We just had our yearly inspection for our Atmox system. Our inspector was Tim who is exceptional. We’ve had him come on other occasions and he’s very knowledgeable about our home and the services we use. He is so professional but has a wonderful personality and always makes sure we get excellent service. Dodson is very lucky to have an employee who is so experienced, dedicated and cares so much for the customers too. EXCELLENT service and support!!

Bobby S. arrived 10 minutes late so I was a little disappointed to begin with. However, after his arrival and his termite inspection I can see why. He answered all my questions, brought up concerns he had and explained possible solutions. Our crawl space vapor barrier is about shot, so he offered a replacement product. The price was the best I have been quoted! He noticed my wife’s mice and rat traps and suggested improvements we should try! We have woods and gardens throughout our yard, hence mice. I also have a brush pile which he recommended I dispose of! I took notes and will strive to implement his suggested actions. Next year, if we still have rodent problems we will use Dodson Pest Control as we highly recommend them and if you are lucky enough to get Bobby S you will be impressed!

Mr Trippe is extremely efficient and knowledgeable about the subject (pests and pesticides). He keeps us informed of his findings and the results of the treatments. They come out monthly and spray around the outside and check the traps. I originally started service because of ants on my kitchen counter. After a couple visits, the ants are all gone. Then I had a nest of yellow jackets in the ground in my yard which attacked my son while cutting the grass. Yellow jacket removal is an extra service with different fee, but they were out the following day and by the end of the week, all the yellow jackets were gone. I got to meet Lexi, our regular technician and she was great and friendly. Thanks for all your help!!

Not only was he professional and highly competent, he was friendly and personable as well. He explained everything he needed to do and invited me to watch or even film if I wanted to! Before going in he had to reinforce his bee suit with tape and when he was finished, I knew why... there were yellow jackets that tried to get at him stuck to the tape on his boots!! On one of his regularly scheduled visits a few months ago, Devin spotted yellowjackets flying in and out of a crack in the siding near the kitchen door. I could have easily been seriously stung since the insects were right at face level and I hadnt noticed them. It took a couple of treatments, but the yellowjackets were eliminated. He called or texted several times to make sure the bugs were gone. On another occasion, I was out of town for an extended period and Devin called me during a regularly scheduled service to tell me that I had left a window open. Knowing that it might be weeks before I returned, he graciously offered to go inside and close it for me, saving me certain water damage from the next heavy rain. Devin is a great representative of Dodsons customer service and commitment to their clients.

Anthony Fabian District Supervisor came out to spray my house today. He was amazing, he showed me all the areas that i never saw that needed extra cleaning. He pulled out the drawers to look for any signs of nesting I was blown away at how thorough he was. I am extremely satisfied with his customer service and knowledge. He answered all my questions. He was early! Most the time when someone says between 10 and 12 the show up either at 12 or 2! I have been extremely pleased with Dodson. They took a bad situation and turned it around for us. As first time home owners we are extremely grateful.

After having great service from Dodson brothers in the past . When we had a termite swarm in our home we called them again. Brent Foster came out did a very thorough inspection and informed us on his findings he gave us a fair quote and we decided to go ahead and treat for the termites. They showed up on time the day scheduled to do the treatment Eric Burton And Tim Bauman went above and beyond what I was expecting . They were very polite and respectful. The team at Dodson Brothers is top notch.
