    Plumbing and Heating Paramedics came the same day I called, and completely resolved the clogged drain in under one hour. Ryan came early, which is most impressive these days! He quickly diagnosed the source of the clog, and had the machine on his truck to fix the problem. This is my third experience with this company and I simply cannot praise them enough. I have complete faith that when I need plumbing or heating/air conditioning help, they will show up quickly and work fast to fix what is needed. They provide an itemized estimate before starting so I always know what the final bill will be. Each time I have used them, the cost has been lower than my expectations. This is a truly an amazing company!

    My appointment to replace a sump pump occurred at the scheduled time and was completed in 45 minutes. The pump is a highly rated brand. Nick could not have been more knowledgeable and personable. The part markup and labor were higher than expected.

    AWESOME COMPANY! I recently had 2 issues, 1 plumbing and 1 HVAC. I had the Paramedics come out and quote on both. Their quotes were less than the other two I received (for each issue), their solutions were more simplified, and their cost was up to $1800 less! The plumber identified a problem about which we had been had been complaining and seeking answers for years, without resolve. He fixed the problem in 5 minutes! They are always prompt, friendly, efficient, and clean up any mess. From now on, any HVAC or plumbing issue I have will be addressed only by the Paramedics.

    Coming home after working out in 90 degrees heat, and coming home to no AC I was not a happy camper. I was not sure which company to use, but I kept remembering the commercial for heating and Air paramedics and how they werent after your money and their honesty so I gave them a call, this morning and was able to get an appointment the same time and at a time convenient for me. My technician was on time, explained what he was looking for with my system and what repair it needed without listening to a sales pitch..well my AC was repaired and in no time running again. He carefully listened to my concerns and was extremely thorough in his diagnosis of the issues we were experiencing. Wayne was not only professional but was very personable as well. I have a much better understanding of my unit and an appreciation of Waynes talents and experience.     Brian, Brandon & Brice did an excellent job. Took out the old 50 gallon water heater, that had started leaking, and replaced with a new tankless. Took them about two hours to do the job, including running the vent for the tankless and installing a filter in the supply feed line. Nice, neat, professional job. Would recommend these men to one and all.

    Our water heater ruptured just past the warranty date. We received several quotes on both tankless and tank replacements. They were the best value and provided the best customer service. Brian was knowledgeable, honest, and even made the effort to work us in so we wouldn’t be without hot water any longer. Would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future.

    Recently we used PHP to clean a split system they had installed years earlier in a 4 seasons room on the back of our house. When James showed up the system was a bit different than expected. He researched with other company resources and established a plan for service. After successfully cleaning the existing fan impeller it was determined the part was damage. He then went the extra mile to remove a like fan unit from a display unit in there shop and installed the next day to get us in service prior to the Holidays. His efforts along with the office team drove an excellent end result.James and PHP you are the best!

    I have been using Plumbing Heating Paramedics for the last 9 years at two different addresses. I go through them for Plumbing and HVAC. Every tech and service provider that has been out has been amazing, knowledgeable, and honest. NO hard upsell attempts or rushing at all. I want to call out in particular a few guys that have really really been amazing to work with multiple times over the years. James Steger, Nicholas McDaniel, and Daniel Craig. Each has worked with me multiple times and taken extra time and care to explain and teach things and give expert advice. James in particular recently came out to me on an emergency call and stayed to run extra testing to ensure my heat would not go out again and to make double sure that he got to the core of the problem.I will not use anyone else if Plumbing and Heating Paramedics offers the service. They do my maintenance, and my system installs.

    June 2022...We werent getting any cold air and the company came out within 48 hours to fix it. It got up to 88 degrees and was not that comfortable. Our technician, Kevin, was awesome. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and was able to assess the problem quickly. Thankfully, we are still under warranty, so everything worked out nicely.August 2018...The owner of the company was super nice and didnt go into sales mode when reviewing the options for our new heating and cooling unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and we felt well informed by the time he left the appointment. The installers were very friendly and helpful and also very knowledgeable of the product they were installing. We went the extra mile and got 5 quotes from 5 different companies and this company had the best price and came with a couple of unexpected perks as our house got up to over 92 degrees. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone we know that is in the market for a new unit.

When our system was installed, they went through several extra steps compared to prior installs, ensuring everything was correct. When problems have arisen, they take the time to explain options with no pressure. The warranty is fantastic too.Ive been impressed with how thorough the maintenance appointments have been. When I switched from another local option, I quickly realized they were spending at least double the time on checks and deep cleanings.Ive seen many of the same techs for years and from discussions, it seems like they treat their people well.     I have had a few experiences with this company. Today Nicholas came out to my home to look at two things. He flushed my water heater and explained first how all of that worked and he also looked at my kitchen sink for slow drain. He offered a service to me which would have a follow up water heater flush and HVAC inspections/service for a low price. He called office and scheduled all services with me. I found that to be outstanding customer service. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and a great representative for the company.

    Kevin came out right on time and was completely professional and honest. I had already had another company out to evaluate my AC so I had a good idea what was wrong. Kevin agreed and gave me a couple of options but no hard up sell, and I really appreciate that. I decide to repair the unit instead of replace. Kevin provided a temporary fix so it would stay cooling until the new comes in and we are good to go! Excellent work!     Furnace died 2 days before Christmas. Called multiple places they were one of the few who actually answered and their service tech Jim made the effort to make sure to get to us despite the cold and the holiday. Our system couldn’t be fixed, it was very old, so we were quoted a price for new system to be installed between Christmas and New Years. Jim was pleasant and very concerned about helping us as quickly as he could even though they were beyond swamped. Customer service matters and we look forward to being a long time customer of theirs with our new furnace. Thank you!

    We have had them out twice now. The first time they replaced our thermostat and we purchased the maintenance plan because it is such a great value! Today we had our first AC check up and Im beyond impressed. I believe the gentlemans name was Frank (so sorry if this is incorrect!) but he was so awesome! Not only was he incredibly professional, he was also very personable. He was very thorough with his work and also humored my very curios 2 year old :)He explained everything about our system and answered any questions we had. He also scheduled us to have someone come out and give an estimate on a new system and duct work cleaning making it one less phone call I personally had to make. HIGHLY recommend using this company as its been nothing short of amazing customer service! (Plus theyre also very reasonably priced!)

    Installed about a month ago. Couldn’t be happier. I was especially impressed with the help during the sales meeting. Ryan listened to what I wanted to get out of the hvac and water heater replacement. He ended up steering me away from something I had in mind but would not accomplish what I wanted to get out of it. The installers were professional and the install went smoothly with no problems. Ryan followed up to make sure I was happy.Edit: Had capacitor replaced on AC unit on a Saturday on 90 degree day. Came same day and got it back running.

    I cannot express how much my wife and I love this company. She has previously left a review with her experience when they had come to replace our thermostat or do maintenance. We recently made the decision to put in a new AC unit/ heat pump. The owner, Ryan, met with my wife to give a quote and talk to her about everything. She said that he was wonderful to work with and he didnt pressure her to buy anything and was very honest throughout giving her multiple options to consider. Today they came out at 8am and were finished by 11:30am. They were polite, professional, and very clean with all their work!     The guys were great to work with. The walked me through the new the features of the gas water heater. I called to see if they would match the price another plumber quoted through Angies list. They did at $945 with no extra surprises. They even used the old stand to save me some money. I used PP before at another property and they were great to work with then as well. I had several questions about my whole house filter issues, water pressure at the kitchen faucet and two of my shower controls. He wouldnt let it go and eventually found a flow adjustment on our main shut off valve.     Awesome company. Every person I spoke with the was friendly, helpful and responsive. Our A/C went out when it was 90+ degrees out and they were right there to help. Eric was phenomenal.     Couldn’t have been happier with my entire experience. Professional and courteous, they were on time, wore masks, put down drop clothes so as not to get my floors dirty, and the left everything clean. All the duct work was clean and orderly and they even made a point to zip tie and tighten up everything so it looks nice even though where it was located was not nice. The installers were awesome but so was the owner Ryan. Everything from start to finish felt personal, like they cared about me and my family. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

    We got on the maintenance plan with Plumbing Heating Paramedics last year, and we considered cancelling it to drop the yearly expense. However, after having 2 of the 3 included maintenance visits (heating and plumbing), were now thinking that its worth it. The technicians who have come out are very thorough and take the time to explain anything I have questions about. And I feel better knowing that every little part has been taken apart, cleaned, and inspected. I also appreciate that everyone whos come out is friendly and courteous, and they all seem to enjoy their jobs and speak highly of the company. I know that companies that treat their employees well tend to treat their customers well too.

    We used Plumbing Paramedics for the first time today. They were very professional and friendly. They were upfront on costs. When they got in to to the work; they found that the issue wasnt as major as originally suspected and they offered a budget-friendly solution. I felt that Dave and Bryce were really looking after the best solution for me and were very honest. Thats so appreciated.     Very nice and professional. Did some plumbing work for us as well. I always trust them, based on experience. One of their guys did a 2nd check on our AC system after another company looked at it first and said we’d need a new $5k system. The guy from Plumbing Heating Paramedics showed me how the previous company had lied and fabricated the damage on our system. He helped extend the life of our AC system another 12-18 months.

    Professional and honest. Does quality work in a timely mannor! Have never had an issue getting them out quickly when needed. Purchased a yearly maintainence plan at a really good price in comparison to others. Just had a new AC unit installed and they did great work. Would recommend.UPDATE: Just had my annual furnace inspection. Frank was great! PHP once again did a great job. Very transparent and dont try and sell you. They diagnose and prevent. Nice to have peace of mind with their service.4/2021: Called the evening before, and they had Shane out by 8am. He was great and professional and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly! We had a tech come and check out our old furnace to give us a second opinion and he was amazing. Knew just what to look for.     We called Plumbing Heating Paramedics on a recommendation from a friend. The original pipes under our house were falling apart, and sewage was leaking and collecting under the house. Not a fun discovery, but it was made less painful through working with this company, and especially Bryce, the plumber/technician who was sent to our house. Everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful, and Bryce was awesome and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Bryce gave us a very fair quote for our project, and was able to get it done quickly. If we need more plumbing work done in the future, we will definitely call again!

    Great service! Response time to first call was immediate. They came out and evaluated the current system and confirmed our thoughts that it needed to be replaced. They listened to our wants and needs in a system and gave us three very reasonable quotes. They came and measured the next day and, since the new one couldn’t be installed until the next week, they brought a large, portable air conditioner for us to you. Service people were friendly and polite and explained every detail of the new system. A friend referred them to us and we will refer them to others.

    We’ve been using these guys for years, and they have DELIVERED every. single. time! I woke up this morning to a freezing cold house. These guys were in my driveway the SAME DAY and got my heater rolling.I’ve honestly never had a company, across many years, deliver as consistently as Heating & Plumbing Paramedics has. There hasn’t been a single tech that they’ve sent that was a dud. Every time we’ve gotten a super professional, genuinely helpful, excessively transparent technician who, I feel, is trying to do what is right...while being extremely honest about the repair. I’ve been the recipient of both good AND bad news from this company and in every case, I’ve felt like I got genuinely good advice.They are incredibly responsive, timely, extremely helpful, and refreshingly honest. If you’re new to the area, or even been here forever, save yourself the trouble of reading these reviews and call these guys!! For as long as we live in Indy, I won’t call anyone else.     I am so pleased to find an honest HVAC repair company. Other companies just wanted to sell me a new system. Jim from Plumbing and Heating Paramedics applied excellent troubleshooting skills and determined that my outdoor unit was fine and that I just needed a new thermostat. That equates to a couple hundred dollars cost verses several thousand. I highly recommend passing on the other companies and calling Plumbing and Heating Paramedics whenever there is a need. That is certainly what I am going to do. I am taping his business card to my furnace as I type this.

    Signed up for a service contract with Plumbing Heating Paramedics based upon the positive reviews. Had my initial plumbing inspection with Ryan and furnace inspection with Josh. Both were very courteous and conscientious, even to the point of putting covers over their shoes so as to not track anything as they walked through the house. Very helpful in educating the homeowner on things to look for if systems show signs of malfunction. Appreciate their attention to detail along with receiving an electronic report within minutes after their visit. Highly recommended!
