Anchor Contractors did a fantastic job on our 28-year-old house exterior renovation. This was a challenging project as we wanted our house to have a completely different look. Mike, Kathy, Anthony and their crews were professional, highly skilled, courteous, clean and great to deal with. This was a major renovation including replacing rotten wood around windows and trim, installing new siding, painting the trim, installing new windows and gutters and many more peripheral projects. Weve received countless compliments from passer-byes and our neighbors. Our house looks like a new house!

Anchor Contractors was able to give me a fair estimate (best prices in the area) as well as wonderful communication. Anthony was ready and willing to drive out to the property to answer inspection questions as well as provide key insight into our insurance worries. In all we felt well taken care of and will definitely be using Anchor for all our work.

We had major roof damage from a storm in January. Had to have the entire roof & decking replaced. Stayed in contact with us until warmer weather (suitable for roofing) arrived. Definitely dependable, on time, thorough, trustworthy, quality workmanship. Anthony is a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and ambitious. He was always just a phone call away. Great response time. Will recommend to friends and family, will use again in the future if needed.

Our roof was done quickly and exactly how we wanted it. Everyone went above and beyond talking to insurance company, city officials, and us to make sure all was done and no extra expense to us. I originally used Anchor Contractors LLC to put on a new roof after a hailstorm. I was very pleased with the speed and quality of their work. So I used them again this year to power-wash my house, rebuild & re-stain my deck and outside stairs, and repair some siding and window trim. They kept in communication, did quality work, and did it in a reasonable time frame. We are very happy with Anchor Contractors LLC.

The work done by Anchor contractor Anthony Georgiou was outstanding. He directed putting on my roof and siding. On the roof, decking needed replaced and he talked to Farmers adjuster to replace all the decking on my house; also, three new skylights needed to replace the old ones at no extra charge. The siding was replaced with a top grade vinyl product, in a very timely fashion.
