In August 2022, my husband and I contacted Ben OLinchy Construction Services, to get some ideas on covering our large upper deck. Being an open deck, we never used it because the weather was too hot and sunny. Plus, we were tired of staining the old wooden deck every other year, which was built in 1991. Ben is super easy to talk to and answered all our questions and explained the details of the project. We are extremely happy and enjoying the new deck. We wanted shade and this new deck is simply beautiful. Ben and his team did an amazing job. Their quality of work, attention to detail, professionalism and punctuality exceeded our expectations.We highly recommend Ben OLinchy Construction Services for any home projects.Thank you Ben and team, job well done!

Ben was fantastic to work with. He and his crew were professional, informative, and thorough during our bathroom and kitchen remodel. They were easy to work with and discuss during the design phase. They brought up issues they found during demo and showed us what needed to be fixed properly and why. They routinely came back to do touch ups and fix any issues we had until we were satisfied. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I had Ben and his company come to finish our basement and we couldnt have been happier! The whole crew was very professional and were actually able to finish the job earlier than expected. Ben worked with my ideas and also was able to figure out inventive work arounds for situations that arose. Ben walked us through the whole process and showed us how and why they were doing different processes. As far as pricing, they were in the middle of about 4 local companies we had quotes from, but the quality was high. I would definitely recommend this company for any home improvement projects and will be using Ben and his crew again for projects for our house.

Ben along with his crews are very responsible and respectable people. He has done a few projects on our home. When we had to have a roof replaced because of storm damage O’Linchy Construction was there to help through the insurance process and helping us to be confident everything was of professional quality. A bathroom remodel from floor to ceiling turned out great. Ben’ experience and craftsmen ship are well documented in his pictures and customer responses. Added new addition/extended dining room, new deck, re-shingled and extended roof over new addition and deck, intalled wood floor (livingroom, kitchen, hallway and new addition) and ceramic floor in bathroom.They went out of their way to meet our requests and exceeded our expectations. Great Team to work with and highly recommended for any/all type of home repair and construction.

This is a hardworking and professional team. We had our kitchen remodeled and our wants and needs were listened to throughout the entire project. The work was completed in the timeframe given and the guys were punctual and respectful of us and our home. Ben communicated with both my husband and I every step of the way and we were always informed, his honesty was much appreciated. He was always willing to offer his input when we asked, and his expertise shows. We love the finished product!!
