    Very pleased with the owner to include the entire staff and crew at Criner Remodeling. They were very professional, caring, respectful, and kept the communication at an all time high. There were no surprises during the entire process starting from initial meeting to the finality of the project. I strongly recommend Criner Remodeling for any bathroom project. In fact, we are planning to contract with them again for my kitchen upgrade. Special kudos to Sarah (designer) and Jett, who performed the majority of the work. Jett is definitely a powerhouse who never tires out. An amazing individual! Criner Remodeling is so fortunate to have him on their team.

    My project was the total replacement and upgrading of everything in my townhomes 2 1/2 bathrooms. The transformation is amazing. The computerized pre-project pictures are a match to the final product. The attention to detail in all phases of the project from planning to completion was amazing.     My husband and I are extremely pleased with our Criner Kitchen Remodel. The extra space, storage, natural light and special features turned 2 dark spaces into a bright space to spend time in. The process from beginning to end was handled professionally and with meticulous regard for our wishes and our property. From our initial meeting with Paul, our design wizard Sarah, and the team that brought our wishes to fruition, the focus was always on us as the customers. We were informed every step of the way and our questions were answered with patience and detail. Special thanks to Richard (our Project Manager), who was on the job bright and early every day with Andrew as his main co-worker. Along with Rich (Production Manager), they were determined to ensure we had a kitchen ready for Thanksgiving and we did! Were also grateful to other Criner team members, Brandon, Coty, and Nico who all pitched in to make that happen! If youre looking for a quality product by quality people, I recommend Criner Remodeling!

    We had a kitchen β€œrefresh” done and we love it! Paul were very helpful with several designs, Sarah was great with design help and Rich’s project team made it all happen! The whole group was great keeping us informed and with daily cleanup ~ we will reach out to them when we’re ready for our master bath remodel!

    This is the second remodeling job that Criner has done for us and this experience was as amazing as the first one. From design and planning to scheduling, pricing and execution, the entire process was smooth. Our carpenter was professional, experienced and blended right in with our family and home, completing the work neatly and with incredible attention to detail. We were constantly updated as to the progress and once finished, the project transformed the room. We look forward to having the Criner Family remain part of our family for all future remodeling work.

    This is the second remodeling project that we have employed Criner Remodeling. Like the first, on this project Criner exceeded our expectation. Paul Criner and his staff put together a comprehensive plan to address the infrastructure issues and nice to have desires for our new home. Rich Padilla as Production Manager and Alex Hill as Project Manager, flawlessly executed the plan. They met the established timelines, and each day left the work site (our house) clean and orderly. In addition, they addressed emerging issues with solid recommendations, and timely execution. The routine (daily) communications with the team was excellent. No surprises. At the conclusion of the project, the Criner team conducted a walk-through with us to insure we were satisfied with all their efforts. We will engage Criner for any future remodeling project that we may have!

    We interviewed three remodeling firms. Criner is the one who took the time to listen to our vision and spent time onsite figuring what that would take - they went to the attic 3 times that first visit! Their estimate was the highest but it also included a full explanation of the scope of work. They worked with us to help us get the project done in a manner that worked with our budget. Their pre-planning process means you spend time reviewing plans, making selections, agreeing to a contract. It also means few, if any, change orders or surprises! They ensure all products and materials are in the warehouse before work begins. This way, there are no hold ups or work stoppages. With a project manager onsite each and every day, progress is being made continuously. Our extensive remodel was able to start earlier than expected and was completed earlier. No one could have done this project but Criner! They are unapparelled in the industry! Outstanding staff, expertise, and quality. Could not recommend more highly.
