    Super pleased!!! Very quick to respond. Cameron came out and got us up and running and that kept our system working until our part came in. Dustin called and asked if he could come out a day earlier than expected to get the part replaced!!! Both of the tech were very professional and knowledgeable. We would definitely use MRS again as well as recommend to family and friends.

    We are buying a new house in the area, needed a company to come out and look at the plumbing and furnace. We have had MRS out to the new house twice in 2 or 3 weeks, the techs are great, they tell you how it is, tell you how they would fix it if it was their own house. Ladies that answer the phones are super friendly! Will definitely be life long customers upon purchasing our new home!

    Jeff, Caleb, and Cameron all came out and put in a new condenser/evap coil today.The team was professional, kind, funny, and knowledgeable on the system I previously had and the system they were putting in.I had to make multiple changes when planning in what work needed to be done.     There were 2 repairmen here. They both were professional with the more experienced one teaching the younger one. They did the job (I hope) since this is the 3rd time they came here for the same problem. I think the 2 visit should have fixed it, but these guys had to repair a freon leak in the joint of the last repair guy. But, the guys here did a good job and cleaned up well after themselves.

    We had our air conditioning stop working on a Sunday, Father’s Day to be exact. Not only did MRS answer my call, but they sent out a technician to take a look. Cameron, our technician was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He had the needed part replaced and the air conditioning working again less than an hour. We would strongly recommend this company for anyone in the market for air-conditioning or heating replacement or repair.

    I highly recommend MRS Heating and Cooling and MRS Lacy Plumbing. Their office staff and contractors are all very professional, polite, and understanding. Because of the storms we had in my part of the state during March and April 2024…I was in need of all their services. My basement flooded with 2 feet of rainwater backup causing damage to my furnace. They addressed the issues promptly…again with the utmost professionalism, politeness, and understanding. They are very skilled and knowledgeable in all heating, cooling, and plumbing issues.     A/C unit not working. Jeff Nation from MRS arrived and went through diagnostic steps and determined that the A/C compressor was not running. He noticed one of the power wires had become dislodged from the compressor and proceeded to replace a quick connect terminal and got the A/C unit operating correctly. Jeff was very efficient and very friendly. Great job Jeff.

    Was very pleased by the curteous way we were treated. Chris Lacy, Chris Mefford, and Tyler Huff did amazing work.They explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. They replaced the sewer line from the toilet to the connection under my house, new vent, and new toilet.They know their stuff! So glad they are in the MRS Family as everything in my house is from MRS.Highly recommend Chris and His crew!

    I called MRS after waking up to the furnace blowing cold air. Within two hours they had someone out and a diagnosis that the heat exchanger was shot. They ran numbers so I could compare the cost of repair vs. investing in a new unit, which I appreciated. I chose to replace the furnace and they had one ordered and shipped for me same day, as well as loaning me three small space heaters until the new unit arrived. When the day came to install the new furnace it was done quickly and efficiently. Each time someone came out to the house I was contacted with a time frame of when the technicians would be arriving, and they were always on time. It was refreshing to be kept updated on the situation and not have to chase a company for information. Shout out to Ms. Brenda in the office for great communication and keeping me up to date! Kory, Jeff, Gunner and everyone I worked with were all very kind and professional. Completely happy with MRS and definitely recommend!

    Very pleased with Dustin. Even though he was not the geo-thermal guy he took the time to troubleshoot my system. I think correctly, where in the past techs from same company would just put freon in it and move on. Next year same thing. Hopefully it will be repaired this time….freon is outrageously expensive.

    The only reason I didn’t give MRS five stars is because I don’t believe anyone is perfect. But they are VERY close. I called first thing this morning and he was here around 10:00 am (I didn’t look at the clock). Although he was unable to fix my problem, (the factory doesn’t have the motor I need in Stock) he made sure I had a heat source before he left. MRS has always been here as soon as they could possibly get someone for the job. I would highly recommend their service.

    Wonderful company! They showed up after hours when the a/c broke. They were prompt especially with my sick toddler already having a horrible night. The repair went smooth. I was explained everything, shown everything and all the cost were upfront, fair ans transparent. Kory my tech couldnt have been more respectful and accommodating.     Gary Lore arrived called before he arrived and was prompt and very efficient. He had to go into the crawl space on a very cold day to repair the heat duct that was loose.     Satisfied from the initial phone call wanting an estimate to the very end result. Everyone I dealt with was professional and informative.     So I had a service contract for several years with MRS and they have always provided excellant service.But I have also moonlighted as a service professional under contract to provide services to one of Duke Hamms businesses. I was not at all impressed by how Duke treats people in the service industry, even indirectly. Lord of the manor dealing with peasants is how I would describe the experience. So I was fearful he treats his employees in the service industry the same way. Disgruntled employees dont always do the best work. And I didnt want someone disgruntled touching my furnace! So I wasnt so sure I wanted to call anyone who worked for a business he partially owns, let alone sign a service contract.Cory, however changed my mind completely! We were hestitantly considering signing a gold service contract, IF todays appointment went well. If it didnt go well, so long MRS-its been nice knowing ya. After having Cory service my furnace, fix my thermostat (which was making me crazy), talk me through all the options, patiently answers all my questions and play with my giant baby of a dog, we signed and paid for a platium service package today. Please make sure Cory is marked down as my preferred technician! Also you might consider giving this man a raise. He managed to convince me to spend over $400 today, when I seriously thought, going into todays appointment, that I might just pay for todays service and then call Jakes from now on.Thanks Cory for making my appointment painless!

    Our air went out and we have used them before with excellent results. So we called in the morning and they sent someone that evening. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. He inspected and explained 3 different scenarios, but none of them logically made sense to him and he said he didn’t want to recommend buying a new blower as it was expensive. He would rather call someone who might have other ideas before suggesting anything. I believe he called a few people who eventually recommended calling a senior technician. That technician came and together determined that the system was overcharged-too much refrigerant. They removed some until the measurements were correct and charged us only for labor. They told us to kee am eye on it and call them back if we have other issues. They saved us around $800!! We are so very thankful for their time and honesty. We will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone.

    MRS just left my house after completing my quarterly maintenance. Mark did a wonderful job. They could have replaced my humidifier pad during this visit (and charged me for it).     Jeff, along with John, Tyler, and Dustin, did a Fantastic job installing our new heat pump/air handler system and new duct work system. They had a crew of four people working on all of our needs, full-time, until all work was completed.Jeff (Nation) measured and determined the system we would need, Eric oversaw the work, and Eric returned a week later to check the system thoroughly and answer any questions we had. Brenda scheduled our work and followed up with phone calls.I cannot recommend MRS Heating and Cooling any higher. They were within the normal fees of installation and repair (according to the system’s website we purchased , and 2021 averages) for all services.     It was 6 o clock in the evening on a Friday night and I have a 7 , 3 and 1 year old, the ac quit working after a 90 degree day. Kory R. came and got everything back up and running . Great service. Couldnt be any happier that I dont have to sleep with 2 very hot little girls tonight.

    We contacted two other contractors never showed up we finally after waiting all day for them we decided to contact mrs heating and cooling I spoke to Valerie she was so very helpful and listened to me we had been without heat for 4 days in our home she quickly got our message to someone Dakota was our Technician who came out immediately he was friendly and took the time to explain everything that was going on and answered all of our questions which was really important for us about our furnace he came out less than an hour on a Saturday we made the right decision in choosing this place I reasonable pricing and had the part to fix right away in his van we were so thankful he was extremely knowledgeable so friendly we knew the pricing right away before he installed we will definitely be back for any other service needs that we have the come up in the future and he will be our technician that we request thanks so much to Dakota for all that he took care he is a real asset to mrs heating and plumbing I highly recommend this business this technician!!

    Install was quick and efficient, only issue is the old system being dumped in the dumpster that I had rented for the house cleaning, issue is they stacked the old equipment above the fill line on the dumpster.
