We had Justin from Duty Calls come and install our water softener for our home. They were great! We had a unique installation and they helped us work around putting the water softener inside of a cabinet so that it was hidden from sight, and then we could just open the door to access the water softener. They also helped cut open the cabinet base so it that water softener would fit in - above and beyond just plumbing! In addition they went out to purchase a new water shut off valve for us, only charged us the price of the product, and moved/installed our water shut off valve to be in front instead of behind the water softener (so that it’s MUCH easier to access when we need it). Justin and his assistant were fantastic, great communicators, and really kept us informed throughout the installation. Would definitely recommend Justin and Duty Calls plumbing any day!
