I called River Dog plumbing after a bad quote I received from another plumbing company. They came out quickly and gave a free estimate of the work that needed to be done, as well as work they recommended be done to avoid future issues. I understand that other reviews were annoyed by the cost, but I felt that the cost was appropriate. Not to mention there was always transparency when I asked how much certain aspects of the job were. River Dog worked quickly and even on the weekend to get our plumbing done quickly so that we could have access to water in the house. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for any plumbing work, no matter how big or small.

I called River Dog Plumbing on Monday and they called me Tuesday to see if they could come and take care of my drain issue. Wrigley was very professional and worked very hard to get my drain unclogged, He successfully solved the issue and triple checked to make sure all was draining good. I was very impressed on how he took the time to make sure everything was clean all around the working area. He was very polite and very easy to talk to. Excellent service! Had a sudden bathroom leak at the office and they were able to come the same day. The plumber was courteous and knowledgeable. He had all the parts he needed to fix the problem and did a beautiful job including leaving the area dry and spotless. I have used them in the past, always with excellent results. I highly recommend.

I put a call in and within 30 minutes had a call back and another 60 and someone was at my house solving my problem. Matt and Wrigley were both extremely helpful and professional. Having encountered a plumbing problem with a property we offer for rental, I called River Dog and they responded to my phone call promptly. Wrigley showed up a short while later. Having assessed the need, he volunteered he could initiate and complete the work that day. He was personable and professional and the work was completed as promised. Super service and nice people - a winning combination.

Highly recommend River Dog Plumbing. Matt returned my text promptly, answered my questions, and completed replacing a drippy outside faucet. He went above and beyond letting us know about the hidden shut off valve buried in the grass when the cable company did work a few months back. I called the company who installed the system and was told that the earliest they could come out was the following Monday, even though we were experiencing flooding. This day and age 5 star companies are hard to come by but River Dog would get 10 if they had that many stars. My HWH went out over the weekend and cold showers are no fun in winter. This company was very responsive, stayed in communication, prompt, professional and just plain nice. Every step and repair was explained to me along the way. On the Friday before Christmas, I woke up without hot water and was referred to River Dog Plumbing. They promptly answered my call and said they could get to me sometime today.Within 2 hours, Plumber Wrigley showed up in a fully equipped van and I led him to my hot water heater. He went to work immediately diagnosing the problem on my 19 year old water heater. He warned me that it may or may not work because of the age. We drained the tank and a lot of sediment came out. But then it cleared up. Once the tank was empty he showed me the original heating elements which were corroded and cracked. He replaced them and the thermostats. Wrigley was very polite and professional and represented his company very well. We settled the bill that I think was very reasonable. I can easily recommend and endorse River Dog Plumbing. Thanks Wrigley.Update: My water didn’t get hot. I called Matt, the owner, and he came back out to check his son Wrigley’s work. Everything was receiving power. Matt said he would come out the following morning on the out of this world possibility that the elements were bad. He called me a short time later and said that the problem must be in the Main Fuse Box.The next day, Matt showed up and sure enough, he was correct. He tightened a screw and rechecked everything and said that should do it. We were getting warm water before he left and no charge for the visits. Matt is a professional and treats his clients like family.I cannot reiterate enough that you should contact this company if you are looking for a fair and reasonable Plumber who is willing to go out of his way to help.

Truly impressed with this company! We called them because we had a leak at our washer shut off valve. They came out the same day and replaced the valves for a very reasonable price. Everyone I encountered with the company during the service call was friendly and professional.While they were there, we asked for a quote on replacing our 20 year old water heater. The quote was extremely reasonable - especially given the small it had to be hauled out of. They came out the day we approved it and had the new water heater installed within a few hours. The work that was done looks excellent.Thank you for the fast and professional service!
