    Lost heat early evening and booked an appointment online for the next day. It was very easy. A tech came out within the time frame indicated and was great. Jimmy came in and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful.

    Walley’s is a great organization. They are courteous, prompt, friendly but professional and I highly recommend them. They installed my Viessman 100 heating system almost two years ago. Just had my 1st service. All is well and no warranty issues so far. Eddie did a great job today. But everyone that has came to my home have also been great.

    I have seen the trucks around Nashua and called for an appointment since my air conditioner wasn’t working. Dave Bradford from Walleys came out and did a assessment of what I had installed. He made some suggestions and I got my quote s within a few days with varying prices, to choose what suited me best for my home and my budget..I chose the best equipment since everything is going up, electricity, gas etc..and you get a rebate from NH Saves for Energy Star equipment, plus I planned on staying here for many more years. I highly recommend Walleys you won’t be disappointed! Oh yea a smart thermostat will get you 85.00 off

    The technician (Eddie) arrived on time. He was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. He diagnosed the problem and defined what the fix would be.     First I wish to say that Jonathan and Mandy were more than patient as I changed horses in midstream changing my selections of Heat Pumps...Then when Bosch shipped the wrong one...the project manager Spencer dropped everything to return it and bring back the latest model available same day...it doesnt get better than that...As a business owner it was obvious to me that Spencer and his crew were first rate installers...they went out of their way to do a superior install with lines buried and sealed with PVC tubing...Being a state of the art connected Bosch system Walleys now receives notification if anything is amiss and thus provide next level service...Savannah in customer service addressed any and all concerns promptly...Doesnt get any better as this Bosch IDS Premium Connected Inverter Ducted Split Heat Pump has been Pro-InstalledDave

    All of Walley’s technicians continue to do fantastic work! Bryan came out to do the annual maintenance on the Daikin mini split that was installed two or three years back and did a great job. Quite personable and was very quick at his tasks. He also took the time to greet my young Irish Setters who were very anxious about the new person in their home. I appreciate he took the time to greet them and put them at ease.Im very sad that Walleys service area has changed and no longer services my town. I really appreciate they were able to come out today. Im optimistic that they may reconsider their service area but their office in Nashua is a bit of a drive from where I am located so I do understand. Highly recommend them for installation of mini splits and boilers along with ongoing maintenance. They have done both for me.Thank you 😊

    Working with Walleys’ on replacing my old water heater system was a good experience. First the proposal/quotation process - Walley’s spent time visiting the location, inspecting it, discussed the situation, answered my questions, and made recommendation/proposal. Compare it to another company who requested photos of the old water heater and made proposal base on those photos alone. Walleys was also not pushy to make a sale. The technician and the actual work was excellent, every effort was made to finish it before the day ends, and the technician was competent and professional. I can recommend Walleys base on the quality of their work.

    Bryan called on us today. He immediately spotted a problem...a build-up of water in the pan under the attic unit. This tripped the wet switch. He suspected low refrigerant that was freezing the coils. When ice thawed, water in the pan.He checked the condenser and it was low on R-22.We are going to replace the A/C unit with Walleys. When we have had issues in the past, Walleys is our go-to. Never disappointed.My compliments to Bryan. Professional and very knowledgeable.

    Walleys is truely a well run company. Everyone you talk too or that comes to your house is professional and cares. I recently had a heat pump installed that unfortunately had a motor issue, but not to worry as Eddie quickly diagnosed and a few days later came out along with Service manager Tom to quickly resolved with replacement. From Davids thorough initial consultation, to Adrias patient and knowledgeable assistance answering numerous questions and crafting estimates, to Sues convenient scheduling, to Spencers and Brendans extremely impressive installation of our Viessmann Vitodens 100 Combi, to todays final inspection by Christian and David (Jan. 2021), Walleys has proven itself an expert and reliable choice for our major investment in a new boiler. My first clue that this company would be my choice was their teamwork and the polished quality of their estimates, compared to competitors.Update (9/2024): excellent service visit by Eddie and Jimmy. Each explained the entire process and allowed me to see the condition of my boiler. The service was well worth it.

    We spent 4+ months deciding on who to replace our furnace, central ac, and tankless water heater. Walleys proposal was by far the most thorough. Their price was among the lowest. Their 5 year warranty on labor stood out vs 1 year for everyone else. They were not a high pressure sales-oriented team (particularly like 1 large company with lots of advertising). And above all, the quality of their communication and installation was first rate.

    Excellent company! We hired Walley’s to replace our oil furnace last year with a new propane unit. From the initial call to the end of the installation, everything went very smooth. They were extremely accommodating with timing, providing multiple options on the quotes, and delivering a high quality job at a competitive price.     You simply cannot find people like this. What would you pay for a polite, knowledgeable, hard working problem solver that isnt trying to escape a stubborn HVAC issue? The level of service was miles beyond any expectations I had. My techs commitment to solving my problem by researching it after hours and engaging multiple resources for technical consults went above and beyond. To provide a resolution when there isnt one available isnt a skill easily taught. Simply put, some technical problems cannot be fixed, yet when faced with this challenge my tech provided an acceptable resolution. Kudos to you good sir.

    Walleys was recommended to me by a family friend who received exceptional service. The vast majority of reviews for Walleys are overwhelmingly positive, but I unfortunately did not have a great experience. Although my experience was atypical, I do feel like it is worth sharing.My furnace stopped working during the cold snap in New England this past Saturday. We called Saturday night, and our call was returned Sunday morning. We were given a time window of 10-8, and were told that the diagnostic charge would be $249.At 4 PM, we call asking about an update for when our technician would arrive. The person on the phone was trying to be helpful but could not give us an update (which is understandable as Im sure a lot of people were calling with issues).At 5:45 PM, we call again and are told that it is likely the technician will arrive between 6-7 PM. The technician did not arrive until past 8 PM, and Im sure he had a busy day because he told us he was out in the field since 8 AM that morning.The technician was there for several hours, and although he was friendly and professional, he was inexperienced. He also tried charging us an additional $209 in addition to the $249 diagnostic charge, which is unacceptable as this was not disclosed ahead of time.We get a quote for repair the next day for ~$900, and that we would not be able to get this issue fixed for another 1-2 weeks. We could not wait 1-2 weeks with no heat from our furnace, so we went with an independent contractor. The contractor from a different company came the next day, and the total cost of the repair was $300 which is a third of what Walleys would have charged us.It turns out that the problem with our furnace was not properly diagnosed by the technician, and the technician also left our electrical wiring a mess.To summarize my experience, the technician arrived past our 10 hour window for repair, did not accurately diagnose the problem, tried to charge us additional money for the inaccurate diagnosis, and left our wiring a mess. We then get an overly expensive quote from Walleys that would not have fixed the problem given the inaccurate diagnosis, and our furnace likely would still have not worked. We also would have needed to wait over a week without heat from our furnace for the repair.To be fair, Im sure Walleys has and will continue to do good work for other locals, but I would not personally use this company again. I do hope that Walleys reads this review and hopefully implements better training for technicians, gives more realistic time windows (10 hours is very large, and our technician showed up late), and discloses costs ahead of time.ADDENDUM: Customer support for Walleys reached out via email and phone, and they apologized for our experience. They also informed us that they will be reviewing protocols to help prevent our experience from happening to future customers. I think this demonstrates that this company upholds its values and does want to treat their customers fairly. We were reimbursed the $249 diagnostic charge, which we appreciated. Although our initial experience was negative, the follow-up from customer support has changed our outlook on Walleys and we have updated our initial lower rating.

    The system was shutting itself down after an hour or two of operation for a few days during the current heat wave. I contacted Walleys for assistance and within a few days, Jimmy arrived, before 8:00am and was finished diagnosing and recharging the system in shortly over an hour, He was courteous and efficient.     David and all the installers were VERY patient and understanding with all the questions we had, both at first and during the installation. WE love the units!!! They work really well, and you cant even hear them running. The 18K keeps our entire 1st floor warm or cool, and the 9K does the same for our master bedroom and bath. These guys are top notch professionals, and they are committed to doing right by their customers.You can tell a lot about a person, and a business when there are problems. Do they circle the wagons around themselves or around their client? In my case, we had a problem, no need to go into details. But fixing this problem was going to be a little costly for them.     As is often the case, what fails seems to fail on a Friday night headed into a holiday weekend!? With temps now in the mid-80’s, a problem with the AC unit is not fun. Called Walley’s at 7:10am on Saturday morning. Answering service passed along my issue to the Walley’s team. I had a call back just before 8am from Mandy at Walley’s. Nick (on-call technician) was dispatched and arrived right around 8:30am. Diagnostic assessment was conducted, and the issue was fixed by 9:10am. Sure, I had to pay a higher “same-day” fee, but the responsiveness of the Walley’s team, and the quick remedy, was worth it!

    Prompt, polite, and professional. The admin I talked to for scheduling was delightful, and the technician who came to my house was knowledgeable and able to diagnose the issue quickly and get the repairs done within an hour (common part, relatively easy to fix). Of the heating services I called to try and get my oil fired steam boiler system repaired Walleys was the only one who was capable of working on the whole system, and was wonderful to work with!     Over the Holiday weekend I awoke to my basement flooding. My hot water tank was leaking. It was old, not sure how old for I bought the house in 2015.     Update 1/16/23Just wanted to post an update and say I cannot recommend this company enough. Justin came out in a same day service call and was able to fix a misfiring issue with my oil furnace. It is back to running normally. He quickly diagnosed the problem, found the part, and installed, it resolving the problem. These guys are the real deal and I would recommend them to anyone in the Nashua/Manchester area for service.First Post 5/2022Walley’s is great and I wish I have been using them all along.I’ve been using another NH company who kept causing problems with my furnace misfiring. The straw the broke the camels back was when the tech from the previous company I used made the problem worse and I was left without heat. The old company I used also kept telling my my flue was over length.I called Walley’s since they install the same brand furnace that I use. They sent a tech out same day who got my furnace to at least run, but they were going to send someone out to quote replacing the burner/flue.Spencer came out to do the quote and I told him what was going on. He measure out the flue and it was not over length; in fact I have about 15 feet to spare. He did recommend replacing it since it is not the correct venting pipe.Spencer then took the time to pull the burner apart and found that all the settings were wrong on it in the first place. After some time working on it and getting the correct nozzle in, he was able to get my furnace running efficiently and corrected the problem I was having in the first place. I’m glad Spencer ended up coming out; he was knowledgeable, explained to me what was going on, and it really shows he takes pride in the work he’s doing.Walley’s gained a return customer and I couldn’t recommend them more.

Christian arrived on time, very professional and explained everything he was looking at.     We had them out to diagnose a heating issue. Could not have asked for a better experience. Not only was it professional, but it was an extremely informative experience. Christian took the time to explain to us every operating piece to a heating system, as well as how to improve or look for improvements to our heating system.     I had my 30+ year old furnace replaced with a brand new furnace and A/C combo. The whole team was extremely responsive and on-time. Pricing was very competitive.     I am very happy with the service and customer support Ive received from the Walleys staff in Nashua, NH. Christian, a technician, is always very nice and explains what hes doing in the way of repairs. He lets me know what the possible issues are and makes recommendations of which parts to replace to rectify the problem.     Just used Walleys for the first time to service my nine-year-old boiler. The boiler had not been inspected for two years, so I scheduled a maintenance and cleaning on it.When the techs arrived to do the service, they found that the boiler was still in good shape and did not need a cleaning. So they were honest and did not charge me for the cleaning. I can get behind a scrupulous company.Thank you so much to Savannah for being so helpful and professional.     Superb service! We woke up to a warm house on Sunday am. Our A/C stopped working during the night. I called out regular HVAC people. Of course, I got the answering service and then were told its not emergency and someone will call you tomorrow to schedule a call out. I got the same service from other big companies. The initial sales discussions with David were professional and we were impressed with the level detail provided to us in the quote. The cost and install dates and timelines were clearly spelled out. The install crew led by Adam was excellent as they were organized, professional, and hit the timelines exactly. Our installation was done over two and a half days which were in the 90s. They made the extra effort to get the AC going as quick as possible so that we could keep the house cool. Overall I could not ask for a better experience.

    I called Wallys after screening feedback on all of the air conditioning/heating players. Wallys had the most amount of good reviews versus all others in the area. When I called them Savannah was very nice and responsive, she had a tech out to my house the next day. The problem could not be fixed and I had to have the furnace replaced (over 30 years old) The techs were very nice and did a great job putting in the furnace, cleaning up any mess, taking trash with them. Savannah called me at every turn keeping me informed of the appointment and when the techs would be there. She was great to work with and I would highly recommend people using this company
