The front office took care of us right away. We called to set up an appointment for the yearly check up for our systems and they came out within the week. They let us know who would be coming ahead of time. Ed, our technician, arrive when expected and was mannerly, professional and efficient. He took care of our system and explained what he did to my husbands satisfaction. All in all we were pleased with the service and were glad we purchased the service contract. Now we are ready for the new season.

Scott plumbing and heating has taken care of our units at our home along the NC inter coastal way. Technicians have always been punctual. Communication is timely. Diagnosis and repairs have been timely done and have corrected problems. Their twice yearly checks program has been great for maintaining our units. I would highly recommend their service.

Just a note to say how happy we are with our new HVAC system and duct work. The crew was great. Everything was installed and cleaned up each day. I would highly recommend this company. Update: Today the servicemen came out to check an intermittent problem were having with the fan. I know from doing some service work myself you cant fix something if the problem doesnt show up. They checked out the system and made notes of the complaint. They did all I could ask of them. Thanks for your quick and diligent service!

Update 2/1/24 Scotts Plumbing to the rescue when woken at 1am with a hot water tank water gushing and flowing everywhere inside and under home and in the yard...yup that fun. Thankfully I remembered where all the shut off valves were because they told me when they hooked me up. But by 7am I was told Id be 1st appt. And we got it fixed and put a hole and new drain to under the home in so future prevention. Now to deal with wet rugs ugh. Appreciate Scotts so much!!!Previously 2023 Johnathan went above and beyond to help me out when I desperately needed a plumbing company to hook up my mobile home in a short period of time. His crew was courteous and timely and it was nice knowing someone had my back because as water turned on the home quickly had a couple bad plumbing connections and I reached out to Johnathan and his crew was back the next day to fix. I know how busy Scotts is so I appreciate all who made it happen so I could get my occupancy certificate within a week and not stay longer in a hotel. Ive used Scotts for many plumbing jobs to new installs to repairs now hookups...always done right the first time. And fair and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

They gave me the first available appointment , called when the technician was on his way, and he showed up on time. Tommy was very professional. I think he used every piece of equipment he had. The on call person who answered was very polite, courteous and very understanding. I had issues with my heater not keeping up with the cold temperatures outside. I called and they sent someone out the next morning. Brandon showed up and was very polite as I explained the problem. After a few minutes he told me the blower motor was shot and that they had a few back at the shop. He went out to get the replacement part and came right back. After he replaced the motor the difference was amazing. He stayed to make sure there werent any other problems. Service was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
