Jose was honest with his assessment , he could have fixed my issue but in his opinion it would have been more problems down the road because of faulty job done by people who installed roof 10 years ago. I see the problems and was hoping for a lesser expensive solution but I kinda knew. From day one they have been upfront and honest you don’t find that too much anymore. New roof went on in 1 day and the crew did a great job cleaned up everything like they weren’t even there. Thank you

Nick and his team replaced our entry door. It was a good experience! The team was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond by also replacing our deadbolt and Ring camera as an added courtesy. It’s a relief to have a new front door that seals properly! When I noticed some caulking was missing, they fixed it right away no hassle. They also reattached the original crown molding seamlessly, keeping the aesthetic of our house perfectly intact. I would recommend their services!

We had a patio sliding door and a front storm door installed. The installations took six hours. The reason? The details of removing the old doors and properly preparing both sites for new door installation. I learned that there is a lot to installing doors. Once installation was completed, they took pains to check and adjust —as necessary. Also, our installers took the time to explain the features of the new sliding door and its proper operation. They cleaned their work spaces completely when finished. The installers worked throughout with thoroughness and attention to detail. They were professional, pleasant, and polite. This experience gave me confidence and reassurance in their professionalism. They knew what they were doing and applied a quality level of effort. If I need their business again, they will get it.

Everything was done in one day, they really did a great job to protect my landscaping, new paver patio and walkways with built in lighting. My shower was installed today. The three young men who did the installation were very courteous, professional, and clean. They were efficient and handled challenges with eases. It turns out that one of the young men is the son of my salesperson. They both made this experience quite positive and easy. I have not used the shower yet, so I look forward to doing so in 24 hours!

The original windows were single pane with air blown between, so really just half a pane. The air leak was so bad it buckled the original wood floor when it was incredibly humid one week. These guys did triple pain windows on every part of the house except here. So we got this done and are absolutely thrilled. Done in one day, we now have an unobstructed view of the backyard which is gorgeous, and the sliders are put in properly. The original French doors in the dining room were installed improperly. No more leaks! Kaden, Scott and Tim were extremely professional and efficient! Worth every penny.

I have only been in my new build home for 2 months. Could not stand the standard acrylic builder grade shower that was in the house. Also didnt want to deal with tile and grout. So called in PJ Fitzpatrick. John and Dustin did a terrific job with the installation of my new shower. They were thorough in explaining each step in the process and answered all of my questions. They left the room clean when they were done. In by 8 am, out at 3:30 pm. A great job; love my new shower.

Fitzpatrick is a Jacuzzi service pro! They came shortly after our call and sat for hours going over every detail with Mom and her kids. We were scheduled shortly after. The 3 installers, Jason, Tom and Jordan, did a terrific job. No mess, fast, efficient and the final product was just as we were promised. We have a great warranty from Jacuzzi and Fitzpatrick. 4/15. PJ Fitzpatrick is doing everything they can to make the project right and ensure that I am completely satisfied. Although off to a rough start with communication, I am definitely very pleased on how they are now handling things. 4/1 a technician, Nick, came out to look at the issues and was very attentive to my concerns. I am still waiting to hear from a manager. Nick took photos and stated he is sending them as well.*I initially gave 5 stars after my first bathroom was completed. No issues at all with that bathroom. Unfortunately I can’t say the say about the second bathroom. I have a few questions and concerns and I’m not receiving any response. I called and I was told I would receive a call back…didn’t happen. I did receive an abrasive email from my salesperson and I replied with no response from her. I have emailed 3 different managers and still no response. I really thought PJ Fitzpatrick was going to be different than other contractors. They obviously had me fooled.

Our shower was dated and our sales associate walked us through how we could change that. Within weeks we now have a spa shower.We thought it would be 6 weeks from the date we signed the contract however the materials arrived earlier and our install was promptly scheduled.Our installers (Devon & Elijah) were pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. It didnt look like a war zone when they left. They wereextremely respectful to our home. 5/30/24 Gutters:Since we had a great experience for our windows, we decided to go with PJ Fitz again for our gutters! They look BEAUTIFUL. The team was prompt, very friendly, and even trimmed some of the small branches that were leaning on our old gutters, so they wouldn’t damage the new ones. The project manager Adam was very nice as well. It’s nice to have someone assigned that you can go through, if an issue arises, so you don’t have to go through a bunch of people to get who you need. My husband and I will definitely use PJ Fitzpatrick again :)3/19/24 Windows:Everyone who came to install our windows were AMAZING. The windows look great, the place is cleaner now than before they even arrived (they did a wonderful clean up job), and the whole process was super easy! He was polite, cheerful, and professional.He did an excellent job cleaning out the gutters. He worked continuously, and was extremely thorough. He picked up, bagged, and removed all fallen debris.Fred, unsolicited, emailed us photographs of the now clean, Leaf-free, debris-free gutters and all downspout areas, along with the credit card payment receipt.It was amazing to not be left guessing about whether the gutters were actually cleaned properly.The price for the cleaning was reasonable.He also provided a free estimate on future complex roofing work.

In the end, the roof replacement looks good (full roof with 6 dormers, siding and gutters)Careful with the sales team: they promised completely unrealistic service: after looking at my property, they told me that the roof would be replaced in one day (it took three days) they gave me an outrageous quote that they brought down significantly to match the price of another roofer that I had contacted.They also told me that a crew would deliver the materials the day prior to the job’s start, which didn’t happen.Protective covers were supposed to be in place in the garden before the start but that also wasn’t in place.I asked if the roofers were PJ Fitzpatrick employees (I had read that they sometimes contracted outside teams) and they told me that they were (they were not)The roofing team was nice and competent.At one point, I had to point out that one nail was sticking out of the former’s frame and they fixed it.They spread out all of their equipment (messy) on the side walk in front of our house and blocked access for three days.My contact with the company tried the best he could to smooth out the unpleasantness of the job’s start. He was very nice and attentive.The siding team was good and attentive.They did a nice job.The gutter tech did a good job but I had to point out to the need of caulking a screw hole created when initially putting up the gutter and removing an old gutter bracket that he would have left in place otherwise.My final issue is that the company warranties the work and materials for 50 years (!) but refuses to put it in writing, which make it worthless.In the end, the job looks nice and will give us protection for years to come.I recommend keeping an eye on the whole process in order to make sure that things are done without flaws.The costs are too high but it is a result of companies taking advantage of the pandemic on a global scale.

My hubby and I decided we wanted to have our tub taken out and have a walk in shower. PJ Fitzpatrick came to us, looked at the bath and worked with us to design what we wanted. A few weeks later, the install crew came and demoed the tub, took out the walls and assessed the floor. They put up new plywood, moisture proof sheetrock and rebuilt the subfloor. The install went smooth and they did a fabulous job! They allowed us to choose the placement of the shelves and grab bars we included in our choices. The install team was professional, puts down floor protection and left the bathroom spotless! If you are looking for a one day bath remodel, give them a call! If I had gone with a company that only did overlays, we would not have known about the damage to the subfloor and would have had huge problems in the near future.

We had replacement windows installed last year from another company and because the J channel on the old window was bigger than the fabricated J channel used for the replacement windows we had some short pieces and hence our home was not protected at those short spots from rain. The sales experiences with both Paige Norman and Joe Fugazzi - I rate very positively because it was totally about the customer. Paige Norman came out first and provided good information but on my side, unfortunately I ran out of time. Grateful that she provided follow up. That is where Joe came in. He looked at everything with a careful eye and listened to me for what I wanted. The company’s pricing is still more than I was expecting, but Joe sold me on the value and quality that I would be getting once the job is done. I am excited about this project. The Lead on the job was Bryan Colmery, and he had his apprentices Raymond and Nick with him. They were done earlier than I expected which was nice, gave me good instructions on proper care and maintenance of our new shower and the trash was taken away quickly. I love the finished product, so beautiful and looking forward to a long relationship with it. ♥️😊I wanted to take photos but didnt think I could do it justice but its as beautiful as their advertisements.The only problem was I couldnt get my husband out of the shower. 😂

Workers showed up on time and work was done, with some hiccups, around 4:30. Work on the shower was great. I cant wait to use it. Debris inside was mostly cleaned up. I did need to clean some putty from several places and vacuum. I need to clean outside the door tomorrow. However, outside is a different story. I took pictures of damage to my stone front and Debris left in my drive and on the lawn. I will gladly share and I need to know who will clean my front.

Anthony and Johnson did a great job for installing our bath shower. They arrived on time, with shoe covers, cloth covering the working area, with vacuum on and door closed while working on the dusting part. They finished everything on time too, very efficient. They went through all the paper work before and after, really a great experience for me. They clean everything before they left the job. Had PJ Fitz replace ALL of our windows and our back door & storm door. They did a wonderful job and our home looks so much better now. Workers were polite and friendly and happy to answer my questions. They did a beautiful job and were diligent about cleaning up and showing me how to use my new windows and doors.The overall process was great as well, PJ was able to come a whole week earlier than when they originally estimated which was a nice surprise. These guys took their time and it shows as the job looks so clean.One of the best contractor experiences Ive had with my house.My only gripe is that the 2 initial consultations we did (one for initial estimate, then one for a 2nd estimate and price negotiation) both took 3 hours each when we were told 1. But in the end it was all worth it as PJ gave us a nice price and great quality product for it.One of the best parts was the price i was quoted was the price I paid. Even after a couple sills needed replacement I was not charged a PENNY more than my original estimate. I would definitely recommend them for windows/doors

Fred Foti arrived as promised when request was placed online and an immediate call back and order was initiated. Took advantage of the Gutter cleaning special at $249. Fred was able to complete the cleaning very quickly and left gutter debris in the yard as requested as our landscaping group was coming Wednesday to do the fall cleanup. Everything, request, booking and cleaning was done in a matter of hours. We have used PJ before and the company continues to send out real pros for the work.
