Not only did he explain exactly what was wrong in clear terms, but he also fixed the problem efficiently. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I appreciated how he walked me through the repair process and provided some helpful maintenance tips. His service was reasonably priced, and he cleaned up after himself perfectly. I just had my AC and Heating units replaced by the team at Harris. Shout out to James, Dalton, and Tony!! These three worked came a little after 8 am on a Saturday and worked tirelessly in this 90 degree weather and swapped out my entire unit so that me, my mom, and my two children could have cool air after going days without it. I am so thankful and blessed for this company as they remained in constant communication, maintained a professional manner, showed compassion for my situation and was able to get a team out here the next day. This heat is no joke, especially with a 68 year old mom and children. Thank you Jesus!

Hi, I’d like to leave a review regarding the service provided me by Harris company through Philip Hynson. First of all, my air conditioner, went out the night before and I had no idea that I would be able to receive service so quickly. I called Harris and they sent someone out yesterday evening. I was thrilled. Philip came out. He was very thorough. He first asked me what was going on and he explained what he was going to do. Philip walked me through every step of the process. He was very thorough and very kind. I definitely recommend Philip to help you with your air conditioning challenges.

Kyle replaced a basement sump pump and discharge pipe that brought our system up to code while working around our existing radon venting system also. He was able to complete the work right away and in a timely manner. The quality was top notch. It was not cheap, but well worth it.

Most service people make you feel like you have to follow them around but that wasnt the case with him comfortable enough to let him be the professional he is and stay out of his way and trust that if he says was finished and done and it was sufficiently fixed, tested and done which it was I would highly recommend him and your service anytime

He answered all of my questions, and was even patient with me during my rant about the cost of buying houses and home repair. He was transparent with me throughout the install. I appreciated his help. The new hot water heater looks great. This was my first experience with any service offered by Harris. The breaker for my washer kept tripping after filling up with water and the company Ive used for many years that I have a service agreement with could not send help for 2 days. Per Google, Harris offered same day service. Joe Mckelvey to the rescue. He explained what he thought was the issue and the fix sounded simple enough. Upon investigation he found my breaker box full of water. A few days prior to this we had a full day of steady rain. When I told him what the other company had done a few years ago to fix the same issue, he explained everything that they left out to fix it properly. He worked with my work schedule and 3 days later everything was fixed which included permits and visits from Delmarva to cut and restore electrical service to my house, something my service agreement company never mentioned. And 2 days later we got a lot of rain. My simple fix turned out to be an involved and costly one but thanks to Joe I have now have peace of mind that my breaker box is water free and my family and house are safe.

I am not one to usually write reviews, but I have to tell you I had nothing but an amazing experience with this company. My main water main to the house broke and they where at my house the next day to do the estimate. Mike was amazing at assessing the problem and finding me a solution that would not damage my front porch that was just done 3 years ago, he put his thinking skills in high gear and found a solution not to have to rip that up to replace this pipe. There office staff got all the permits with the city taken care of quickly and Rob, Matt, and Alex came out to do the repairs they arrived by 7:30 am and got right to work. All four of these guys were so nice and professional. They did an amazing job!!! I cannot thank them enough for getting this done. This was a major repair and I am so glad that I chose them to do the work. I highly recommend them. At 6 PM last evening, we made a desperate called to Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air and Propane because our sewage pipe was backing up into our crawlspace. They scheduled an appointment for the following morning. We received an email with a picture of our technician and some information about him. We also received a text saying he was on his way. He arrived on time, was pleasant and professional. He cleared the clog, explained that tree roots had infiltrated the pipe, and actually showed us the roots he removed. He scheduled a second appointment for a technician to come out with a scope, and assured us they would handle the insurance claim if the pipe needed to be replaced. Chris was extremely courteous and professional. Explained all the options pretty clearly; I had a lot of questions. Knocked the work out in 1 day. We would recommend that anyone ask for him as he was A++.As far as Harris as a company goes, didnt get the 2nd estimate as the service promised. I am sure we are getting what we paid for, but all in all, 4 grand seemed high. They did have good financing options and good recommendations. Hopefully their service is as good as the install.

They came out just a few hours after we called to fix our AC. It was not fixable, and they were able to get us a new one and install it a few days later. They worked tirelessly for over 12 hours (we live in a house built in 1853, so unforeseen problems came up), to install it and were able to fix all the issues (what we had was installed incorrectly unknown to us). They did a great job!
