Mike mounted my TV and speaker system a few months ago and he did a fantastic job. He was able to get me an estimate and come mount the system on the same day I called him. He carefully unpacked my TV and precisely measured everything. He brought a strong articulating mount for the TV, and ran all cabling through the walls so that my TV has a very neat, floating appearance. He was super clean too, he cleaned up all of the debris so thoroughly you couldnt tell he was there. Ill definitely call him back the next time I need a TV mounted!

Mike has mounted three TVs for me over the last few years, and each installation has been an absolute work of art. I am very particular about the placement of my TVs, and Mikes precision never ceases to amaze me.At my last apartment, Mike mounted a 50 Samsung Frame TV exactly to spec: Id wanted the center point of the TV to be 57 from the ground (standard gallery placement), and when the installation was done, the measurement checked out precisely.More recently, I moved into a different apartment, and had to remount the Samsung Frame. This time, I provided slightly different specs (given the obstacle of some high-positioned wall outlets), and once again he mounted it with dead accuracy.In this new apartment, I also asked him to mount a 65 Samsung QLED onto a blank wall, without any furniture as a reference point—i.e., was still waiting for my new media console to be delivered. Again, not a problem for Mike: We worked out the total height of where the unit would sit (factoring in the height of my Sonos Arc soundbar, which would sit atop the console), and decided the bottom of the TV should be precisely 28 off the ground. Lo and behold, once I finally did receive my media console and slid it into place with the Sonos Arc, the positioning was literally perfect.Also worth mentioning for this 65 unit is that there were some chest-high wall outlets that I was afraid would get in the way of wall-mounting. But given that Mike is also a TV and equipment retailer, he was able to select for me a specific style of wall mount that effectively circumvented the outlet and resulted in this finished masterpiece.Thank you, Mike!!

Michael is Amazing! All of the 5 star reviews are absolutely true! I actually chose him because of his quick response (on a Sunday). I contacted another place that claimed to be 24-7 and they never got back to me. Michael was extremely flexible and was willing to accommodate my work schedule, we made an appointment for that week. He provided me with a quote upfront and even included the mount for my sound bar! From the moment that Michael arrived I was impressed by his professionalism, he put on booties before stepping into my home and wore a mask the entire time. I originally requested just to conceal the wires on my two TVs that were mounted by someone else. I am so happy that I contacted Michael because it turned out that my TVs were both mounted incorrectly and not properly secured to the wall. Michael took the additional time to mount my TVs correctly and then concealed the wires. He even took the time to fix my TV stand that was not properly assembled by the same person that messed up my tv mounts!!! And if that wasnt over the top customer service, he came with his own vacuum and left my home spotless!!! Michael is not only an expert in his field but he is friendly, professional and really takes pride in his work. I HIGHLY recommend him and i will definitely use him when I upgrade to a larger tv.

Mike was extremely professional and communicative throughout the quote and planning process. He gave us a fair price and was up front about what the service would cost. He mounted our 75 TV and hid the cords behind the walls beautifully, then made sure all of our devices were hooked up and functioning properly. He made sure everything was absolutely right and that we were happy with the result - and we are thrilled! Plus, he wore a mask and shoe covers the whole time, thoroughly vacuumed his work area when done and even helped us carry out the large box the TV came in. I cant recommend Mike enough for your TV mounting project. You wont be disappointed!

Mike had the most professional and thorough response that made clear the price of his services and the level of care with which the job would be done. Mike communicated about his arrival time and was respectful of our home and pandemic precautions. The wall we wished to mount the tv on posed some issues as studs were unavailable and a pocket door affected the hardware he could use.It posed no problem at all for Mike. He confidently and diligently mounted our tv and ran the wires through the wall. He also hung around to discuss other jobs we were considering for the future.Book without hesitation.

I recently just upgraded to an OLED TV and wanted to have an immersive experience when watching it. I was looking online for TV mounting services, and found Mike. Mike is professional and knowledgeable about all things related to this. He had his shoes covered while he worked around the apartment. He also had a vacuum to clean any dust from the wall. And finally as promised, he delivered an immersive setup for my TV. I learned he is also able to set up sound systems, so Ill definitely be contacting him again in the future.UPDATE:I got a soundbar and a pair of RF headphones few days after I had my TV mounted. I contacted mike to find out if he could help me connect them to the already mounted TV. Mike came the next day and painstakingly rerouted all the cables and even mounted the soundbar on the wall for the perfect clean look. Top notch service!

After working with him on a TV mounting project, I can see why hes earned those positive reviews, and Im glad to add to them.I called him to get a quote, and he was super patient, walking me through the process, explaining my options and costs, and really trying to get a handle on my needs.I booked him shortly after, and the process was ridiculously simple on his website. He was in constant communication over email, and we confirmed what we spoke about on the phone. He quoted me prices for materials, and gave me detailed descriptions, so I could see the prices he was charging me were standard retail - no professional markup.He understood that I wasnt 100% of some of the services I was asking for, and needed to see the options in person. When he got here, he was respectful of our asks around distancing and masking. He put shoe covers on on his own accord, which was a nice touch.The job he did was fantastic, and he noticed there was something wonky with my coax wall plate, and he fixed it for me, unasked. He wants his work to look good, which means my place looks good. Real professional, courteous, efficient, communicative, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

He mounted my TV on a somewhat challenging wall efficiently and its a very high quality mount. He was also very nice, happy to explain and to answer any questions, and was fully prepared with PPE. Cleaned up afterwards, including the smudges on the TV! Fair price especially for a confidence inspiring job. Would recommend to anyone looking to have their TV put up.

I 100% recommend him. I had just bought a 65” tv at best buy that day and was trying to set up the mounting service with best buy but they don’t provide same day service or work on weekends and also the full motion mounts they sell there were $200 and up.I called NYC TV Mounts around 2pm asking if they can mount my tv same day and everything went so smooth he told me he could come by 6pm. Also the full motion mount he provided was less than half the price.He was very professional and clean and was in and out in an hour. I was very impressed he mounted my large tv by himself so quickly.If I have to get another tv mounted I would definitely call them again!

I was looking for a company to hang my tv on the wall in my UES Manhattan apartment, and then I stopped by NYC TV Mounts to ask for a quote.Mike came by to help me mount my television. I was very satisfied with the job he did. I didnt even have a TV when I reached out to him, and prior to his visit he gave me some suggestions for different models and brands of Samsung, LG and Sony televisions and explained the new technologies like LED, OLED, QLED 4K and HDR. BTW I am really happy with my new OLED 4K 55 LG C9. He told me about the different mounts and gave me a discount code for my advanced tilting bracket.He was very careful when unboxing the tv and took his time to make sure that the tv mount was set in the right place on the wall. We took a little time to figure out the perfect height for the television and then he finished the job. This is not a job I could have done by myself, for sure. I will add that the fee he charges is very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Mike did a beautiful job mounting our TV, and his expertise also saved us from a lot of headaches. He was very quick to respond, and I was able to get an appointment within a day. He was also super helpful in talking us through how exactly the TV should be positioned based on our needs and how best to conceal the cords. Before contacting anyone, we had purchased a full-motion bracket planning to install it ourselves, but I decided to look into a professional. Im so glad I reached out to Mike because it turns out the bracket I bought was too heavy for this particular wall. It also didnt occur to us that the full-motion capability would actually be completely useless and unnecessary in our living room, given its size and layout. Luckily Mike had the right kind of bracket with him (which was much cheaper anyway), and I was able to just return the one I had bought. We have pretty simple TV needs, but we have a couple of cords that are pretty short (Nintendo Switch), and Mike was able to strategize with us about where to place everything so that everything is easily accessible and no cords are showing. We couldnt be happier with the final product!

I had a really good experience using Mike to mount my TV on the wall. Before the appointment, we spoke on the phone and I sent him pictures of my space. He gave me a full consultation, helping me decide on the right type of mount of installation method. When he arrived, we spent the first part of the appointment finding the perfect height and placement position for the TV based on where I would be sitting to watch. Mike is friendly and very knowledgeable. I’m really happy with my mounted TV — I even asked him to come back and hang a mirror for me and that experience was just as good. Highly recommend.

Amazing, fast, same day service. I was sitting thinking I should just put up my tv finally after all this time and I found this company. Read the reviews and as promised, he was reliable and upfront about all cost so no surprises. Very neat and tidy work. You will not be disappointed if you book here. If I could give it 6 stars I would because I put up a tv that was dead (I didnt realize it and it was completely my fault for not checking) but I called as soon as I realized and he came right back! And helped put up the working tv. So grateful.
