    Jeff and his team are amazing. We ordered at the showroom and then a few weeks later we had some amazing carpet. My kiddo loves it and my wife cant stop talking about it. It was easy and a no-brainer for us to go with New Castle Flooring, so we would recommend them for any job in the area.

    New Castle Flooring was excellent to deal with! Their crew was professional, efficient and very detailed oriented. Jeff and his crew were easy to work with and listened to what we wanted and they delivered on it! Very satisfied with their pricing and quality. We had 3 rooms, hallway and stairs carpeted. We also had new LVT installed in the bathroom. Great experience

    From the time I walked in to look at samples of carpeting and linoleum, to when they arrived to install it...great friendly service. Couldnt be happier with all the staff. And it was also was nice to buy from a local family based business!
