Highly recommend Letcheorth & Sons and Plumbing. Kierra and William were very professional and kept me updated on ETA. Kierra unclogged my garbage disposal and upon completion of job let me know their was no charge! The job took about 5 minutes and they could have charged me and did the service for no charge!!!! I am humbled by the experience!!! Thank you Kierra and William!!!

Trey and his team are my go-to plumbers. They have run new pipes for my new sink and other plumbing issues. They have advised us on the transition to a tankless water heater. This will be a future project that we will be calling them to help install. Im glad to know they have the expertise to complete my future upgrades.

Amazing business!! My grandmother lives in Trent woods. She seen someone driving the plumbing truck on her morning walk. Just so happened she has a plumbing issue the previous night. She stopped the gentleman and asked if they could come by that day and fix it. A couple hours later they were at her door and resolved all her issues. I want to personally thank you for helping my grandmother out!! She tells me the story every morning I go walking with her and we see one of your trucks… the world needs more people like you! Letchworth and Sons plumbing recently installed natural gas lines, regulators, and associated equipment at my home. They returned (after the main gas meter was installed) and connected my appliances, tested for leaks and instructed me on safety and use.During the entire process Trey (the owner) and his staff were professional and courteous. Trey provided upfront pricing; he is fair and trustworthy. Trey’s staff, Aaron and Ethan, were prompt, friendly, professional, and worked well together as a team.I highly recommend Letchworth and Sons plumbing!Thanks again to Trey and his staff!

Trey and his crew ran the plumbing for our new addition and designed the plumbing layout of our new master bath. It was a complex setup, but Trey was patient and strategic in ensuring the design was beautiful and functional. Our addition required multiple visits from the rough-in to the final faucet hookups over the course of several months. Communication was always great, they were timely in making service calls, and each employee we met with Letchworth & Sons was kind and a joy to talk to. We will absolutely call Letchworth & Sons the next time we need a plumber!

When I called to to have our new gas stove hooked up, running a gas line from the meter to the kitchen, then hooking up the stove, I expected it would be a few weeks before they would come. Letchworth and sons plumbing said they would be out the next morning. What!!!! This is unheard of. No service person has ever showed up that quick. Even after we had our gas line punctured, it still was a week before a plumber from another company showed up. These folks are Awesome! Will have all my plumbing needs done by them and will recommend their services to everyone.

I was having an issue with and outside faucet, and it seemed like I called every plumber in the book (well on Google). I got a lot of no answers and for those who did answer, they told me they could schedule for next week. I really needed the faucet done today, and I finally called Letchworth & Sons. They answered on the first ring. I told him about my issue, and he said he may be able to work me in later in the day. After lunch I received another call from him asking, if I still needed help, and if so, he would be en route right away. I was so relieved.When they came, they got right to work. My big issues was solved in 10 minutes or less. He was very reasonable priced, and they are Veteran owned. I am so pleased that I have a brand new faucet on the outside that we were unable to use before. If you are in need or a plumber, I highly recommend this company. They are fast, friendly, and fair.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! I used them once before to install a Spicket they showed up on time job was done perfectly and the price was reasonable. We called them last night after hours about an issue with a hot water tank. They showed up right away this morning and had our issue taken care of! I say give these guys 10 stars! and we will definitely be using them if we need a plumber at home or any of our business Clients that need a plumber.

Excellent service. We needed an emergency plumber for busted pipes, he came out next day and started right away. We were so pleased we had him come back the next week to do all the water lines!Trey was on time, there when he said he would be, and worked extremely hard on our old pipes. Everything worked better than it ever has! No mess, no issues. Very professional. Alerted us to any foreseeable problems. Hes also an Army veteran, that discipline shows in his work. We will always use this company!

Even though I didnt have Letchworth & Sons do any work for me, they did have experience with my house, and said that it would be in my best interest to get the whole system replaced. When trying to remodel a house, thats the last thing you want to hear, but if I didnt take their advice, I would have moved into a house with a rotten main drain pipe, leaking sewage into the crawl space, amongst many other issues.The only reason I wasnt able to use their services, is that I was on a very short timeline, and they wouldnt have been able to fit me in until after I was to be in the house.Most certainly, 5 stars all the way.

Absolutely recommend these guys for any plumbing needs. Incredibly professional and very fair in pricing. We needed a new water heater installed and also had some questions as we were new homeowners. They did a complete walkthrough with us of the house and offered us great advice on how to maintain and upkeep our plumbing. We can’t wait to work with them again hopefully in the future! We were encapsulating the crawlspace of our home when the contractor noticed some wet spots on the underside of the subfloor in the crawlspace. Turns out our table top 40 gallon hot water heater had sprung a leak. Thankfully we caught it early. We called Trey at Letchworth and Sons and explained the problem. He cancelled all his other appointments that day to come over and solve our immediate problem because the crawlspace contractor needed to have the new hot water heater pipes in place before they could continue. It is not enough to simply say thank you to Trey. But THANK YOU. Great job relocating the water heater to the garage and re-plumbing the entire system on such short notice.
