I called Colonial Capital at 11 am spoke with Larry. David and Josh were there at 1:30. I couldn’t believe how quickly they came. I showed them what needed fixing and I got a very reasonable quote. They quote you for the job not by the hour. You can hardly find that anymore. I signed the quoted price and work was started immediately. The work was more entailed than they figured however quote was still honored. Guys were very polite. Best plumbing company I have ever worked with. Honest and fair. I have finally found an honest and reasonable Plumbling company.

My tankless water heater went out on me. They were the only ones who made time for me and my teenage kids same day. They got the details of my system and had a new system in the truck once they opened my old on up and found it to be highly recommended to replace the unit. Living out remotely they scraped the diagnostic cost and applied to the cost of a new unit. Again same day service, can do attitude and informative on how to maintain the new system. Was it pricey? Hard to tell with inflation and cost of quality workmanship, plus no one is ready for unexpected repairs. I highly recommend them being your first call for your plumbing needs! If your lucky Randy and Tony will respond to your call.

Called Colonial because of a leaking well pump. Was determined the pump was pretty much unrepairable. So Dave & Todd were dispatched to replace it. They did a very professional installation and cleaned up any mess afterward. The price was reasonable and everyone I spoke with at the company was courteous, pleasant, and professional. I would call this company in the future for any other plumbing problems.

Fantastic response time and phenomenal, thorough service! They were able to make it out the same day for a sink valve stem replacement/repair - no hidden costs or “emergency service” costs. Fair and transparent pricing and fantastic work! Didn’t try to upsell me - provided me with options and through explanations. Just moved to the area and they will be my plumber of choice for all future needs!

Our kitchen sink was backed up & wouldnt drain. We contacted several plumbing businesses & this company responded quickly & turns out, was the only one to respond. Same day service. Randy & I assume an apprentice were both very kind, courteous & prompt. Randy was awesome at explaing everything he was doing with the apprentice. Both gentleman gave top notch service. Explained everything they did & what we needed to watch for. Also suggested a septic service we needed. Our sink now works perfectly & we will be using them again if needed.

I was having a terrible Friday the 13th. Needed a plumber to fix a running toilet. Called Colonial Capital at 2:30pm fully expecting to get a machine and would possible hear back next week. But no, someone answered, said they would be there between 3-5 pm. I had to clarify that they meant today. Sure enough someone came out, fixed the toilet, and was gone before 5 pm. 5 stars and would definitely use again! Randy rocks!

The cast iron sewer pipes of my septic system collapsed underground. After reading reviews and calling several plumbers I decided to give Colonial Capital a call. I spoke with Randy and he was very knowledgeable and eager to help me get my septic repaired. I called him around closing time on Monday evening and he came out first thing Tuesday morning and evaluated my septic system and had his team out early Wednesday morning and completed the repair. Colonial Capital was there for me in a time of emergency when other companies 3 weeks out or just didn’t return my calls. Randy was a pleasure to deal with and his quote was very accurate and very reasonable. Great communication. Will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs.

I have called on Colonial Capital Plumbing a couple of times. Larry came to my house the first time and did an excellent job installing a new hot water heater so that I could sell my home. Ive been living in my new home almost 2 years and discovered a hot water leak recently. I immediately called Colonial Capital. Sydney came to the rescue (the same day I called.) He was on time, professional, competent, and courteous. He worked late into the evening to get me a 50 gallon tank and ensured it fit properly. He even missed a class to ensure the job got done that evening! When complete, he made sure everything was cleaned up and in working order before departing. With Larry and Sydney, you are in good hands. Trusted workmanship. I will call on them again for all my plumbing needs. Our kitchen line started giving us problems and the washer backed up two days before Christmas. Husband tried to snake it but to no avail. We called Colonial Capital Plumbing and they arrived on time, they spent a lot of time figuring out the problem and discovered that the problem was actually something bigger than a blocked drain line. They were punctual, polite and knowledgeable. The service tech was so nice and he explained everything well. We are very pleased with our service and the fact that we were able to get a military discount. Having dealt with other plumbers in town over the last several years, this experience was the best! Looking forward to working with these folks again to fix the underlying problem and get that out of the way. Thank you for doing what you could so we can at least wash clothes and dishes!

Very pleased with their services!! They were the second plumbers we called to work on our clogged toilet. Not only did they fix the problem the other company couldn’t fix, but they repaired the damage the other guys left behind. They came out the same day we called and got everything taken care of. They have done so much work for me in the last 10 months. It has been a real variety of plumbing situations from moving a toilet from one house to another, installing a whole house water filter, changing a faucet, hooking up the gas grill at a new location, and now running water and gas lines for my almost complete new kitchen. I almost hate to brag about them too much because I want them all to myself. Since I am almost out of work I figured it would be safe now to tell the world. They are knowledgeable, cooperative and always show up when they say. Very nice men and very trustworthy. If an emergency comes up, they call and say they will be late -- people in distress come first and that is fine.

Honest, friendly and helpful. I called about my septic backing up (first time). Instead of just saying ok and sending someone out and charging me a service fee, they explained it was normal for the area I live in due to the high volume of septic back ups occurring with all the rain and that they would need to wait to do work anyways since the soil is so wet.

Awesome service, highly recommend. They went above and beyond with recommendations and included some extras at no cost. We added a tankless outside to service my deep soaking tub. Also, as my laundry was outside and tied to our well, we had them tie into the city water supply.they also connected us to a newly placed propane tank to service all of the above as well as a fireplace we added last minute.Quick, neat, efficient, and budget friendly.
