two toilets and removed and replaced the tub/shower unit in the second bathroom. A week later the shower in the master bath was leaking down into the dining room. Chris came out the next morning, a Saturday and his daughter’s birthday, to help us out. Chris and Jake located the leak and promptly repaired it. A pipe had come loose from a Y-coupling that was original to the 30 year old house. Repairs were promptly made. Chris is a stand up guy. He is honest and dependable. He does exceptional work. And he has absolutely earned a loyal customer!

My wife and I want to express our sincere appreciation for Chris and David with LEWs Plumbing. We had a pipe burst in the garage that went for couple of hours until I notice when we had very low water pressure when I wanted to get something to drink. When we looked in the garage the floors were soaked. It was after hours on a Saturday evening as I was ready to watch the national college championship game on TV. I was able to shut the main water line and my wife was calling every and any plumber that was available to come out including the plumber we have used in the past and we liked. One plumber answering machine indicated if this is after hours to call LEWs Plumbing since they provide 24/7 service. My wife called LEWs and she received a return call within 10 minutes and indicated they are currently at another emergency and should be on site within an hour. They arrived within 30 minutes we made introduction and they assess the situation. They told us what the fix was and they charge by the hour and not by the job. After the repair they showed us what they did and we were surprise the repair was a lot less than we anticipated. Great work and exceptional service. We now have their card on our refrigerator.

Called with a minor plumbing issue. Spoke with Andy who made a suggestion as to how I could fix the problem myself. Followed his advice and the problem was fixed. Many companies would have come out, charged a service and /or hourly fee and not been transparent about the simplicity of the issue. Greatly appreciate Andy and Lews Plumbing for their honesty, integrity and just doing the right thing. Customer for life now.

Outstanding service! At 2:30pm on a Friday afternoon we discovered a leak under our kitchen sink. The leak had been slowly releasing water onto the bottom of the cabinet and down into the basement through the floor. Our basement underneath the leak was a wet, miserable mess! Within 20 minutes of a phone call the friendly and polite plumbing professionals arrived. It was a tricky leak and took some time to track exactly where it was coming from, but the guys did not give up until it was found and corrected. Cant say enough good things about the prompt service, thorough work and down right kindness these gentlemen brought to an otherwise stressful situation. Kudos!

I was having issues with my basement ejector pump failing every few days. Called Lews and they were able to install a new ejector pump within a few hours. Chris also fixed the float for the alarm which had come loose over the years. The little details to properly secure wiring so they arent loose and going in every direction also differentiates them from the others. An honest price, great service, and always available, do not pass on Lews Plumbing.

Lews was friendly, fast and reasonably priced. I contacted a different local plumber and received a quote for some non-urgent work but they were not able to do it for six days. I wanted to see what Lews could do since they were also well regarded on Google reviews. I called and not only could they do the work the same day, but they did it for literally half of the cost. They were completely upfront about their pricing structure, were very friendly at every touch point, and were done in a remarkable amount of time. I couldnt be happier.

Our hot water hose on our heater had a hole in it and the shut valve didnt work, so water was leaking everywhere! I called Lews and talked to Robin. She had Chris and David at my house in about 1-1/2 hours. Chris didnt try to upsell a new water heater, just said they just needed to replace the hosing. He told me the 2 ways to fix it and pricing. They were done in a little over an hour. I am very pleased with their service and turnaround time. Will use them again.

I had a problem with my toilet flushing correctly. The guys that showed up came early which was great! They called first to make sure it was ok. They showed up and wore protective shoes so they didnt drag any dirt or mud into my house. They also offered a great suggestion to use a pumice stone to get the marks off the toilet I created when I snaked it. I would definitely call them again!
