Scott, the owner is knowledgeable and professional. Provides detailed explanations. He came on Sunday to diagnose the problem and even did a test over several hours to determine if there wasnβt a less expensive solution. Alas there wasnβt. Our new water heater was installed the next day. Job was completed in an exceptional manner and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend. -
